04/10/2026: While traveling through France, we stopped Friday evening at the Quai 21 restaurant to try Castelnaudary's specialty: cassoulet. It was excellent, very generous, served with a local wine—a real treat with very friendly service. Bravo!

14/09/2026: It's a shame because from the moment we arrived, you could tell the staff and chef were stressed. We had lunch but didn't order their set lunch menu, so perhaps that's why the service was slow, but they did make a real effort to get the dishes out faster. The quality of the food wasn't convincing in my opinion, however, I highly recommend their chocolate fondant.

The owners take the time to chat with each customer. And the terrace area is perfect for relaxing in the summer. You can go there without hesitation.

06/09/2026: Very good restaurant, friendly staff. It was our first time here, on a friend's recommendation. I had a very good eggplant, tomato, and anchovy tartlet, a very good cuttlefish stew with black olives, melt-in-your-mouth cuttlefish, stuffed squid, and dessert. We will gladly return.

13/09/2026: Around 1 p.m., we called for lunch at 6 a.m., back from Mont Saint-Michel. The welcome on the phone was fantastic, confirmed on arrival... Zebulon was everywhere, smiling, joking, and giving a great overall attitude of efficiency. It was delicious!! And served quickly, what more could you ask for? The bill was more than reasonable!! A truly great place!!! (A little wink from Gerard, the namesake of Dol de Breragne 😉)

21/09/2026: A fantastic restaurant! The decor and atmosphere are incredible! You can really see that homemade food is important here. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the dishes! If I had to make one comment, I'd say the desserts are slightly below the rest of the menu, although they're still good. A big plus for the cocktails, which I highly recommend you try! There's also a shop with lots of handcrafted items available on site, perfect for a little treat. I highly recommend this restaurant; you should definitely try it at least once!
