28/09/2026: I just had a wonderful family gathering at this charming restaurant, which had been reserved exclusively for us. I can only express my complete satisfaction with the service provided. The atmosphere is very welcoming, with Chef Thierry always smiling and attentive to his guests. The cuisine is simply refined and delicious, with meats cooked to perfection in the magnificent fireplace in the dining room. The pace of the meal was perfect, with very efficient staff who allowed us ample time to savor the different dishes and enjoy pleasant conversation. Last but not least, the restrooms are very clean and well-maintained. In conclusion, go there with complete confidence; you won't be disappointed. Thierry Dhénin

23/09/2026: Delicious food, a wonderfully warm atmosphere in the restaurant with its open fireplace where the owner sears the meats 😍, and impeccable service and welcome! I highly recommend it.

13/08/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant in May with about ten friends. I ate superbly well and drank very well too. The service was very good; it's a great place to eat in La Rochelle.

07/08/2026: Just an amazing place! Very friendly service, tres sympa! Rich menu, a lot of choice. Service also is very fast and effective. Food was fresh, simple and delicious. Simplicity of the ingredients were very well complimented by pretty creative sauces. Everything was very balanced and tasted great. For the dessert as well wel took a mousse au chocolat and it was phenomenal!

03/08/2026: I can only comment on the food having stayed nearby. The trout terrine I suspect was not home made. The andouillette was heavily over salted and more akin to eating intestine (which I have). Even the crème brûlée was under brûléed and not firm enough. Glass of Cote du Rhone- not great. Stick to the burgers. Probably safer.

13/06/2026: A simple but perfect hotel in my opinion. The restaurant was excellent, very good food, and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely return next time. And Manon gave us a very warm welcome.

27/09/2026: After a less than successful first attempt, we decided to give it a second try. We noticed many changes. This time, there was no need to constantly ask for more frog legs, which arrived long after we ordered, often with only three or four. Instead, small, generously filled casserole dishes arrived automatically. The service was excellent, as always, with a truly perfect waitress who clearly knew her job. We were even given a small ramekin for the bones without even asking. We highly recommend it.

20/09/2026: There were three of us. We all ordered the same set menu, namely fried food, for 18 euros. When we looked at the bill, it was 24 euros. I called you this morning, and I was told that was the correct amount!

27/08/2026: While visiting Vesoul, we were given a restaurant recommendation in the shops. We arrived at the lovely terrace. The set menu (chicken strips in Vin Jaune sauce, mashed potatoes, and tiramisu for dessert) was excellent and very well presented. A very friendly waiter (who is leaving soon, unfortunately 😭) and waitress 👍. A place to try without hesitation. Thank you for this wonderful discovery 🫶

19/09/2026: We recently rediscovered this restaurant in Strasbourg. The setting is superb, the welcome and service are impeccable, and the cuisine has, in our opinion, taken a significant leap forward. Originality, magnificent combinations, perfectly cooked dishes, and the highlight: the jus and sauces. Thank you so much for this experience, and we hope to see you again soon.

11/09/2026: Excellent restaurant, offering a variety of textures, colors, and sensations. The wine pairings were superb, and the service was very good. The meal was served at a brisk pace, allowing us to savor each experience without excessive waiting between courses. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning.

Tasty with delicious gravy with honey, but a tad too greasy and I miss vegetables... but very cheap! €10.50? How do they do it!

26/08/2026: Honestly, an exceptional experience at Le Péron in Marseille! The setting is magnificent, but above all, the view is absolutely incredible. Facing the sea, with this panoramic view of Marseille, it's truly the kind of place where you take the time to relax and admire the scenery. 🌊☀️ The service is very pleasant, the atmosphere is fantastic, and everything is there for a wonderful time. Honestly, it even deserves a star, the experience is so perfect! A place I wholeheartedly recommend. And that view… it's hard to beat in Marseille! 😍

09/09/2026: We went there last night and received excellent service. The tarte flambée was brought to us upon request and was absolutely delicious, the pizza was very generously topped, and the desserts were very good. We will definitely return.

For €16, it included a starter (tart, salad, egg), a main course (with meat, vegetables, and potatoes), and a dessert (with blueberries and cream). The restaurant was busy. The service was very friendly. There was a great selection of delicious wines. Completely satisfied. We'll gladly come again.
