25/06/2025: The manager wasn't friendly. We tried to order, but they yelled at us. Not friendly at all.
Our group gradually left the bar, and some people paid for others even though they had already paid their share.
I won't set foot in there again.

Everything is thought out, gourmet, from the welcome to the coffee... Thank you for delighting us with quality well beyond its price.
Seasonal dishes, varied, colorful, fresh herbs, tasty vegetables, a home-smoked haddock, a stew of deer hunted in Ariège (once is not customary) with the flavors of my grandmother's game in sauce...
For dessert, a Basque cake, pure marvel, the best from here on the Basque coast (legacy of chef Arrambide **)

12/09/2024: Un accueil des plus souriant pour un dîner de qualité. La cuisine y est excellente avec des produits de qualité et cuisinés à l’instant.
Les poissons sont frais et les plats copieux, et le conseil est lá pour nous éviter de surconsommer au vu des tentations de la carte proposée.
Bref ! Nous y reviendrons c’est certain !

Les cuissons parfaites, le produit très frais est respecté.
Un délice ! Rapport qualité prix au top. La parrillada avec des supions délicieux, des gambas gouteuses et un poisson parfait. En entrée des couteaux très tendres... J en ai rarement mangés d'aussi bons. Les desserts ; je recommande la glace au pamplemousse.
Nous reviendrons.

08/07/2025: Passing through this unfamiliar city one evening, I was lucky enough to find this crêperie on Maps, rated only 4.5. These crêpes are a delight. The batter is crisp. The ingredients are superbly cooked, and you can also choose them. If "you" don't like cream, "you" don't get any! Unlike low-end crêperies, no crêpe on the menu begins with "1 egg," which says it all. We went to say bravo to the chef. On our way to the 5!

24/08/2024: Nous avons décidé ce soir là de dîner dans ce restaurant pas trop éloigné de notre lieu de résidence. Accueil et service sympathique, plat copieux et très bons. La seule critique que je pourrais faire ou le conseil que je pourrais donner, c'est qu'il serait bien que le couvert soit dressé au minimum sur un set en papier, car nous avons dîné à même la table ce qui n'est pas agréable du tout, un petit plus dans la décoration serait le bienvenu aussi. A noter que nous avons dîner en terrasse et que peut-être à l'intérieur c'est différent.
Je n'hésiterais pas cependant à y revenir car l'endroit est agréable et sympathique.

29/11/2023: A good stop on the GR5. Friendly welcome and good food. I have not tested the dormitories having slept in a tent (very good...). The only downside is that the number of toilets is a bit tight.

The welcome is warm. The team is at the top. The cuisine is excellent. The refuge is authentic and offers great comfort.
