09/07/2026: We called the day before to ask if they were taking on apprentices. They said yes. We came the next morning and were told the boss wasn't there, that he'd be there from 11:00 AM. My daughter called back in the afternoon at 2:30 PM and was told no, if we hadn't called you. I don't understand. Not cool for my daughter.

08/07/2026: We ate well and the service was quick. We had a main course, dessert, and drinks. €30 per person. There were five of us. It was very reasonable considering how much we enjoyed the delicious food! It was also a pleasure to see that there are restaurants in Tours that serve good food! Thank you and best of luck!

27/07/2026: A very disappointing experience. After booking on the restaurant's website, we arrived to find the restaurant empty. We were made to wait after being asked three times by three different people what we wanted. Outside, it was pouring rain. Then, we were asked again under what name we had booked while they seated other people. Finally, a very stressed man told us that, given the bad weather, he couldn't offer us a table because he hadn't checked the reservations on the website. I explained that I had traveled 30 kilometers with a child, but he got angry, started throwing things behind the bar, and the atmosphere was extremely unpleasant. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Very, very bad vibes, we left. Following the owner's return: The fact that you persist in presenting a version of events that does not correspond to reality, despite concrete evidence, unfortunately gives the impression that you are primarily concerned with preserving the image of your establishment rather than acknowledging what actually happened. This attitude speaks volumes about the respect you have for your customers. Reading your review history, I see that I am clearly not the only one to have encountered this problem. And, each time, your response seems to be the same: claiming that the reviews do not reflect reality. Personally, I don't understand the point of denigrating your customers by presenting false information. I never asked you to change your seating plan. At your request, we waited several times. During this time, three different people came to ask us who we were and under what reservation we were registered. You also told us that you don't check reservations made through your website. That's why we waited calmly in a corner of the room while you made several trips back and forth trying to find our reservation. I can also confirm that we arrived after 7:00 PM, between 7:10 PM and 7:15 PM at the latest. We are certain of this because we were just in a neighboring shop that had just closed. Similarly, our reservation was made around 4:50 PM, not at the last minute. I even showed you the confirmation time on my phone, while you were showing me another customer's reservation, a gentleman's. In any case, the experience was particularly unpleasant, mainly due to the behavior of the gentleman—probably the manager of the establishment—who was extremely rude and disrespectful. His attitude towards customers is, in my opinion, deplorable. Given your many similar comments, it unfortunately seems that this way of treating customers is not an isolated case. At least, that was my experience, one I wouldn't wish on any other customer.

24/07/2026: A wonderful discovery for me! The view is breathtaking and the food is absolutely delicious. The charcuterie boards are excellent and generously portioned, and for meat lovers, this is the restaurant to go to. I highly recommend it!

24/06/2026: In the village of Lege...great place...Lovely terrace, good food and impeccable service...the waiters and waitresses are very friendly...you can have a very good time there...The fish and chips are excellent!! In short, a very pleasant and enjoyable stop...

19/05/2026: I really enjoy ordering my pizza 🍕 from this Domino's. They know your habits. One day, a delivery driver I often use told me he was surprised not to have ice cream in my order, as that's something I get very often. I really appreciate that they know customers' preferences. They're also very friendly; it's quite easy to chat with some of the drivers. I hope this stays that way because meeting professionals who are empathetic and respectful is becoming increasingly rare. In many stores, we're just credit cards, so we don't get a smile, and finding a helpful manager is very difficult... Thank you to the staff at this Domino's 🌹🌹🌹🌹

30/07/2026: It was very interesting to read that other guests had similar experiences. Unfortunately, we had one too. We were visiting with our young children when one of my daughter’s French fries accidentally fell onto the floor. Instead of understanding that this can happen with small children, a member of the staff came over and told us to leave the restaurant. We tried to explain that accidents like this are completely normal when dining with young children, but they insisted that we leave. To make matters worse, they still expected us to pay. I asked to speak to the manager, hoping the situation would be handled differently. However, he also claimed that it was unacceptable for small children to drop French fries on the floor. As parents, we found this reaction completely unreasonable and very disappointing. Families with young children should be aware that they may not receive a welcoming or understanding attitude here.

