11/07/2026: A very nice restaurant, pleasant setting, charming owner. The service is top-notch. Home-style cooking and fresh ingredients. But above all, exceptional responsiveness. I highly recommend it!

02/07/2026: Pleasant setting. The meal was decent, although a bit pricey for a salad and steak tartare. The servers could be a bit more pleasant... they took away the rillettes we had as an aperitif without asking; not a single smile. The server offered desserts, including profiteroles, to the next table. He then offered us desserts, but this time he didn't offer profiteroles... So I asked, and the response was, "Oh yes, they do have them..." In short, the food was decent, but the service could be more welcoming.

11/04/2026: Far from the center of Rouen, but hotel prices are high in Rouen, so this was the cheapest we found besides a Formula 1 hotel. There's a large shopping center nearby. The rooms are clean. It's a shame our two rooms, for a family booking, were so far away. No elevator. Large parking lot. Quiet.

07/04/2026: The room wasn't very clean (it didn't even seem like they'd vacuumed), and the dust on the headboard was a nightmare. Otherwise, it's cheap. Don't forget to turn off the fan; it flashes all night, making it as bright as day. Breakfast at €13.90 is a bit pricey considering the poor quality. Overripe fruit, sour fruit salad, and to top it all off, fermented applesauce... in short, I wouldn't recommend it.

08/05/2026: €17 for a meat dish and a small potato gratin. Could we have a small salad with it? The same price for burgers that the children didn't like. The tiramisu was good. The brioche bun was good too. The toilets were in a terrible state... Overpriced.

07/05/2026: Half the menu was out of stock because they were closed on May 8th… incomprehensible. I asked for olive oil, and here's what I received (see photo). You be the judge…

06/07/2026: Bad experience, we were told when taking our order that there were no fries, for a restaurant with specialties that come with fries, I have questions, how can a restaurant not have fries, I have never seen that anywhere else, otherwise everything else is very very very average, even bad.

02/06/2026: 5 euros for a half-pint of wheat beer. They're treating us like we're dumber than we are. First and last time, what a shame, but the staff were nice!

25/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs!! We simply ordered sandwiches and coffees, and it cost €6 for tasteless bread and mass-produced salami. A rip-off! Stay away! Nice view.

20/07/2026: A lovely setting, a nice and varied menu, and a very good meal (except for the waffles for dessert, which were frozen!). However, the service was disappointing and disastrous, very unwelcoming. For champagne costing almost 80 euros a bottle, there was no ice bucket! The wine was served like fruit juice, there was no bread, and no one came to check if everything was alright!

11/07/2026: The food is good and the dishes are tasty, which is a real plus. However, the service is far too slow. We waited a long time throughout the meal. I also asked for mustard twice to accompany my dish. Unfortunately, I only received it when I had almost finished my fries. It's a shame, because this kind of detail detracts from the overall experience. Another disappointing point: I asked the waitress what the crunchy ingredient in the salad was, as it wasn't listed in the dish's ingredients. Her response was, "I don't know, but it's edible." I found this response unprofessional. When a customer asks about the ingredients in a dish, it's normal to be able to answer them or, failing that, to check with the kitchen. With more responsive and attentive service, this restaurant could offer a much better experience.

12/06/2026: We had the €29 set menu; it was generous and very good, good value for money, although the service was a little slow.

09/06/2026: I dined at this restaurant last month, the service was excellent, the restaurant is well located facing the sea, the dishes are very good and fresh, I highly recommend it.

08/07/2026: The meat served on the menu was very small and had a lot of gristle. The lemon dessert had a crust that tasted moldy. The staff were friendly and professional.

20/05/2026: Noise in the corridors and rooms until half past midnight, people were talking as if it were broad daylight, and because of the short night we had, we were woken up in the morning by the sounds of drilling (workmen probably doing some work in the hotel), understandable but not in this particular case...we have experienced better during a stay at your hotel during the Christmas holidays.

19/04/2026: Superb building in a great location, attentive staff, quality restaurant; for pilgrims, the room is a bit pricey but in line with the standard of a 3-star hotel.

05/07/2026: I recently returned to this restaurant, which I hadn't visited for two years, and was disappointed by the quality, even though it used to be excellent. ✅ The welcome was pleasant, with a smile and friendly service; no complaints there. ✅ The atmosphere was above average, and the setting is still very pleasant. 👎 The service was where things fell apart. We were seated at the same time as other customers, but our table was 30 minutes behind the others. 👎 There was no water on the table when we arrived, even though it was 33 degrees Celsius on the terrace. 👎 The food: €18 for a sausage and cold mashed potatoes (a communication problem between the kitchen and the service staff). The sausage portion was generous, but not excellent for someone from Toulouse used to such a great restaurant. The mashed potatoes were... well, let's just say they were unusable. ✅ The service was pleasant. I think the quality of the establishment is geared more towards tourists intrigued by local specialties than regular customers.

08/07/2026: One star less because our ice cream scoops were far too small and looked rather ridiculous in their cones; we're pretty used to that 🍦 The waitresses and the owner didn't clearly communicate the instructions to the new employee... As usual, it was delicious, but...

02/07/2026: We tried the ice cream, a pastry, and a cake. The chestnut and peach flavors didn't deliver their expected taste, however, the chocolate, rose-raspberry-lemon, and coconut-chocolate were tasty. The apple-hazelnut brioche wasn't fresh, and the same went for the almond and orange zest tart, which had a rancid aftertaste. What a disappointment!
