25/10/2025: A very charming hotel in an incredible location, I really liked it. The area is also incredible and very beautiful. This establishment has its own history, and I love the wood.

07/10/2025: I arrived the last day before the hotel closed last week. We were 10 customers, almost all cyclists. The hotel is located in a beautiful valley, it is really impressive. The service was good and nice, and the room was nice as well. It would merit a 5 star, but the reason I give a 4 star is the price. It was too expensive for the quality it gave. But I might come back to explore the valley.

08/12/2024: What a pity! Top concept👍🏼, service👍🏼👍🏼. On the other hand, the sirloin (if you are a meat lover like me), not GREAT. The origin is not indicated, on the European Union, and the race? For me, dairy, not a meat breed. As a result, meat is tough and not tasty. And please, when we make fresh fries, do not reheat them in the oven or the salamander... It's shameful... VERY VERY BIG disappointment for this place which seemed good to us... 😭. I wouldn't eat here on my next trip.. Returned this Friday 12/2024, my god, forced to finish without having dessert because the smoke in the back room was stinging our eyes. As a result, clothes that smelled too strongly of smoke when going out. On the other hand, meat and fries: OK

28/11/2024: Very good address! The meat is fresh, presented at the counter and grilled over wood in front of us. I had the prawns, delicious as well as the vegetable side dish. Homemade desserts, crème brûlée 😊 Very good value for money.

20/12/2025: A warm and welcoming place where you can rediscover the true pleasure of traditional French cuisine, with very friendly service that makes the meal all the more enjoyable! I highly recommend it!

18/05/2025: We celebrated our wedding at this inn. The grounds are beautiful and super convenient for children. The staff is super discreet, kind, attentive, and truly efficient. We had a wedding of 50 people, and all the plates arrived hot and at the same time. The dishes were delicious, from starter to dessert. We will return and highly recommend this venue.

08/12/2025: We had a coffee with colleagues, a very pleasant moment in a charming setting. The very professional manager seated us perfectly so we could enjoy ourselves. The waitress was also very efficient, quick, attentive, smiling, and discreet. I recommend this place for a coffee, a drink, or even a meal, whether with family, friends, or colleagues. I will be back.

11/11/2025: We didn't try the hotel, only the restaurant. This place is worth knowing about because it's very close to the Château de la Verrerie and the museums we wanted to visit in Le Creusot, and the parking spaces are fairly accessible, despite the ongoing construction on Place Schneider. The decor is original (especially the Art Nouveau stained-glass window and the ceiling displaying a physical world map), the staff is pleasant and smiling, and the menu offers a surprising variety of dishes, curiously focused on seafood (tuna steak, grilled prawns, trout fillet meunière, etc.), perhaps because it was a Friday... In any case, the mussels and fries, which we all unanimously chose, were delicious!

The staff was a bit unbothered and was not very professional. While we ordered, the Lady behind the counter stopped listening and started talking to her colleagues and then asked us to repeat again. She proceeded to do the same thing when we were paying. Other than that, the biscuits were good though nothing really special. It's a bit expensive for the quality and service in my opinion.

28/10/2025: I really like this place; the owners are friendly, the food is simple and very good. The café/restaurant is clean, and the music is discreet and well-chosen. Furthermore, the terrace gets plenty of sunshine, and the view of the thermal park is lovely. I recommend it without hesitation.

08/10/2025: Bistro Gourmand assisted us with our wedding on September 20, 2025. From the initial quote preparation to the day of the event, we worked with a dynamic and professional team. Choosing the menu and working on the event's execution was easy and stress-free. The team was completely autonomous on the wedding day, ensuring they were ready when the guests arrived. Both we and the guests loved tasting the wine reception. The meal also delighted all of our guests from start to finish. 03/09/2025: Excellent caterer for our wedding! The team is professional, attentive, and very welcoming, first creating the galette bar, then the wedding meal of our dreams. Helpful, friendly, and kind to our English-speaking guests. Plus, it was delicious! Thank you to the exceptional Stefania who collaborated with us during the tasting and personally prepared the meals on site <3 It was perfect, from the petits fours to the choux pastry.

07/01/2026: Overall, a decent experience. The welcome was pleasant and the setting nice, but some aspects could be improved to justify a better price. It's a fair option if you're in the area, but it didn't leave a lasting impression. Worth trying and seeing for yourself.
