23/12/2025: Finally, a REAL restaurant, and what a pleasant surprise!!! I'm a regular at restaurants, but Le Marcassin is definitely worth the trip!!! High-quality and varied cuisine, very competitive menu prices, and a friendly and warm welcome. Personally, I live 2.5 hours away and I'm not lucky enough to have a restaurant with such great value for money as Le Marcassin. 07/02/2026: The food was very good. Prices are normal for a restaurant on the slopes. We had the Mont d'Or cheese, the ribeye steak, and the burger, as well as desserts: chocolate mousse, waffle, and tarte tatin. We ate very well, perhaps just a little while waiting for the desserts. The mountain view was lovely. The servers were pleasant. We recommend it.

05/03/2026: We discovered this restaurant a year ago and were so charmed that we promised ourselves we'd return on our next trip to the region, this time introducing it to our friends. The setting is delightful, the chef is incredibly attentive to his guests, and the young woman who serves is very pleasant. The platter of Corsican charcuterie, the veal rump with mojito sauce and homemade fries—absolutely divine. The ribeye steak with its mushroom sauce was a real treat. The portions are very generous, and the value for money is unbeatable. A place to remember.

I was very pleasantly surprised by a young man, 17 years old, who displayed great professionalism. The presentation of the products was beautiful, and he was very well-groomed. Well done to him!
