22/11/2025: During my week in Antibes, I searched for restaurants on Google Maps and visited many places. I found this one, contacted it via Instagram DM, and made a reservation. (I highly recommend it to Koreans who, like me, find phone calls difficult.) We arrived a little late due to a train delay, but the owner was incredibly welcoming. Despite our limited French, he explained every menu item in English, including the wines. I'd venture to say this was the best restaurant on our trip to Antibes. The food was delicious, the wine selection was diverse, and above all, the hospitality made for a truly delightful meal. The two of us had appetizers, two main courses, and dessert, and even bought two bottles of wine to take back to Korea.

21/11/2025: A must-stop for me every time I'm in Antibes! It's a charming little restaurant run by a fantastic team. The dishes are very well-balanced and the menu changes regularly (with some classics that you'll find regularly, of course!). And of course, there's the wine. They always offer excellent advice, whether you know what you want or not, to help you find the perfect wine to pair with your meal!

30/09/2025: This simple-looking refuge is a little gem. The view from the terrace is sensational. The welcome is very warm, and our host explains the initiative menu in detail. The meal is simple and excellent. You might have the pleasure of meeting the lodge's mascot, a very expressive cat who just wants to be petted. I highly recommend it. 01/03/2026: We made a reservation a week in advance, only to discover we were in the "front door" category. Charming. When I pointed this out, the waitress casually explained that "some customers are well seated and others aren't." I had no idea seating was based on some kind of caste system. It's always enlightening. She went on talking, "It's not our fault, this, that, and so on." Perhaps a little training in customer service—or a position with no customer contact—would be a wise investment.

28/02/2026: Under new management, this well-known Nancy establishment has had no problems. The quality and finesse of the dishes are still evident. New, very comfortable furniture, and the dishes are excellent, cooked to perfection. A unique touch: each dish is paired with a matching wine, which can help avoid any taste errors. The bill is reasonable for this quality. I forgot, I didn't have any problems parking on the street for free.

20/02/2026: A pure delight! Birthday meal, table of 10 / aperitif and set menu: €37 Restaurant in the heart of Lagny-sur-Marne serving semi-gastronomic cuisine. It had been a long time since I'd eaten so well. Homemade foie gras baked egg: perfectly cooked with a real piece of foie gras. Sea bass fillet with shellfish sauce, served with mashed carrots and rice. Delicious fish flavor and perfectly cooked. Floating island: simply divine! My spoon lingered in the homemade profiteroles: pure bliss. In short, exceptional value for money and impeccable service. I'll be back very, very soon.
