10/12/2025: Passing by last night with a friend, we had a wonderful time at this restaurant! Everything was impeccable: the cleanliness was remarkable, the dishes were delicious and generous, and the family atmosphere immediately put us at ease. Special mention goes to the exceptionally kind waiter, who made the experience even more enjoyable. A truly great find that I highly recommend!

08/12/2025: Discovered this restaurant quite by chance over Saint Nicholas weekend, but it was a lucky find! It's a small, friendly restaurant with a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere (the restaurant's motto), and the food is delicious and beautifully presented at a very reasonable price for the quality of the dishes (€125 for 6 people, including drinks, coffee, and no desserts... we didn't have room for them! 😁). Don't hesitate to stop by; it's located just 10 minutes from the city center and Place Stanislas.

14/12/2025: 4 Stars – Solid Bistro Bites in a Cozy Spot Café Louise, tucked away near the Louvre, is a charming little bistro perfect for a quick meal after museum-hopping. The vibe is quintessentially Parisian—small, cozy, with warm lighting and a welcoming hum. The food is a highlight: the burger was juicy and packed with flavor, a definite standout. The lamb leg was tender and beautifully seasoned, stealing the show. Mashed potatoes were creamy and delightful. The salade niçoise was fresh but just okay, and the lasagna, while decent, didn’t wow us—nothing special there. Service was friendly and prompt, and prices are reasonable for Paris (mains €20–€30). The big downside? Only one tiny bathroom for both men and women, which gets inconvenient fast when the place is busy—expect a wait. Still, for a tasty burger and lamb in a prime location, Café Louise is worth a visit. I’ll be back for those mains!

02/12/2025: 🥩 [A cooking method that everyone agrees on] 🥩🔥 Wanting to extend a get-together with friends, we decided to brave the Marseille chill in search of a warm and inviting spot to satisfy our appetites. We did a little research on classic dishes before finally being tempted by a hidden gem in the Plan de Campagne shopping area: L’Instant Braisé! No beating around the bush, the concept is simple and brimming with common sense: a menu of meats cooked over an open flame 🔥 We were greeted without hesitation by our host for the evening. Far from being pushy, he showed us to our table. The cozy dining room opens onto the kitchen like a country house with its fireplace. The menu isn't extensive, which saves time. We took advantage of the moment to turn up the heat with an appetizer: a charred Camembert. For the main course, I'm practically bursting with anticipation at the thought of enjoying a delicious flank steak with a potato gratin, dauphinoise-style. What I can say right away is that the prices are more than reasonable and the bill isn't likely to break the bank 💸 But let's not get ahead of ourselves and get to what's coming to the table 😁 The Camembert is a delight to savor. It's served with croutons, allowing you to enjoy this little milky bundle without any smokiness. The stars of the evening don't keep us waiting and arrive a few minutes later. While not gargantuan, my dish is perfectly portioned. A fan of precise cooking, my meat is cooked exactly how I like it. Despite a subtle smokiness, it's still very tasty. Our host goes above and beyond to make our experience as pleasant as possible: bringing us to the table, refilling our water and bread, and always with a smile! Eager to prolong the moment, we indulged in dessert. My heart went out to the French toast. No nibbling required; my dessert warmed the final moments of this dinner 😁 With an average bill of €24 for a main course and dessert, it's hard not to be thrilled at the prospect of spending a cozy evening at L'Instant Braisé 😊👍 In short: impeccable service and unpretentious cuisine, not particularly dazzling, but perfect for a truly memorable evening!

07/07/2025: We went to this place because it got a high score on Google as a result of our search for a Turkish restaurant in Colmar. We ordered the Sultan Kebab menu for 2 people, it was around 64 euros, it included a variety of appetizers and 2 kunefe, we had a hard time finishing it. It was delicious, but if the appetizers came on separate plates, it would have been more appealing to my eye in terms of presentation, they got mixed up while eating, I deducted points from this and I deducted points because it included alcohol, because we went there as a result of our search for a halal restaurant.

13/12/2024: I ate with my daughter 2 days ago and it was a pleasant experience. For my part, we took a plancha with prawns, scallops and fish. What a delight and as much as you want. My daughter tasted tartare, beef and duck and this tasting was a nice surprise. To do again.

04/12/2025: Went for lunch after a training session at the business incubator. Excellent, generous portions. I ordered rare steak and got it, which is rare in some restaurants. 10/01/2025: I had never been there before. It was great! The kitchen is very good! Impeccable service! Great atmosphere! I had a Strasbourg-style crepe (I recommend +++ 🙂😃) and for dessert, I had a chocolate and coconut crepe (I don't remember its name ^^), which I recommend +++ too 😋!

04/01/2025: I already came a few years ago, it hasn't changed, everything is excellent! Friendly decoration with a good atmosphere, fast service. I had the “Bird Pond” pancake + “Citroneige” dessert pancake, I was not disappointed. I'll have to go back more often ^^

The welcome was exceptional, warm, caring, and attentive to the children (a high chair, colored pencils, and paper were provided to keep them occupied while they waited). The children's menu was a hit! The dishes were colorful and delicious. We had a blast! A special mention for the basil cocktail. You absolutely must try it!

28/09/2024: Price-quality is excellent here. From both the food and the wine. To be completely honest, we thought their sister restaurant 'L'oratoire' was slightly better in terms of quality and service. Perhaps that was also because we were upstairs. The acoustics here are not very optimal and the light was very sharp and shrill. That was better downstairs.
