18/07/2026: A very good address in the heart of Carcassonne. The food is excellent, with traditional dishes that are very well prepared and delicious. The service is pleasant and the staff is welcoming. One of our meals was simply forgotten, but this can happen and the problem was quickly resolved. The atmosphere is calm and warm, ideal for having a good time. I recommend this inn.

12/07/2026: There were five of us, ranging in age from 3 to 43, tired and hungry after a long day in the heat. You'd have to be really hard to please not to love it! The staff is clearly competent! We came last year, and the super friendly, kind, and welcoming gentleman was still there. That's not easy with the intense heat and the jerks around. We absolutely adore the lady and her charm, her accent! We felt the care and attention in the presentation of the dishes, and we ate very, very well. The cooking was perfect, and they took great care of us despite the crowd, and were wonderful with the children! Thank you for everything! I highly recommend it! ♡♡♡

30/07/2026: While visiting the area, we stopped at this restaurant, which looked charming. What a delightful surprise! We received warm and highly professional service. The food was also delicious and generous. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and I'm sure it will delight other visitors.

29/07/2026: An incredible place, a castle decorated with taste and simplicity. The restaurant is quiet and very pleasant for spending a lovely time, with a beautiful, peaceful garden in the heart of Romans. The waitstaff was exceptional, worthy of a top restaurant, and the cuisine was incredibly tasty and generous, with wonderful flavors yet presented with simplicity! We loved it and we will be back.

18/07/2026: I discovered this bakery through Too Good To Go, and I was disappointed by the quantity of the basket, which was supposed to be worth €12 but cost only €6. I only received a small slice of chocolate flan and a small pot of chocolate mousse; I don't think the actual price of those two items was €12. 🤔😏 The quality seems good, but the basket doesn't match what's shown in the app. I'm very disappointed, unfortunately.

06/07/2026: I’ve tried many croissants and I think I found my ultimate favorite from Ginko. It’s flaky, crunchy, soft, and flavorful. I’m not sure I’m able to find any other croissant as good as Ginko’s. If you can only stomach one croissant, skip the other neighborhood boulangerie and head straight to Ginko. Forever be dreaming about it until I get to go back and eat the croissants again.

24/07/2026: We went back to this restaurant today, just like last year, to conclude our holiday in Provence. It was another real highlight of our trip. There's good food everywhere here, but this place is something truly special. The service – I think it's the owner – and the completely tranquil atmosphere speak for themselves.
