From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the restaurant owners, who were smiling, attentive, and truly took excellent care of us throughout our meal. You immediately sense that hospitality is a priority here. As for the food, it was a real treat! The dishes were not only delicious but also particularly generous. The portions were ample and perfectly balanced, featuring high-quality ingredients and elegant presentation. We left feeling full and completely satisfied. I highly recommend this restaurant, both for the quality of the service and the quality of the food. We will definitely be back!

09/04/2026: I had been wanting to try Florent Ladeyn's cuisine for a long time. To be honest, it fell slightly short of my expectations. The setting is superb, modern, warm, and idyllic, perched atop the hills. The service was relaxed and attentive. We were welcomed with a fragrant broth and an aperitif in the garden with interesting amuse-bouches. We opted for the five-course tasting menu at €50 (compared to the seven-course tasting menu at €80) and the wine pairing at €30. The mushrooms and snails were a bit predictable. The confit beef with smoked celery was excellent. The fries with Maroilles cheese were more of a side dish than a main course! The beetroot and tarragon dessert was a nice touch of originality. Petit fours finished. However, I was expecting something more daring from the iconoclastic chef. At this price, it's still a good deal for a Michelin-starred restaurant, which isn't the case for the wine pairing, which I wouldn't recommend. Two glasses of wine would have been enough. A lovely place, well worth the effort, and ultimately a very enjoyable experience. €93 per person.

The entire team at Les Feuillantines was incredibly attentive, from the preparation and decoration of the private room before the event, to the service and afterward. The cuisine was excellent and refined; everyone was delighted! An unforgettable moment, just like our daughter's christening three years ago, also celebrated at Les Feuillantines! 22/04/2026: While in Paris, we stopped for lunch quite by chance at this restaurant in the heart of Île Saint-Louis, far from the hustle and bustle and tourist traps. The place, with its vintage decor, has a captivating charm, an authentic haven of peace, far from the throngs of tourists. The two owners are incredibly attentive and offer delicious and generous traditional cuisine. Fun fact, as told by Malika, the owner: this is where Romy Schneider got married! In short, the real Paris, not to be missed!

31/03/2026: New Ownership Very refined cuisine, a good step above the old one... The flavor is there, omnipresent in the seasonings, in the rich sauces, and the cooking is fresh and expertly executed. Divine tuna tartare, meltingly tender pork belly with a robust garlic sauce... Sublime. A little more effort on the service and it will be close to perfection... Another improvement needed is the terrace awning, originally burgundy, which deserves a good facelift... it's covered in green moss, it looks neglected.

A very warm welcome, individual explanations of the dishes by a truly passionate chef, a quality worthy of many gourmet restaurants (the courses were served simultaneously), and all at more than reasonable prices. If you are in the area, don't miss this place; it's a pure gem. Many thanks again to you both.

24/04/2026: Delicious lunch menu at a more than reasonable price considering the quality and originality. Very friendly welcome and quick service. The location is fantastic, close to Lourdes but in the heart of a quiet village. The terrace is shaded by wisteria or bathed in sunshine – charming. I highly recommend it. I'll be trying the pizzas soon!
