15/04/2026: A truly beautiful and unique place! A very warm welcome, superb rooms with a lovely view! Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant! So, to add to my review from October, the welcome is still as warm and friendly as ever, the place is still as pleasant, but what more can I say about the meal I was just served than that it was one of my most memorable culinary experiences!

29/03/2026: Excellent cuisine served in a magnificent setting with a beautiful view of the Montagne Noire and the Pyrenees, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. We highly recommend it.

19/05/2026: Very good meal, friendly and responsive atmosphere, but I think the bread should be of better quality than the simple baguette that comes with the dish.

This restaurant was recommended to me by my doctor at the La Loupe medical center, and now I recommend it to everyone I know without hesitation. Honestly, go there, you won't be disappointed.

26/04/2026: I came to eat there with some friends because a friend of mine works there and I wasn't disappointed. We were served quickly, the portions were generous, they have a nice drinks menu and good suppliers, the price didn't seem too unreasonable, frankly I highly recommend it!

25/02/2026: A very good tea room in Metz, nestled on a beautiful street. Try the speculoos cheesecake, you won't be disappointed! The tea selection is also very extensive and of high quality!

I had the 6-course tasting menu, which was full of interesting interpretations and surprises. The service was friendly and inviting, happy to use English when my French faltered. Dinners like this are why we come to France.

I encourage you to make a detour to this hotel; you'll be pleasantly surprised. The chef in the restaurant prepares delicious dishes, and the staff are always smiling. Enjoy this charming place with its swimming pool; you won't be disappointed, whether you're traveling for business or pleasure.

21/05/2026: A rustic setting on the banks of the Aber Ildut estuary. Refined cuisine, discreet and attentive service. Unbeatable value for money. An inn to recommend for an unforgettable experience.

18/05/2026: A unique experience and a beautiful location. Situated right on the Aber Ildut river, with breathtaking views. A lovingly maintained and landscaped garden. The restaurant is small, with a maximum of 5 tables and seating for 14 people – likely a deliberate choice by the owners. The chef works alone in his small, open kitchen, while the service is provided with care and attention by a very friendly older lady (perhaps the chef's boss?). The food is excellent, flavorful, and beautifully presented. While there are certainly better (and considerably more expensive) options in Brittany, the overall experience of the food, atmosphere, and location is hard to beat. The chef may be retiring in the winter of 2026. So head to the Auberge while it's still there. Highly recommended.
