17/05/2026: A truly wonderful discovery in Besançon! The welcome was simply exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which immediately put you at ease. As for the food, it was a real treat. I opted for a flavorful and perfectly executed Arbois-style gratin, accompanied by a Bethanie wine that paired wonderfully. For dessert, the lemon cream meringue was light, balanced, and bursting with freshness. And to finish, an original and fragrant fir liqueur, perfect for concluding the meal. You can feel a real authenticity in both the food and the service. A place I highly recommend!

25/05/2026: The welcome was very warm, but the back room was very hot, with no air conditioning. Everything was good, however, I found the monkfish pieces very small, and I would have liked more meringue for the floating island dessert. Another minor point: the starter with foie gras and asparagus lacked seasoning.

27/05/2026: Dinner on Monday evening after four days of hiking – a well-deserved reward. An excellent experience with superb cuisine in a lovely setting (a beautiful vaulted room) and very pleasant service. I loved the foie gras and porcini mushroom casserole, the lamb shank was fantastic, as was the Pina Colada dessert. My friend adored her pork tenderloin (I almost regretted not ordering it). For once, the desserts looked tempting and clearly homemade. A wonderful discovery was the Auvergne AOP wine. Congratulations on your work. I highly recommend it.

Wedding on May 2nd, 2026, then birthday on May 3rd, 2026—yes, we had a few back-to-back events, but honestly, we have no regrets...everything was perfect. Top-notch organization and advice, a lovely team, and a fantastic DJ (JP). The caterer (HAUVILLE) and his team were also excellent. We recommend them 100%! It will remain an exceptional weekend.
