08/09/2024: By chance in the area, I was pleasantly surprised and might come back just to eat at this restaurant again. From the preparation of the dishes to the reception it is flawless, a reduced but accomplished menu, fine and mastered seasoning of the dishes. Thank you and well done!

09/11/2025: A lovely setting nestled in the forest along the river. The staff gives you a warm welcome. Ideal for a Sunday autumn lunch by the fire, surrounded by greenery. We enjoyed the homemade chestnut bread and the contrast of the hazelnut crumble on the mixed vegetable coulis. The portions are generous, and the presentation of the dishes is pleasing.

28/08/2024: Très bon resto,les ris de veau pour moi étaient très bons et copieux . Le steak était bon pt bémol les frites pas terribles. La pavlova était super 👍 ainsi que le crumble aux abricots. Le personnel est très sympa 👍 les vins affichent des prix abordables👋 Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Very close to the Aude, very beautiful terrace when the sun shines and inside when the weather is uncertain...Refined cuisine and an equally refined presentation. Menu formula and diverse menu without being exaggerated. Democratic prices and generous plates. Added to this is a warm welcome from the owner in the dining room and the owner in the kitchen... Definitely worth a detour during your visit to Quillan...

16/12/2024: Restaurant with a good atmosphere and pleasant surroundings! Ideal for your 3rd date even without having booked a Saturday evening! (Ask to be seated on the wooden bars for greater proximity with your date 😉)

15/12/2024: The restaurant has a pleasant decoration, but the service was not up to par. In addition, the quality of the catering leaves something to be desired, especially the octopus, which was too rubbery and needs to be improved.

05/09/2024: Three of us and in the middle of a road trip, we stopped here a bit by chance, the rain always being a good excuse for a coffee. Express formulas, 5.50 and, I tell you, what a nice surprise: fresh pressed juice, traditional hot chocolate with real chocolate, pure butter croissant. A sign announced carrot cake slices for €2 each, let's go, verdict: excellent too (approved by the trio's pastry chef). The atmosphere is warm, subdued, almost hushed and you find yourself lowering your voice, without paying attention, so as not to disturb the air around the tables. The waiter was just what was needed, friendly, attentive, smiling but not salesy, aware of our need to escape the rain, to hear it too. The one we imagine to be the boss, who we learned was the author of the carrot cakes, was humble, bordering on embarrassment at our thanks. It was alive without being too much. Thank you for the memory and see you soon.

29/11/2025: We were disappointed this time, considering the price of the dishes. The creamy risotto was nothing like a real risotto! My partner's dish lacked finesse. However, the ingredients used were of good quality. So... a shame...

29/11/2025: A wonderful discovery, perfect welcome. The homemade dishes were excellent. We'll come back during the day to explore Bray. I highly recommend it.

31/08/2024: Cuisine correct mais arretez avec votre bistronomique qui ne veut rien dire Service au Top Cuisine ouverte coup de sonnette'pas tres discret' avec annonce des plats comme si les serveuses etaient sourdes!Dommage et encore nous n'etions pas a proximite...Profiterolles pate a choux a revoir j'ai cru manger une biscotte...pour les restaurateurs qui disent 'vous auriez du le dire' je l'ai dit j'ai quand meme paye ma biscotte
