Our day in Marseillan concluded with a visit to the first French vermouth distillery, located on the port of Marseillan. A wonderful family day out, thank you.

03/07/2026: You can eat in (reservations required) or take away oysters, mussels, clams, and more. The products are incredibly fresh since it's sourced directly from the producer. I've been buying my seafood here for years, and I've never had a problem. It's a family business. Tonight, we had a lovely time dining in at the restaurant. The restaurant is charming, located on the edge of the Thau Lagoon, with a magnificent view ❤️. It's authentic. The welcome is warm and professional, with staff attentive to customers and eager to ensure we have a pleasant experience. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend Coquí Thau to everyone...

04/08/2026: A wonderful discovery. We stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance, and it was a great find. It's a unique place, perfect for cycling enthusiasts. The meal was hearty with delicious ingredients, and the service was excellent.

28/07/2026: An amazing little cafe opposite Toulouse Train Station. It is centred around a bike shop, with a lovely shaded terrace behind, serving fabulous food and good coffee. Plus the service was superb, especially given I’d turned up 45 min before the regular midday lunch started. I certainly tested the ladies patience with my appalling French. But she was gracious and kind. Highly recommended!

She loved it... but especially the meal at your place... It was a mixture of refinement, creativity and tenderness. The love of taste... and the taste of others. I will never forget the strawberry tagada reinterpreted by you and your team. Everything was bold, delicious, especially the 1000 tomatoes on a plate, but there was the particularly moving wink. Thank you! I hope you will read this message and your team too. I know you will close. But something else will be born and I reserve my table...

02/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We loved our lunch! Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. The menu is short, which for us is a real guarantee of freshness and quality ingredients. The dishes are light, fragrant, flavorful, and showcase seasonal produce. Healthy cuisine, full of taste, and prepared with great care. The only slight drawback: it was very hot the day we visited. We would have appreciated more parasols on the terrace. Inside, there is no air conditioning; with increasingly hot summers, this might be an investment to consider for customer comfort. That said, as soon as a shaded table became available, the staff very kindly offered to seat us. This gesture was much appreciated. Excellent value for money, attentive service, and a truly wonderful place that we highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

02/08/2026: Wow, what a great find! The dishes were absolutely delicious, made with high-quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The only slight downside: €14 for two non-alcoholic Chouffe beers seemed a bit steep. Apart from that, we had a wonderful time and will gladly return.

A small point about the dressing: even though it's not a local specialty, a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the salad would have made it even better. The service was excellent; the waiter was very friendly and efficient. The restrooms need fixing... they're inconvenient and look neglected, which is a shame.

05/07/2026: We stopped in Massiac for a stroll through the flea market before heading back to Paris. This restaurant seemed lovely. We were there as a family, having lunch; the staff were warm and friendly. The dishes were delicious and generous. The meat was excellent and cooked perfectly. A big thank you to the whole team.

It's a place where, every time, the welcome, the tranquility, the quality of the meals, the service, the friendliness, and the professionalism of the team are all exceptional. The rooms are just as lovely. We needed to unwind, and thanks to you, we certainly did. Dinner was a real treat, and breakfast overlooking the mountains was pure bliss.
