29/01/2026: A very bad experience. It was our first time staying in a hotel together, my partner and I. We're a young couple and were at the spa when a staff member, an older man, intervened in a very unpleasant manner in front of other guests. He criticized us for leaving the shower running for a few minutes, thinking it would turn off automatically, but his tone was humiliating and inappropriate. We would have appreciated a more respectful and discreet approach. This situation severely spoiled our relaxing time and makes us not want to return. It's a shame, because the place itself could have been lovely with more considerate staff.

10/11/2024: The meal was okay. The wait was endless... I mean, really endless! The owner is incredibly unfriendly! Luckily, the waitress made up for it... Be warned: they only accept €25 in restaurant vouchers PER TABLE! The owner makes sure you know it's written on the sign, so that's that! It's the first time I've ever seen anything like it... A policy specific to the restaurant. In short, I'm never going back there.

22/11/2024: We thought we'd come watch the rugby match in a nice pub, and we left before the end. Tasteless cuisine (rack of pork like straight out of a can) for 18€, and to taste this dish, a music group that made our eardrums bleed because it was so wrong... Never again. (The waitress was very nice though).

18/12/2025: Nice little restaurant with a pleasant menu. Excellent service, highly recommended. Simple table setting and a superb culinary experience. Go without hesitation.

22/11/2025: I'm giving it 3 stars so as not to lower the average rating too much. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to have lunch here. My problem is that the restaurant was closed at noon on Saturday, November 22, 2025, even though it was listed as open. I like to get off the highway to eat in small restaurants, so this was a big disappointment.

11/08/2025: We stayed two nights at this establishment. The room was adequate for the price. Clean. The problem with this establishment is the owner. To avoid any further issues for him, I took the liberty of mentioning to him privately that the individual Nutella packets on the breakfast buffet had expired in March (five months prior). He took it very badly (as he does with all negative reviews). This gentleman searched my Google business listing and left me a very bad review solely to lower my overall rating. This is unacceptable and fabricated, as we have never had a professional relationship. It's malicious and petty. Rest assured, sir, I am well aware of the difference between "best before" and "use by" dates, as I have worked with local authorities for 17 years and am in regular contact with the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control), which manages health and safety services, so I am well-versed in these matters. Who is the bad professional here? The customer who politely points out an expired product to the owner? Or the owner who replies that it's not a big deal with that type of product? True enough, but when you're welcoming the public, you have a duty to avoid this. Who has the better ethics and consideration? There you have it, I won't waste any more time and will let you read the response, which will undoubtedly be watered down with lies, like some of the ones in your reply on Booking.com. Although I hadn't mentioned expired products.

02/02/2026: Used to be so much better. The raw scallop smelled too fishy (I’m Japanese, and I can handle fishy smell more than others. But this taste and fishiness was indicative of its deterioration in freshness). The beef cheek stew was flavorless. The place made an odd decision of adding oranges to the dish, presumably for an attempt at creativity. BTG wine selection was just no-go (one for red, white, orange and pet nat). The bathroom soap looked dirty. Could you just add normal liquid soap if youre not going to change dirty-looking bar soap? I hope to return when it’s back to its normal self. Maybe OK to go for aperitif. Staff are lovely.

13/02/2026: I went to this establishment and it was super nice. Léa was wonderfully great, truly impeccable service, nothing to complain about, and the quality of the food, I won't even mention it, everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.

26/10/2025: Tourist trap!! All-you-can-eat buffet 🤔 yes it's true but pork buffet: rosette country ham and chorizo ​​and not sure if it's local shellfish buffet shrimp and oysters.... For the hot dish, same hot buffet nothing more, on the website we see meat grilled over a wood fire on Sundays it was supposedly chicken on a spit over a wood fire 🤔🤔🤔 I didn't taste the wood!!! Then an assortment of cheese and delicious sweets 🤣🤣 for the cheese it was a standard goat cheese log and flavorless Camembert wow what an assortment 😱 and delicious sweets yeah an apple walnut cake not bad but not great and small defrosted muffins some lemon fromage blanc and chestnut cream some seasonal fruits and all that for 40€ not a single person!!!! So yes I'm very disappointed
