29/07/2026: Thank you to Thierry and his entire team for this wonderful evening. Impeccable service, delicious cuisine, and remarkably well-chosen wines. The grilled meats prepared in the large, medieval-inspired barbecue-fireplace were simply exceptional. This is a place that truly deserves to be discovered and rediscovered by all lovers of fine cuisine in Normandy, and of course, in Cabourg. We will gladly return!

16/07/2026: We didn't want to leave Normandy without trying the famous Rouen-style duck. We did just that at this restaurant, where the very friendly chef prepared almost the entire dish right in front of us, providing plenty of explanations. What can I say except that it was excellent? This place is definitely worth a visit.

20/06/2026: A true delight. A superb restaurant. It has two Michelin stars, and it's easy to see why: the dishes are flavorful and light, enhanced by exquisitely subtle broths and sauces.

The service is distinguished by its remarkable professionalism: a perfectly coordinated team, discreet yet always present at the right moment, with a mastery of the meal's rhythm that fully contributes to the overall experience. One senses a true rigor, without ever sacrificing warmth or elegance. Special mention goes to the cheese trolley, a true highlight of the service. The person in charge of this section demonstrates an evident and infectious passion. Their explanations are precise, engaging, and reflect a profound knowledge of the cheeses offered. This moment becomes much more than a simple cheese selection: a genuine guided discovery.

18/07/2026: We booked this restaurant by chance one evening. The welcome and service were exceptional. The meal was excellent. We'll definitely go back. The lunch menu seemed to offer excellent value for money (16.90 Euros).

11/07/2026: The setting is very pretty, but unfortunately that's the only positive point. The food is okay, nothing special, and the portions are ridiculously small: you leave hungry. Paying €112 for four people for a single dish and a drink each is completely unjustified. Very disappointing value for money. I won't be going back.

26/07/2026: Overall, we had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. The staff were friendly, smiling, and attentive. You can tell the dishes are well-crafted and beautifully presented. However, we were disappointed by the flavors, which were too mild, not pronounced enough, and sometimes even bland. The seasoning wasn't up to par and fell short of the restaurant's stated ambitions.

Everything is excellent: the setting (both inside and outside under the trees), the attentive and caring waiters, the inventive and gourmet cuisine with its many flavor combinations, and the unbeatable value for money. 12/07/2026: Nothing to report, but be careful when ordering wine and then realizing it's not the one you ordered (the bottle of wine served was more expensive than the one ordered; we are very tolerant customers, but that may not be the case for all customers).
