21/10/2026: A wonderful Alsatian experience for the whole family! The dishes reflect tradition. A little bonus for the Black Forest cake 😋🤩 The staff are friendly 🙂

18/10/2026: This restaurant is hardly representative of Alsace! The service was phlegmatic and nonchalant, the food lukewarm and unpresentable! There was no bread on the table, no mustard! And to top it all off, a gray mouse was wandering on the table leg! The waitress didn't seem surprised at all!

18/05/2026: We had a wonderful evening at the Auberge du Roybon. The setting is beautiful, the hosts are warm and friendly, the food is delicious, and the rooms and common areas are very comfortable. We will gladly return with our family this summer to enjoy the cooler temperatures or this winter for the ski slopes and snowy landscapes.

14/05/2026: We spent two nights at Christelle and Emmanuel's Auberge, a half-board stay with my sisters in early May, and we highly recommend it. Their kindness and hospitality are impeccable; they are also excellent cooks, but we just missed out on the Tarte Tropézienne… we can't wait to return. There are also hiking trails everywhere, completely off-grid, a true paradise.

06/08/2026: Following a funeral, we enjoyed a reception at this place, which I wholeheartedly recommend. The savory buffet featured incredibly fresh and high-quality ingredients. The owner, a Portuguese woman, was incredibly generous with the portions and is a lovely and attentive person. She has a wonderful team to serve her guests. All our guests thought it was fantastic, and it was the perfect place for a friendly get-together. Thank you again for everything, and I appreciated the little note on the board. Keep up the good work!

20/09/2026: Saturday evening, the crepes were still good. However, the waiter wasn't very pleasant, and we had to shout to hear each other because the singer was singing so loudly. Very disappointed.

15/09/2026: Fast service. And the crepes are good. However, don't expect any correlation between the names of the crepes and their fillings.

19/08/2026: Incredible! Nothing else to say, the ice cream is so good and the price is right, but what I remember most is the welcome. A big thank you to Alya for her kindness and her favorite yogurt flavor… which is delicious. I highly recommend it to all ice cream lovers.

10/06/2026: Merci thank you to excellent team this evening. Sarah and Anna are both excellent. I noticed in particular Sarah's training was very good, Anna is new and is already very good. Very impressive. I am a call centre trainer and I am very impressed with the training provided. Very warm welcoming and attentive. Very clean tidy and I will come again. 5 stars.

06/10/2026: We had a very pleasant time at our Sunday lunch. The Neapolitan pizza was appetizing with its beautiful, light, well-risen, and perfectly airy crust. The veal Parmigiana was hearty and generously served with penne in tomato sauce. The pasta dish with cream sauce was delicious. For dessert, the very indulgent tiramisu added an excellent touch of sweetness to the meal. A great place in Dourdan to enjoy generous and comforting Italian cuisine. I highly recommend it.

11/07/2026: For several years now, I've had the pleasure of going to Mamma Mia for a meal, a drink, or a coffee. It's always fantastic, with a warm and friendly atmosphere—it's like a little local bistro. We even had the pleasure of having a farewell party there—it was amazing! Thank you for everything.

08/07/2026: The pizza was excellent! But unfortunately, the owners are very cold, never smile, and don't accept any feedback, even polite comments. It's a real shame; we get the impression they're always in a bad mood. The wife isn't friendly at all! Especially since they have a very pleasant place with a lovely terrace. It's a real shame for the atmosphere.

The hotel was our main service provider for the entire wedding: rooms for family and friends, service staff, aperitifs, meals, a cheese-based wedding cake, room setup, and more. We want to publicly express how delighted we were to entrust our wedding to the Hotel and Restaurant La Principauté, and therefore, to everyone who works there. Thank you to Amélie, who for almost a year acted as our wedding planner, successfully finding solutions to the countless organizational challenges. Thank you to the Chef for his menu, which delighted all 150 guests, and for his extra-large aperitif! Thank you to Thomas and the entire team for your service until 5:00 a.m.! Thomas was exceptional in the efforts he made for us, and we are very grateful. Finally, a huge thank you to the Hotel Manager for her active participation in the organization and her hard work, in perfect collaboration with her teams on the ground. The hotel and restaurant truly deserve their reputation. Those who work here perform exquisite craftsmanship, ensuring the utmost enjoyment for their guests, with rigor, passion, and boundless warmth. Hats off to the team! We owe you an exceptional wedding! We will be back...
