14/06/2026: For two years in a row, my sweetheart surprised me by booking a table at this restaurant for my birthday. The food was delicious and refined, the staff were incredibly attentive and kept me completely in the loop (cake with a candle, bouquet of flowers, best table), and the view of the beach and sunset was magnificent. Thank you so much! Go without hesitation, you won't be disappointed!

03/06/2026: I had the pleasure of having lunch at Chez Jacqueline on the last day of a group trip to Corsica. What a delight! A truly authentic Corsican meal: charcuterie, fritters, veal in sauce with beans, fresh brocciu cheese with sugar, and grape brandy. A delicious meal generously served by Mrs. Jacqueline and her family. You absolutely must stop there and savor this excellent cuisine. Thank you, Madame, for your warm welcome.

29/05/2026: My husband and I first came over 30 years ago, then again about 20 years ago… Nothing has changed. The food is hearty and authentic. The grandson serves efficiently under the shady pergola when the temperatures soar. We were even lucky enough to catch a glimpse of Jacqueline and her sister, who is in the kitchen. For late risers, service is available even at 2:30 pm… Judge for yourselves!

01/05/2026: Dinner today with my partner, even though we didn't have a reservation, and we received a very warm welcome from this establishment. For starters, we had lamb spring rolls that were bursting with flavor. For our main course, we had perfectly cooked sea bream with delicious homemade mashed potatoes. I personally ordered the sirloin steak with homemade fries. There was a slight issue with the cooking of the meat, but it was still very good. The waiter, the chef, and the manager all apologized profusely and offered to recook it, which I declined. It was only when the bill arrived that the manager kindly offered me the dish on the house. In short, a wonderful time spent in this restaurant, which has recently been renovated while retaining the fireplace that takes pride of place in the dining room. We will gladly return to try the pizzas, which looked absolutely mouthwatering.

22/05/2026: We had a very pleasant lunch on the terrace. The welcome was friendly and efficient. The set menu was tempting enough that we didn't want to stray too far from the à la carte menu, which was equally appealing. But time was short, so we'll definitely be back for the menu. The set menu: yellow tomato gazpacho as a starter, followed by hake with vegetable gyozas on a creamy carrot purée. And to finish, a strawberry tiramisu sprinkled with pistachios. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

14/06/2026: Very nice atmosphere on a little side street, we were seated on the terrace. The food was nice - we especially recommend the Flammkuchen ! Unfortunately we were too full to try desserts. The white wine Riesling was delicious! Service was a little overworked at times leading to a few slower than needed interactions. But very friendly! We reserved our table, which is necessary on a Saturday evening!

The food is flawless: local, high-quality ingredients, well-seasoned and generous portions. Special mention goes to the hand-cut beef tartare, absolutely magnificent—a real treat! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end and had a fantastic evening. A place to remember, we'll gladly return!

Just a short drive from the Calais LeShuttle terminal in a lovely spot overlooking the docks and the sea. The seafood is always fresh and delicious and the service is super friendly and efficient. We love it here.😎

27/04/2026: I rented a beer dispenser this weekend. It broke down when I tried to start it up. I called Cuisine et Cave, and the owner came to the event venue very quickly with a brand new beer dispenser and took the time to install and adjust it. Excellent service! I highly recommend them.
