We ordered the daily special (chicken supreme) and we weren't disappointed! Refined cuisine that made me want to come back one evening to try the menu. 03/08/2026: August 3, 2026 Restaurant Le Moine Gourmand is a truly delightful surprise. I take my hat off to the owner who manages everything, from the kitchen to the dining room, with real skill. The dishes are excellent, the desserts are well-made, and all at a very reasonable price. You can feel the hard work and the desire to do things well, and it shows in both the food and the atmosphere. I highly recommend it if you're ever in Troyes; it's a simple, efficient, and welcoming place.

19/07/2026: We arrived very late, at 9:45 pm. We received a superb welcome from Olivier, the owner, and his wonderful team. We had a divine meal of fried squid and a hanger steak skewer with a succulent morel sauce, followed by a fantastic chocolate fondant and caramel French toast for dessert. A real treat, a truly comforting moment after our long day of cycling. I highly recommend this superb restaurant with its warm and welcoming people. I will definitely be back!

La Fabrique des Étoiles came out on top, and after our experience, we can confirm that this recommendation was totally deserved! The food is excellent, entirely homemade, with quality ingredients and generous portions. Each dish is prepared with care, and the flavors are exceptional. The service is warm, professional, and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention also goes to the set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) for €29.90, and the full daily menu for €18. The desserts, prepared by a pastry chef, are the perfect way to end the meal. We had a wonderful time from beginning to end and we will definitely be back. The tables are very close to one another, but we got a table for two on the second floor by the window, as we read from prior reviews that it’s the best table, away from others and has a view of the street. Food is excellent and serving staff is attentive and gives good suggestions. Highly recommended.
