21/06/2026: Don’t be an insta follower - this slightly lesser known club is a much better experience than its neighbors - amazing music and not everyone taking selfies! We go here every time we are in Paris - warm and friendly and great drinks. And if you close it down the bar next door is often still open with piano music 🎶

14/07/2026: Discovered by chance after a morning of shopping, the service was efficient and the croque monsieur was generous and delicious. I highly recommend it and I won't hesitate to go back!

28/05/2026: Always a pleasure to eat there. Friendly atmosphere, not noisy despite the size of the restaurant. Everyone is kind and helpful. The food is always very fresh and deliciously prepared. Cleanliness is impeccable. As for the price, it's unbeatable.

03/05/2026: Garibaldi Street has been renovated, including the removal of the underpasses. Finally, the urban highway has been removed for the benefit of residents. Only the end of the street remains to be completed.

03/05/2026: Excellent food in a pleasant setting. We received a very warm welcome from the waiters/waitresses. I was very hungry and asked the waiter which dish would be the most filling. He recommended the cordon bleu, and I wasn't disappointed. A large cordon bleu served with a parmesan sauce and a small side of baked pasta. I absolutely loved it and I recommend it to everyone!

25/07/2026: The waiters were extremely uneducated and rude. They would answer in such an aggressive manner. This place supposedly is promoted as chic, but it does not represent anything niche and elegant AT ALL. What a disgrace…

08/06/2026: This place is incredibly charming and peaceful, with a warm welcome. The food is generous and delicious, and the establishment is truly friendly. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Normandy, between Deauville and Honfleur; the location is ideal!

22/07/2026: I was very disappointed with my lunch at L’Avenue. Marianne’s welcome unfortunately ruined the entire experience. From the start, I felt judged and looked down upon. When there was a mistake with my order, instead of trying to understand, she simply replied, “Yes, I heard you perfectly well.” Her tone and her gaze were so cold and disdainful that I didn’t even dare ask her for a drink when she walked past my table. As for the salmon I was served, it wasn’t cooked enough. On the other hand, a big thank you to Émilie, who took over my table afterward. Smiling, professional, and kind, she managed to make up for this bad first impression as much as possible. It’s truly a shame that a restaurant of this caliber offers such an unwelcoming welcome.

19/07/2026: We got into Paris late evening on a Sunday. Most places were closed. Football World Cup finals in an hour. As vegetarians the options here are limited. The portions are quite small. We ordered 5 pastas for 1 adult & 2 children. The Curry was very good. The salad arrived after the meal was completed. A bee bothered us for the majority of the meal. We were seated on the terrace without a reservation because we promised to be quick! All in all quite alright as we were in a bind and quick service!

06/08/2026: I'm astonished by the state of this McDonald's. The dining area is filthy, the bins are overflowing. The tables aren't cleaned, and as for underneath, well, let's not even go there—there's food and drink everywhere… But the service is fast!

03/08/2026: 30-minute wait!!! Pathetic for a fast-food restaurant 😡 The water tastes disgusting! Dirty restaurant. Dirty patio. Dirty toilets. Very bad experience.

05/07/2026: We hiked today in 35°C heat and ran out of water. We wanted to buy still water at the hostel, but they were out. They offered us sparkling water, but only on-site, as the plastic bottles are apparently returnable—the best kind. This establishment is not complying with the law regarding the provision of free water.

28/06/2026: We came to eat at Père Darbel's for a family reunion; luckily the food was good because the owner was very unpleasant. A shame, because the setting is nice.

28/11/2025: We were so happy to share a moment as a family. We enjoyed the terrace during the last days of summer and savored some absolutely delicious frogs' legs in cream sauce. Many thanks again to Alain for this wonderful time and to the waiter who was so attentive.

17/06/2026: Fantastic spot with a projector for France's first World Cup match! The burger was delicious, a perfectly soft bun, juicy meat with caramelized onions, and perfectly golden fries. The team was amazing during this incredible moment with a packed house ✌🏼 Looking forward to the next events 🇫🇷

23/07/2026: There was a bit of a wait upon arrival while a table became available, but that's to be expected in the summer. We had a lovely time on the terrace overlooking the lake 😍 The staff were helpful and friendly, and the service was quick. Thank you for a pleasant evening!

23/07/2026: Terrible service, slow even for an order, over 20 minutes wait. When you call, they say it's not me, it's my colleague. No one arrives after you, and I'm served much sooner. Over an hour's wait for two burgers. The waiter was unhelpful, didn't know his job, and when you ask for the bill, you have to go over to pay and are told you weren't informed and should have left without paying. He prefers to chat and joke with his colleagues. They refuse service because they don't open the inside. No information is given that holiday vouchers aren't accepted. In short, I'll never be back, even if I'm invited.

04/04/2026: I went to eat with my family, hoping to have a nice day at this restaurant. I'm really not happy with the service. The manager practically attacked me because I pointed out that I'd been waiting 20 minutes for my coffee. In short, avoid this place!
