08/12/2025: We booked the entire venue and there were 86 of us. We all had a fantastic evening; it was perfect in every way: the organization, the welcome, the meal, the show, and the atmosphere. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We highly recommend it. A huge thank you to everyone!

Let's not talk about white butter, it only has the name... neither the smell nor the taste, I still wonder what it is was but for the butter was absent and as for the cabbage straight out of the bucket without going through the kitchen just reheat in the steam oven the same for the shrimps and mussels... filthy I couldn't eat it not even worthy of a low-end trucker, too bad when you have the name TAVERNE the setting is not everything it would be good to have a real chef in the kitchen...

04/12/2025: Excellent experience! Excellent food! Warm atmosphere and welcome; they even let me have fondue even though it wasn't their day: very flexible and kind. I highly recommend it.

25/11/2025: We had a wonderful time. The restaurant is very pleasant, especially the garden during the summer months. We enjoyed a very good dinner with varied and high-quality dishes.

21/09/2024: Nice atmosphere right on the beach and very fast service. However, the food is just average and, like almost everywhere, overpriced. Umami salad with too much ginger and raw pak choi is also not really edible and should be used as a salad substitute. CLUB sandwich ok

07/07/2025: Genuinely some of the worst food I’ve ever had. The food was almost pure fat and was very expensive. Was a very memorable meal for all the wrong reasons. Food took a long time to come (ordered the prefix menu). The service was extremely snobby and didn’t speak english. Somehow they couldn’t understand the google translate to french either and brought a well done piece of lamb when I asked for medium rare. Surprised they would let a dish like that leave the kitchen - don’t let the pictures fool you! Given the reputation of food in Lyon this was more than a disappointment and I’d go as far to say it was an embarrassment to the city. The only way it could have been worse is if I got food poisoned but thats impossible because nothing edible was served!

26/06/2025: It's impossible to miss its purple storefront, both elegant and unique, a foretaste of what awaits you inside. At Albert, the cuisine is refined, creative, and masterful, with dishes full of meaning and seasonality. The chef offers a personal and modern interpretation of the product, without ever overdoing it. An intimate atmosphere, attentive service, and true consistency from start to finish. A discreet gem in the 1st arrondissement... that fully deserves to be in the spotlight.

16/11/2025: Excellent restaurant in Château-Thierry with quality meat and top-notch staff. The owner is very welcoming. I highly recommend La Boucherie.

29/10/2025: The food wasn't great; you should order simple dishes like pork chops. The servers aren't trained, which is a shame. Overall disappointing.

06/12/2025: A welcoming and friendly place. As the room was full, we could clearly hear the conversations around us, so that was a minor drawback. The tea was good, as was the very generous portion of hot chocolate with whipped cream. The service was quick and friendly.
