27/07/2026: A little gem not to be missed in the Lepante neighborhood. Everything is homemade. Simple and delicious dishes... just the way we like them. The establishment is run by its owner, and it shows.

31/07/2026: I came in today simply to buy something to take away. To my great surprise, my order was refused because my outfit wasn't "appropriate." I was wearing a simple summer top that showed my midriff, nothing more. It wasn't a swimsuit, nor was it indecent clothing, and my breasts were never visible. I've worn this outfit in many stores before without any problem. What's even more unacceptable is that the owner didn't even come to speak to me directly. Instead, he repeatedly asked his employee to tell me that she wouldn't serve me. I find this behavior particularly disrespectful. When you make such a decision, you stand by it and explain it to the customer yourself. I can understand that an establishment requires a minimum level of decency, but there's a difference between beachwear and a simple summer top, especially during a heatwave. Besides, I wasn't even planning on sitting down; I only wanted to place a takeaway order. I find this decision disproportionate and particularly disappointing. If the rules are this strict, it would be helpful to display them clearly at the entrance to prevent customers from making a wasted trip! A SHAME! This will undoubtedly generate bad publicity.

28/07/2026: Judging by the reviews I've seen, what I experienced today doesn't surprise me at all. The two saleswomen were very, very "pleasant"—obviously, that's sarcasm. If you want to work with customers, at least show a smile and a genuine desire to be friendly, even if it seems like they're forced to be there. They need to rethink how they speak to customers, especially with the haughty and superior air they adopt.

22/04/2026: My first evening as an active young retiree, sensitive to good accordion music ("scribemétal"), flute, lyre, banjo... and eager to learn the steps of polka, Scotch, mazurka, and bourrée in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere (without getting a big head). I haven't had lunch or dinner yet, but I'm enjoying a traditional dance evening with 16 fantastic musicians and about 30 dancers from local associations in the Gironde region: Cadansa, Traderidera, Mascaret Basque... The owner is hardworking and fully committed to this friendly, cultural, and musical exchange between instrumental experts and dance instructors. And let's not forget the newcomers, who are always warmly welcomed, supported, and pampered by the wise veterans! I highly recommend you try the experience and meet all these warm people (in these times it's a treasure trove of positive energy) Françoise B.

08/03/2026: The Bistro offers musical entertainment, e.g., on the 1st Friday of each month from September to June, a traditional dance with music provided by a collective of musicians, open to everyone.

29/07/2026: Clean rooms, no air conditioning, bar and restaurant closed. No reception. In 7 days I saw one (1) employee only once. In the room the air conditioning was replaced by a 20 cm fan. Hotel to be used only if there is no alternative.

23/07/2026: Room booked for a stay at Europa-Park, located about 30 minutes away by car. The location is ideal: everything is close by in Erstein, especially shops. As for the room, it's adequate for the price. It's clear they've tried to modernize it, but a few improvements are still needed, particularly regarding the blankets, which are outdated and uncomfortable. The rest is satisfactory, although the bed could be a bit bigger. The bathroom is quite modern. The main drawbacks concern cleanliness: the room hadn't been dusted, and we saw three spiders in three nights. This is definitely something that needs improvement. Despite this, I recommend this establishment for its excellent value for money, its convenient location, and its friendly and welcoming staff.

21/07/2026: This restaurant is nothing special. The food is rather bland and you can find it anywhere. The staff are pleasant, but the dishes are uninspired.

18/07/2026: A wonderful family lunch at Zeyer! The seafood platter to share was very generous, featuring beautiful seafood. For dessert, we had ice cream sundaes and profiteroles with Berthillon ice cream – we loved them! If you're looking for an authentic place with quality products and friendly service, go for it!!

22/03/2026: Excellent experience. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and impeccably clean. It was completely quiet. The toilet was separate from the bathroom. The breakfasts were excellent, featuring high-quality products at an exceptional price. I recommend this establishment 200%!

01/01/2026: A truly warm and friendly welcome, and a very wide selection of crêpes and galettes that makes you want to try everything! I tried the Helena crêpe (if I'm not mistaken about the name): a real treat, delicious and incredibly generous. I highly recommend it!

13/09/2025: The restaurant looks nothing like the photos anymore… neither the food nor the galettes. The restaurant is dirty and unsuitable for families or people with reduced mobility. As for the quality of the galettes and crêpes, as well as the fillings, it's not "bad," but it's far from high-quality. The person there, however, is very kind, smiling, pleasant, and accommodating.

23/05/2026: We came to this restaurant hoping for a pleasant evening and unfortunately had a very shocking experience. While eating our appetizer, we noticed what strongly resembled mold and a moldy taste on the prosciutto. We calmly, discreetly, and respectfully pointed out the problem to the owner, without causing a scene or disturbing the other customers, simply hoping he would change the dish and we could move on. Instead, the owner began speaking to us aggressively, asserting that he was certain of his ingredients. He then called the chef, who spoke to us in the same tone. Despite this, we tried to remain polite and explain that we didn't want to offend anyone and that we were simply within our rights to request a change of dish when faced with a suspicious-looking item. The situation then escalated for no apparent reason: the owner spoke to us very rudely, removed our drinks from the table, and asked us to leave, saying he didn't want customers like us. We left extremely shocked and humiliated, even though we never raised our voices or disrespected anyone. Our evening was completely ruined. It's all the more disappointing because we were regular customers and used to come here to celebrate our important occasions. We will never set foot in this place again. I would have given it zero stars if I could.

21/05/2026: I stopped for a soda; there were four tourists on the terrace, but the waiter took 20 minutes to come and take my order... he was too busy telling his love stories about English women... more of a fish market than a relaxing place... the only good thing was the pretty view.

16/07/2026: The service is always excellent, the whole team is lovely. The food is very good and plentiful!

06/07/2026: One drawback regarding the service: We opted for the set menu. When dessert arrived, the waitress brought the menu without any explanation. It turned out that not all desserts were included. The bill was a surprise.

12/07/2026: The entire service was disorganized. By the end of the day, the staff must be exhausted... We had a reservation, but our table wasn't ready. One visit to clean the table, one visit for the menus, one visit for the daily specials, and one visit to order our main courses and the aperitif we requested. But no drinks were served during the meal, even when we asked. The savory buckwheat crepe was clearly microwaved, judging by the state of the egg. In short, we ended up leaving, having paid, but we had to get dessert elsewhere.
