13/09/2024: Un produit d exception qui s'adresse aux amateurs et à ceux qui souhaitent le devenir. Un cadre élégant, des tables qui permettent l'intimité... Le Chef propose une réalisation complexe et aboutie. Les assiettes tout aussi visuellement que gustativement maîtrisées sont généreuses et gourmandes, Un belle aventure de saveurs. Service très agréable. Un léger parfum de truffe nous a suivi comme une invitation à revenir.

08/11/2024: A real pleasure from start to finish! The aperitif was perfect, followed by delicious dishes: cuttlefish in parsley, a real treat, prepared with quality, local products. The rib-eye steak, cooked to perfection, accompanied by fresh fries and a nice salad, met my expectations. For dessert, the tiramisu and crème brûlée were simply delicious. The little extra that makes the difference: the discussion with chef Iman, who takes the time to share about the origin of her products, and the warm welcome from Marine and her entire team. An address to remember!

22/09/2024: Unpleasant music in the background. 2 tables next to the toilets. One stuck to the wall and the other opposite the door. Very average service for the price. The meals were OK but too expensive for the overall quality.

29/09/2024: We opted for the Bistrot menu (€39) Michelin (€49). The dishes are elaborate and good overall (the risotto was super salty but otherwise everything else was OK). The pleasant and responsive service.

03/09/2024: We had a very good stay at the hotel and the service was perfect. The 3 bikes and the car were in place and we were able to enjoy the many nearby passes and family walks in the mountains for 5 days. THANKS.

20/07/2024: What a great discovery! We who often passed in front of it, I would never have thought that such a good restaurant was hidden behind this storefront. Incredible service, the servers are extremely kind and full of little touches which made this moment more than pleasant. And the cuisine lives up to the reviews! Refined and generous. 22/09/2024: We had lunch this afternoon. We really appreciated both the quality and originality of the cuisine and the concept (dominantly plant-based, magnified by foods of animal origin and localism), the service and the setting. Special mention for the dessert around chocolate and the split pea emulsion and also for the originality of the food and non-alcoholic drink pairing (and the duty to guess the composition of the drinks served), something never seen before for us. We will come back with pleasure

12/09/2024: Products that appear simple but are superbly highlighted. Fine cuisine, full of delicacy and taste. Flavors sometimes surprising but to die for. Wine and soft food pairings are appropriate. In short, we had a great time. The service is professional, pleasant but relaxed and friendly at the same time. I'm just waiting for one thing: to be able to go back.

24/09/2024: Accueil un peu surprenant , on dirait que la serveuse débute , en tout cas sympa et envie de bien faire Menu exclusivement à la carte le soir On nous donne la carte et on nous indique que pour le vin il faut se lever et le choisir sur une étagère de l’autre côté de la salle et que s’il on veut les ravioles de foie gras il faut attendre entre 1 à 2 heures car ce n’est pas prêt car la cuisson est longue Aperitif servi seul sans gâteaux ou autres grignotages , dommage … Entrée : 40 minutes d’attente, pris le feuilleté de riz de veau, tout simplement exquis !! Plat : 30 minutes d’attente, on nous sert les plats et 2 minutes après on nous les enlève !!! Erreur de table …. Bon on rattend 40 minutes ce qui nous fait 01H20 depuis l’entrée d’attente !!!! Sinon rien à redire sur les goûts du plat qui est excellent ! Dessert : trop long , ça donnait envie mais pas envie d’attendre 1H00 de plus , on a réglé dès que nous avons fini le plat (comme beaucoup d’autres clients) Bilan : nous sommes repartis énervé et frustré d’avoir attendu si longtemps juste pour l’entrée et le plat, beaucoup de monde dans la salle était en adéquation avec nous 110€ pour tt ça ! Désolé s’il n’y avait pas tout ses temps d’attente ça passait mais là non !!! Quel gâchis……

21/09/2024: Ate here last night and loved our delicious meal. Yes the menu was limited but I can honestly say that my tuna in citrus was the tastiest I’ve ever eaten! My husband had the lamb which he thoroughly enjoyed. It’s slow and perhaps a little sedate but I would highly recommend a visit! It was our best meal this trip!