30/07/2026: On July 30th, we entered this nearly empty restaurant with our 6-year-old daughter and politely asked if she could use the restroom for a few moments. The woman at the counter explained that a purchase was required. We naturally accepted this rule immediately and ordered a bottle of water. Before our order was even taken, the man behind the counter asked us, in an aggressive and deeply disrespectful tone, to leave the restaurant. At the same time, the woman at the counter spoke to our daughter in a way that we considered completely inappropriate. Our complaint is not at all about the fact that restroom access is reserved for customers who have ordered food or drinks. We accepted this rule without any discussion and immediately placed our order. It concerns solely the way we were treated as customers, and more specifically, the behavior shown towards our six-year-old daughter. We have never before encountered such a lack of respect towards a family with a young child. Everyone is free to form their own opinion and decide whether they wish to support an establishment where customers, and in particular families with young children, are treated in this way.

02/06/2026: Excellent value for money. Nice location. For us, it's always a choice here in Beaumont between Le Jean Bistrot and Chez Claudette. This time, we went with the latter. Had a delicious menu de jour for 16.50 euros for three courses.

05/05/2026: I rarely leave Google reviews, but the poor quality of this pastry shop compels me to do so. I have rarely tasted such bad pastries. I usually go to Tourbez in Gouvieux, but unfortunately, they are closed on Tuesdays. So, I opted for this highly-rated pastry shop in Chantilly. I bought Paris-Brest pastries, a crème brûlée, a chocolate éclair, a red fruit tiramisu, a rum baba, and some financiers. Basically, everything ended up in the bin! The crème brûlée had a lumpy texture and, of course, no vanilla flavor whatsoever. The choux pastry of the Paris-Brest and the rum baba were practically cardboard-like. The tiramisu was far too sweet, with a biscuit base that resembled sponge cake crumbs; it was detestable. The chocolate éclair was overly sweet and cloying. As for the financiers, they were vomit-inducing—a lump of sugar with no almond flavor. After the first bite, only a greasy sensation remained in the mouth! I don't understand why this pastry shop is still open… maybe for its bread? Stéphane Aubert, a customer who won't be repeating the Pascal Nopé experience.

08/05/2026: A short impromptu break on a pleasant terrace. The waiter recommended a little white wine (it's aperitif time!). We were right to listen to their advice! Our glasses were served with a smile.... A great place where we'll be stopping again.... the wine is good and the service is impeccable!

19/04/2026: A must for a fantastic time. A dining room or terrace with a breathtaking view, yes indeed, and a truly authentic face in front of the oven: Maryse, who's been there since…ooh! The pizzas are sensational with a perfectly crispy crust, but don't forget (like we did today) the amazing lasagna. And then there's the famous blueberry tart…when they have them, because Maryse refuses to buy them. They make the pastry soggy. Or, failing that, her lemon tart. Should you ask if everything is homemade? If I were you, I'd avoid asking 😡 In short, a great time in an exceptional setting that's well worth the effort.

28/02/2026: Pizza + Fondue: The Ultimate Combo For 45 years, Maryse has been delighting Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe with her wood-fired pizzas at her restaurant in Lachat. It's a sure bet; you're guaranteed a great evening. Special mention goes to the Neapolitan calzone (which you can order open-faced), both spicy and creamy thanks to the combination of hot sausage and ricotta. You can also enjoy delicious Savoyard fondues, plain or with porcini mushrooms. There are also other more elaborate or slow-cooked dishes, such as beef cheek, which we didn't try. The wine list is fairly short and reasonably priced. I finished my son's fondue with the crusts of my pizza—what more could you ask for?! The service was welcoming and efficient!
