14/07/2026: I had a really bad experience at two cafeterias near my accommodation, but the two male staff members here treated me so kindly that it put me in a great mood. They even took photos for me, and since it was a match against France today, they put French flags on my face and arm in the shots, which was cute and fun! The sweet potato fries and shrimp croquettes were delicious too!! Haha

21/05/2026: The hotel is very well located in relation to the Verdon Gorge. The room and bathroom were clean. The bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. We were less impressed with the restaurant.

16/07/2026: A very good lunch. The zucchini fritters as a starter were a delightful discovery. The sea bass and the can of soda were also appreciated. We didn't have dessert as we were quite full. The service and terrace were very pleasant.

Nothing is overdone, everything is perfectly executed. You eat well, you eat real food, and it feels wonderful. The service is a delight in itself. Martine and her team have a natural warmth that immediately puts you at ease. They speak to you like a neighbor they're happy to see again, with sincere attentiveness and a smile that never rings false. The atmosphere of Place du Marché adds to the magic: a vibrant, luminous setting that invites you to linger, to savor the moment, to take your time. An address that embodies the finest aspects of local cuisine: generous, honest, and profoundly human. La Table de Martine is a little corner of Draguignan that we cherish. 02/07/2026: Excellent crepes and galettes, great ingredients. The owner is very rude. Unfortunately, I only asked to be moved to a different table, and she realized we were bothered by the noise. So she practically kicked us out and refused to take our reservation for the following evening. We were very mortified by this offensive behavior. She even didn't want us to pay for dinner because, according to her, we weren't satisfied. If you go, keep quiet and don't ask for anything, otherwise they'll kick you out.

30/06/2026: Traditional Breton crêperie, the food is organic, homemade, it's very good, the place is very clean and the service is impeccable.

05/07/2026: Hello, we had the pleasure of enjoying the bistro's cuisine at a wedding. They catered the event and delighted us with the verrines and brazier dishes during the cocktail hour, as well as the evening dinner. The brunch the following morning was absolutely enormous. We will definitely be back to enjoy the restaurant menu! 😀 I should also mention that the serving staff are incredibly friendly and always smiling! Well done to them!

26/07/2026: Thursday, July 23, 2026 Lunch for four people - 65 Euros per person Beautiful house located on the banks of the Canal des Houilleres in a peaceful and bucolic setting. Minimal welcome, restrained and unfriendly this Thursday. Feverish service. If, as announced, a set menu is requested, all guests must agree on the same menu for everyone. To choose freedom and share tastes and preferences, we can all order à la carte. We chose the set menu for the table, which allows for individual adjustments if you opt for fish, increasing the price by 20% or more if you prefer the cheese course to dessert. The directive order-taking, with a stern expression, was pleasantly softened by the smile of an attentive young waitress who brought us the aperitif. Muscat, Crémant, and Pinot Noir by the glass were Excellent. An aperitif/cocktail/non-alcoholic wine would be welcome. The wine list offers reasonable prices and a selection by the glass that fairly represents different regions and grape varieties. Beautiful tableware and perfect timing of service; the presentation of the dishes will please the eye and delight those who feed their smartphones. Fresh starters with soothing flavors. No quick cooking here. The main courses, cooked slowly and meticulously (sous vide?), ensure a tender veal rump, but a somewhat muted flavor. Those who appreciate pronounced aromas, flavorful roasted notes, and olfactory pleasures will find it difficult to satisfy. The chef was kind enough to inform us if he practices batch cooking. The dishes are accompanied by a plethora of ramekins offering mousses, purées, sabayons, and concassés, omitting fresh vegetables. The dessert Morello cherries on shortbread win the day with their indulgent flavors. Reasonable prices - around 65 Euros per person. Many will praise the concept, but the somewhat stiff atmosphere, menu, and service during our visit, along with an optimized cooking method that masked certain flavors, left us with a mixed impression that only partially reflected the proverbial warmth, generosity, authenticity, and spirit of sharing that are the soul of the gastronomy of this beautiful region of Alsace.

23/04/2026: I forgot to give my opinion, but we truly enjoyed ourselves. The quality was excellent, from the children's meals (which we appreciate when children are treated with the same respect as adults 🙂) to our own dishes, which were also delicious. I loved the pulled pork (just like Grandma used to make). The cheese platter was wonderful, as was the tiramisu 🤩. We came because of the location, as our son is passionate about trains, and without expecting anything special, we were more than happy with our meal. The service was impeccable. If we return to Paris, we will definitely come back. Thank you for this wonderful experience!
