30/11/2025: If you're used to cooking, don't go to this restaurant. We didn't enjoy the dishes at all, especially the sea bass and scallops. As for the wine by the glass, you don't see the bottle because it's not served in front of you. The tarte Tatin dessert was okay. I wanted to try it despite the rather negative reviews. 30/09/2026: Empty restaurant, unsettling atmosphere. Roasted Camembert swimming in runny cream, not melting at all and completely tasteless. No charcuterie with the Camembert, but they charged the same price. We had to ask for a discount and got €4 off. The mayonnaise didn't taste like mayonnaise. An inedible meal, but a good laugh with my partner. The only positive point was the glass of wine 🍷, but that's not saying much. If you're hungry, definitely go somewhere else 😅

03/05/2026: I had an amazing experience at the Hôtel de l’Abbaye de Longpont. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the abbey and ideal for exploring the area. The staff were super friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean and well-equipped with everything you might need—towels, shampoo, a hairdryer—and the beds were especially comfortable. A special mention goes to the manager, a dynamic and kind young man who recently took over the hotel and is clearly passionate about the project. The hotel is being renovated gradually, with great taste and care to preserve the charm of a typical French hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here!

26/05/2026: I recommend this restaurant without hesitation. Poreaux au vinaigre was outstanding. The Magret de canard succulent. I love leeks. This was my first experience with this particular Alsacian dish. I don't know how they get the leeks that delectable texture, perhaps first steamed and then lightly roasted? So much sweet oniony flavor! And the crunch from the crispy crumbled croutons and roasted nuts in a mustard vinaigrette ties it all together with beautiful, complementary flavors and textures. The flavor and texture of the rare duck breast was superb. Excellent quality duck and a healthy portion. I was less sold on the herb sauce, but perhaps that's just my taste. The pate en croute was delicious on the inside but the pastry was soft, with no flakiness or crispness as it should be. Service was very good and friendly, and English-speaking. I was surprised they were so many tourists at this restaurant given its off-center location. But it's Paris and tourists (like me) are everywhere!

19/05/2026: A bistro that makes good homemade food. Warm welcome, fast service. The servers are friendly. It's inexpensive. I'd definitely go back. Very nice outdoor terrace for the summer.

01/12/2025: The welcome was awful. The owner came to take our order while complaining about his health problems. We ordered two drinks and two pizzas. The pizzas arrived after a half-hour wait, even though the restaurant was almost empty. And still no drinks! After insisting, they finally arrived. The pizzas were poor quality. The owner, drinking from behind the counter, came to clear the plates in a state of advanced drunkenness. He made misogynistic and offensive remarks because my wife hadn't finished her meal. Several customers, who arrived before and after us, left the restaurant without ordering anything.

20/10/2025: Just eaten the steak, and Gambas and have been totally satisfied. I eat big portions and these definatly filled the stomach. The staff are very proffesional and friendly and take there time with the customsrs to ensure satisfaction. Will be returning again.

02/11/2026: A very good restaurant. The dishes seem quite simple at first glance on the menu. But during the service, we realized they were actually very original. We thoroughly enjoyed them. The service was impeccable. We ate on the terrace when a white peacock appeared; it was magnificent! 👌

19/08/2026: At 1:20 PM, around 38/40 degrees, with practically the entire town closed for holidays and renovations, the only place open where you can get refreshments and they tell you no that service is finished and they don't even give you a toast, there must have been 15/20 people all eating or waiting for something... judging by the girl's age, she had probably worked too much and no longer felt like serving... congratulations above all for the manners and the service, long live tourism!

02/08/2026: Great bar, really inexpensive, with a shaded terrace. The waiter was super cool and professional; we had a great time. I recommend it if you're visiting the flea market or the regular market. Visited in August 2026

25/08/2026: We've been coming for the past two Thursdays and honestly, we're always given a fantastic welcome. The staff are super friendly and always smiling! The food is delicious too. We're going back on Thursday and we can't wait! Thank you to the whole team! I don't understand the bad reviews saying they weren't treated well... I highly recommend it!

21/10/2026: A very poor experience with the service. The servers are slow, often seem overwhelmed, and clearly lack organization. The service is disorganized, with poor coordination between employees, making for an unpleasant experience for customers. This is a shame, because a good restaurant should also offer professional, efficient, and welcoming service. There is a real need for improvement in the organization and quality of service.

16/10/2026: As a regular customer of this chain, I must say that the Vertou location is clearly far below my expectations! Impersonal welcome, interminable service, a mistake on the bill, undercooked fries that didn't seem fresh, lukewarm meat, and overpriced drinks compared to the rest of the menu. In short, a particularly disappointing experience. Reading other customers' reviews, I see that the same criticisms have been recurring for several years: slow service, inconsistent cooking, uneven quality, and even comments about cleanliness. But what surprises me most is management's attitude in responding to negative comments. Rather than showing humility and self-reflection, I get the impression that they are trying to justify themselves, downplay the problems, or even dismiss customer feedback. When the same complaints are repeated for years, perhaps it's time to ask ourselves if the problem really lies with the customers! Customer satisfaction isn't just about a few generic answers on Google or TripAdvisor; it's demonstrated in practice. In short, look elsewhere! There are much better places in the area, notably Le Kmarade, where I found the welcome and service to be far more professional. A real disappointment for a brand I usually appreciate.

05/09/2026: The worst waiter I've ever encountered, I do not recommend him. We waited 30 minutes just for a drink, and the waiter was very unpleasant. After ordering, we waited 15 minutes for our pint even though the bar wasn't fully stocked.

06/06/2026: So, the owner or server was friendly, but be warned, there's a slight problem: the brasserie doesn't serve beer 🍻🍺 and the menu is missing some things, which isn't great... I sat down on my pint and my partner on her banana smoothie. I guess it just wasn't my day, or rather, it wasn't his day either... I'll forgive them because I've been to worse places where restaurants didn't serve food. My best to them.
