24/04/2026: A very good restaurant in Aigues-Mortes. The owner is very friendly and proud of running the oldest restaurant in town. Despite this distinction, the establishment has managed to keep its cuisine fresh and modern. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The menu reflects current tastes, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is top-notch and friendly.

23/04/2026: This is our second time at this establishment, and we are once again delighted. The food is excellent, the servers are very pleasant and attentive, and the children's area is very good. I highly recommend it.

05/04/2026: Any restaurant that serves fois gras is definitely to be avoided. This streamly cruel practice of keeping these poor birds in tiny cages and then force feeding them by raming a tube down their throats, whilst holding them tighly until they died from burst livers, is out dated and medieval. Please avoid this restaurant.

12/04/2026: Thank you for this time at the Auberge des Pêcheurs. Here is my review: A delightful discovery of this inn where guests are welcomed warmly and simply. The portions are generous and the food is delicious. Despite two full dining rooms, the wait was reasonable. The staff is friendly and energetic. We recommend it. Reservations are advised.

17/04/2026: Michael Wagner and Jérémy Page fully deserve their Michelin star. This evening, we enjoyed the 11-course tasting menu, accompanied by the classic wine pairing. Every dish was excellent and left nothing to be desired. The main course particularly impressed and truly won us over. The wine pairing was of high quality and especially interesting, with beautiful, carefully chosen, and perfectly matched wines. On my next visit, however, I will definitely opt for the premium version. The sommelier this evening was knowledgeable and very attentive. Overall, this young team was friendly and pleasantly relaxed, without any stiffness. Exactly how I like it.

The atmosphere was fantastic and friendly; we sang "Happy Birthday" several times without ever being told off for being too loud. The team is truly wonderful. Laura, the waitress, was amazing, incredibly friendly, and took such good care of her customers. The rest of the team is just as lovely. Go without hesitation, you'll have a wonderful time!

The meal was excellent, beautifully presented, and the weekday menu was very reasonably priced! Starter, main course, dessert... everything was perfect! The wine list offers affordable prices! The rosé from the local abbey was excellent value! What more can I say?! I can't wait to go back! Thank you for your hospitality!
