26/08/2025: "Traditional cuisine," indeed, given the owner's attitude. A minor misunderstanding between a friend (who, incidentally, apologized profusely right away and without any ill intent) turned into a ridiculous conflict. Condescending remarks ("I'll teach you about life") followed by extremely unpleasant responses to polite questions during payment. The owner brought up the incident again with the same condescension and aggression even though we tried to calmly explain the situation. The tone escalated further, and threats were profuse (including physical threats, with an employee hiding an ashtray behind his back with the intention of hitting one of my friends), and then the owner became increasingly aggressive. A pointless argument worthy of the best reality TV shows over nothing much. This "good" man is absolutely not recommended, and this restaurant (sorry to the other employees who have nothing to do with it) is to be avoided at all costs. Deplorable. Simply deplorable.

29/09/2024: L’accueil est tout simplement parfait et cela perdure tout au long du repas avec des petites attentions. La cuisine (globalement orienté Inde/Asie) est une vraie réussite ; visiblement, tout est fait par le chef, et les saveurs sont nombreuses et bien présentes. Un vrai et bon voyage culinaire. Seul bémol, la décoration de la première salle est peu avenante, et mériterait un coup de peinture. Cela ne gâche néanmoins par notre plaisir et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

31/08/2024: Un sans faute pour ce restaurant, accueil chaleureux, service irréprochable du début à la fin avec une pointe d'humour par ci par là, et cerise sur le gâteau ils ont été adorable avec mon chien. Le restaurant est situé sur la place de l'Arsenal donc il est au calme, la terrasse est très agréable. Concernant le repas, les plats étaient raffinés, l'alliance des saveurs parfaitement réussie, et la présentation superbe. Coup de coeur pour cet endroit.

28/08/2024: The Arsenal is a refined restaurant, located in a beautiful, quiet, private square, away from the mass of tourists and is frequented, mostly, by local French people. Here you won't find anything touristy: the dishes are tasty but refined, with original combinations and they are all delicious. Worth mentioning are the foie fras, the veal cooked at low temperature and the octopus.... not to mention the desserts: all delicious!!! The wine is excellent, as is the value for money. For a restaurant of this level you spend the right amount. The staff is attentive, prepared and very very kind. If you want to spend a nice evening in an intimate corner of Nancy and enjoy the pleasures of French cuisine, this is the right place. Trust and book. It fills easily.

His kindness and professionalism made our evening most enjoyable. A big thank you also to the boss Thierry, who shows a remarkable sense of welcome and who ensures that each customer feels at home. As for Anthony's cooking... A pure delight! Each dish was a discovery, with refined flavors and quality products, crafted with talent and passion. A real treat for the taste buds! I recommend Le Concept with my eyes closed to anyone looking for a moment of sharing, conviviality and good food! Well done and thank you to all 3 of you for your welcome, take care of yourselves!
