23/07/2026: Honestly I am often disappointed with meals in Michelin restaurants. This however was truly extraordinary in every way. The food and the service would put this in the category of one of my most sublime meals ever. Yes, that good. The sole meunière was at a level I’ve never experienced. Frank’s choice of wines was what you get from that rare someone who is a truly exceptional sommelier. A big thank you to Frank and Alex for looking after us. These two gentlemen are professionals at their craft. Bravo to all. An evening we will not forget.

26/07/2026: A small, hidden gem of a restaurant in the heart of Évreux. The atmosphere is calm, the food is delicious, and the menu is varied. The fries are particularly tasty, and the molten chocolate cake is a real treat. The servers are attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant.

06/08/2026: My rating stems primarily from a major disappointment caused by a lack of information from the establishment. I had reserved a table for two for July 24th at 9:30 PM for my partner's birthday. I chose this restaurant because of its tasting menu option. To make the reservation, I called the establishment to ensure the tasting menu was suitable for someone who doesn't eat pork. Having received a positive response, I then reserved the table by phone for 9:30 PM, without any apparent problems or special instructions from the person I spoke to. On the day of dinner, we arrived five minutes late. By the time we were seated and received our menus, I noticed at 9:40 PM that it stated under the tasting menu that the order deadline was 9:30 PM. I immediately asked the waitress if it was still possible to order the tasting menu, and she told me no, it was too late. I completely understand that there's a cut-off time for ordering this type of menu; that's not the issue. What I don't understand is the lack of prior notice and information, especially since I could have been informed of this on several occasions: First, when I called to make a reservation and ask about the tasting menu, the person could have thought to let me know, given the time I requested (if I had known, I would have booked a table for 9:00 or 9:15 PM instead of 9:30 PM). Second, the information wasn't available anywhere on the website (I checked the day I went, before complaining to the waitress; I hope the information has since been added). And third, on the day of the dinner itself, I called in the morning to confirm our reservation. Having a menu with a cut-off time for orders, I think it would be wise to inform customers beforehand, especially if the reservation is right at the cut-off time… We stayed anyway, despite this inconvenience, as the food was good. However, we were surprised by the complete lack of any gesture of goodwill and, in general, the attitude of the staff, who, when we expressed our dissatisfaction, were more defensive than understanding. The chef didn't even bother to come and see us at the end of service. In short, I think the food is good, but there are things to improve regarding the information given to customers beforehand and the handling and compensation of this type of situation. We felt very disregarded as customers, and I find that really unfortunate; it doesn't make me want to come back, despite my regret at not being able to try the tasting menu.

29/07/2026: Delicious and reasonably priced for this type of service! We especially loved the "Mimosa Eggs" appetizer... We had a wonderful evening with my parents, my husband, and my 4-month-old baby!

26/06/2026: What a wonderful night. The food was fabulous and the wine was divine. The service was absolutely outstanding. The owner was gracious in allowing me to practice my very basic French language without showing any sign of impatience. To top it off there was a jazz singer and her accompaniment who was superb and rounded out the night. It was truly a fantastic night and will be something we will remember forever.

14/06/2026: A pleasant restaurant with a refined atmosphere and decor. However, our experience was mixed in several respects. We arrived at 7:15 pm for a 7:30 pm reservation, but were asked to return in 15 minutes as the setup wasn't complete. In an establishment of this caliber, I would have appreciated being offered at least an aperitif on the terrace or in a designated area while we waited, rather than being asked to leave. We ended up having a drink elsewhere, which ultimately meant we returned 10 minutes late. I do want to highlight one positive point: the staff was understanding and accommodating regarding seating, agreeing to move us to a different table to avoid the upstairs area, as my father had a knee problem. On the other hand, we were very disappointed with the main course: a €120 ribeye steak ordered rare arrived somewhere between medium and overcooked. At this price point and in this type of establishment, it's simply unacceptable. In short: a pleasant setting and generally friendly service, but important details, particularly the initial welcome and the cooking of a premium cut of meat, deserve to be addressed.

31/07/2026: A little disappointed by my meal today: the pork lacked tenderness (was it cooked too quickly? Was it the choice of meat?) and the wines by the glass weren't great (the Loire Sauvignon Blanc was bland, and the Saint-Émilion was too alcoholic). But I'll be back... (the restaurant offers delicious flavors, a comfortable dining room, and prices that reflect the quality).

22/07/2026: We were very warmly welcomed by Jeremy and Theo, who also spoke excellent English. We were given a lovely table in the atmospheric courtyard. The food is very good! They were also very helpful in thinking of the children, and everything was very flexible and possible. The chef even offered to prepare a treat for the dog. I have never experienced anything like it. We are staying here for a few more days and are thinking of paying this restaurant another visit. Bravo!

03/07/2026: The restaurant was clean with good service. The back courtyard was cozy. However, this didn't make up for the food, which wasn't very good. A very sweet sauce was smothered on the salads, making them very unbalanced and difficult to eat. In the end, the desserts were a disaster: one tasted like it had been frozen, and the second, which was supposed to be a molten chocolate cake, was actually an overcooked sponge cake. Very disappointed. Despite objectively pointing out that the molten chocolate cake had turned out to be a sponge cake, this didn't seem to be taken into account by the kitchen staff.

27/06/2026: The location of this restaurant is quite advantageous; no cars or passersby to get in the way, and the outdoor terrace is on the opposite side of the street, near the very pleasant pétanque court! The establishment lives up to all its promises; the dishes are delicious, especially the calf's head, a local specialty, and the staff is very welcoming. It's a shame the terrace is a bit crowded... the tables could be better arranged to allow for more space for both the staff and the customers. But that's the only minor drawback, because this is truly the restaurant to go to in Langogne; I recommend it without hesitation!

01/07/2026: This was the best meal we had in Alsace. Found it by accident and what a great discovery. The food was cooked superbly especially the Bream. Also loved the Munster Cheese flambe. Great wines from the next door winery. The service was lovely especially when it started to rain and we were sitting outside. They quickly found tables inside for us upstairs. Highly, highly recommend

14/06/2026: Hello, We came once before and wanted to return this month. Unfortunately, my husband was served first (grilled meat), and I had to wait 20 minutes for my meal... Despite the excellent food, we witnessed the owner's anger towards his employees from the terrace. On top of that, one employee kept complaining and sulking (her language needs improvement...). Aside from all that, the setting is very nice, but we were disappointed to have come all this way only to experience this atmosphere.

11/07/2026: I've ordered takeout from this restaurant several times, and the quality is always excellent. The dishes are delicious, generous, well-prepared, and always ready on time. The service is warm and the staff is very friendly. It's a real pleasure to order from here, and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend it!
