21/09/2024: Chef's terrine + maroilles chicken fillet (fries replaced by tagliatelle at my request) + nectarine/apple crumble and 2 vanilla ice creams + espresso: total €35! Excellent restaurant, with very welcoming and warm staff. Very pleasant environment (rue de la Monnaie). Flawless.

20/01/2025: We had an excellent stay at the Grand Hôtel Roi René. The room was very nicely decorated with the added bonus of L'Occitane products. The plus: a large terrace! The service was excellent. When we arrived, we were greeted by Lisa who was very professional, friendly and gave good advice. The restaurant left us with a memorable memory, the dishes being equally succulent as each other, from starter to dessert, and the service was efficient and pleasant.
We hope to return soon for more pleasant moments in Aix!

29/09/2024: Passing through Cabourg with my mother, we finally decided to come to Houlgate late to eat. At past 9 p.m., it was the only restaurant that welcomed us, we were very well received, with a smile and a friendliness that is rare today. We ate really well and were not disappointed to have come to eat there. We'll come back!

"two young people" who must be in a hotel high school.
We come from the Var and the menu that we chose, in terms of its quality and price, has nothing to envy of a starred restaurant that we have in the south.
22/09/2024: Very disappointed by the main course, that is to say monkfish "drowned" in a so-called "stuffy" accompaniment, a dish that was much too salty, no vegetables, no presentation.

09/06/2025: You could not ask for a better value than the menu de saison at Au Bon Accueil. The staff (ask for Pascal) is engaged, the service is prompt, and the entire affair from beginning to end is enjoyable. There is a good reason for this restaurant being recommended by Michelin. I have been four or five times in the past year, and will go four or five times in the coming year.

28/08/2024: Tout est parfait : l’accueil, la salle avec une vue superbe, le service très gentil et les plats qui s’enchaînent au bon rythme. Et que nous avons bien mangé ! Menu enfant, poissons, viandes, dessert, tout est bon, juste, bien assaisonné, pas trop gras, en juste quantité. Aucune fausse note, et les prix sont adaptés au vu de ce qui est proposé. Bravo et merci 😊

12/12/2024: A restaurant where you know you won't be disappointed by what you find on your plate. The dishes are refined, very well presented and for my part I find that it is excellent value for money when you take the lunch formula (2 or 3 courses).

I do not recommend the evening, the value for money is not there, the service without a smile and the waiter does not know what gravelax salmon is...lack of explanation on the dishes when ordering, too bad

Usually, in the restaurants in which I ate them, the mussels were overcooked, rubbery, there were mussels a la minute. A treat!
The waitress is very pleasant and smiling.
