31/12/2025: The place is borderline unsanitary, with appalling hygiene and the nauseating smell of cat urine. It's astonishing that there are no inspections at this establishment... The bill is higher than online rates, and of course, they demand cash... Avoid at all costs; it's dishonest.

30/01/2026: Bought a palmier pastry and a baguette around 3 PM. Both were stale, at least since the day before. The palmier pastry was so hard it was inedible.
The staff were rude and incompetent. The atmosphere was awful.

18/05/2026: The hotel provided a very warm welcome, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Special mention goes to the housekeeper who kept the room well-maintained and even provided an extra towel.
However, the breakfast was disappointing for the price and lacked vegan and halal options. I was also a little disappointed to find a cracked and stained bathtub/shower, rather than a walk-in shower as shown in the photos for the superior double room.

23/05/2026: A nice little after-work spot. A rather cozy space for a moment with colleagues. Despite the price of drinks, the small snacks – tenders, fries, cheese platter – are affordable.

The service could be nicer: we ordered a beer and asked if we could have something to eat because without food and with the heat... well, no!
We were refused: you have to order from the menu, otherwise you don't even get a few chips or peanuts, even after paying!
I don't recommend it!

02/08/2026: This is a negative star restaurant. As bad as it gets. Don't be too sure who the customer if you sit down. Mistake with the order and you will get asked if you have an allergy. Zero attempt at customer service. Only survives due to the prime corner location opposite the museum. Should have read the other reviews below entering. My own fault
30/07/2026: While on holiday and passing through on July 28th, we ate with our little dog and were very satisfied. The service was impeccable and jovial; we were not disappointed. It was the best restaurant of our stay!

02/06/2026: I bought corn and whole wheat bread. They had absolutely no flavor, and the corn bread had a sticky crumb.
The price was far too high for the quality of these two products. The brioche was ridiculously small for the price. I won't be going back to this place.

10/05/2026: Given the park's popularity, this fast-food spot could easily be just another tourist trap, but it's anything but. The menu features simple, home-style starters, main courses, and desserts, all well-prepared and generously portioned. I particularly recommend the shredded beef with homemade mashed potatoes. The convenience of self-service is sure to please even those in a hurry.

28/07/2026: One of the best and most delicious ways to spend 7 euros in Strasbourg is to visit this restaurant during happy hour. I was very satisfied because I could eat delicious food at a really low price. If you are visiting Strasbourg, I highly recommend coming to this restaurant for dinner.

15/04/2026: Very disappointing- no heating in the room and when I tried to call the reception about it , the phone was not working at all it seems like it’s just a decoration piece in the room. Ended up sick for sleeping in the cold as I had no energy anymore to go down to the reception.
