22/03/2026: The five-course tasting menu with wine pairing is more than enough. The dishes are exquisite and well-prepared. The staff's professionalism and warmth are outstanding. The interior design is also quite nice.

13/03/2026: I had a truly wonderful time at the Park Hyatt Vendôme. It was an even more memorable experience, especially thanks to Chef Narae Kim, who is in charge of the desserts. While the taste and craftsmanship of the desserts were excellent, what impressed me most was that she personally explained each dish in Korean. Being able to hear detailed explanations in Korean in an unfamiliar place made me feel much more comfortable enjoying the desserts. It felt even more special to be able to eat while understanding the ingredients and the intentions behind each dish. Each dessert was delicate and well-balanced, and the plating was also very beautiful. I could clearly feel the combination of ingredients and the layers of flavor, which showed me why the desserts at the Park Hyatt Vendôme receive such high praise. I would like to thank Chef Narae for her kind service and warm welcome. If I come back to Paris, this is a place I definitely want to visit again.

We had a four-cheese pizza and a calzone for dinner, with all the necessary ingredients but nothing more. The outdoor terrace would be very pleasant if it weren't located right next to a very busy roundabout.

24/03/2026: A small, very quiet hotel right in the heart of Barèges. The welcome is warm and the owners are very helpful, even offering suggestions for walks. The decor is very elegant and the jacuzzi/hammam area is irresistible! The breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful. A great place to stay!

The atmosphere was cozy, very home like and the server was very attentive. We really enjoyed our evening in this restaurant and would love to come back again!

04/04/2026: A very good dinner near Dieppe. We hadn't been before, and it brought us back to the north of France. The teenagers loved their burgers. The Welsh rarebit was very good. The flammekueche was also very good. A great family dinner.

21/03/2026: Between an order of truffle pasta that magically transformed into carbonara, and a first trip back to the kitchen, a 15-minute wait while everyone else started their meals. My beef rump, cooked medium, turned burnt to a crisp! I sincerely think your grill needs cleaning ASAP. After speaking with the waitress to point out that the dish was simply not good and inedible (as evidenced by the three small pieces of meat, which cost €17, that were left on the plate), she just told us we should have mentioned it sooner. No gesture of goodwill, no brief apology, nothing more. My advice: if you want a good meal, avoid this place.

25/03/2026: I highly recommend the Sémaphore, an art-house cinema. The programming is always of a very high standard. There's also a cafeteria where you can enjoy delicious sweet and savory tarts and cakes, as well as hot and cold drinks.

23/03/2026: A cinema just the way we like them, one that respects art and passion. This cinema is a stone's throw from the arena, next to the new conference center. The prices are very reasonable, and you can eat on the ground floor, where they serve homemade pies and salads—everything you need for a great evening of food and a movie.

Lately, my daughter and I have been indulging ourselves, and after delicious grilled meats cooked by the fireplace, it was impossible to resist dessert… The chocolate fondant was a real winner: incredibly smooth, rich in flavor, a pure moment of indulgence 🍫 The gourmet coffee was also perfect for ending on a sweet note, with a lovely assortment of small treats that perfectly complemented the coffee. A truly special moment shared with my daughter in a warm and welcoming place where we enjoyed every bite, from the main course to the dessert. We'll definitely be back!
