28/07/2026: A guaranteed change of scenery. The service is quick and professional. The explanations are clear and simple for a short boat trip with an electric motor. Despite a technical issue midway through the trip, the assistance team remained efficient and accommodating. The map is legible and easy to understand, so there are no difficulties exploring with the family.

07/07/2026: Turned up ad-hoc to hire an electric boat with no issues (although we we're there mid morning, mid-week). A QR code provides a route map with suggested route depending upon how long you intend hiring the boat for. Short explanation given of boat controls and we were off. Fantastic way to explore the marshes in relative peace. Only had drinks at the bar, but saw they had a wide range of food available, all set by the water's edge

16/07/2026: We had yet another superb meal at this charming restaurant in the heart of the beautiful village, Saint Martial. Julie is a delightful and welcoming host, and Cyril, her husband the chef, is a talented, creative master of style and flavour combinations. Each course, from amuse bouche to delicate petit fours with coffee, are both eye catching and delicious. The ambience, attention to detail and food are always worth the 700 mile journey from England.

15/06/2026: A fantastic find! We called at 1:30 pm for lunch. They took us in without any problem. We were greeted with a smile as soon as we arrived. We ordered a burger and a salad: absolutely delicious! Our waiter, Bastien, gave us excellent recommendations. He does everything to make you feel comfortable. His advice was spot-on, and his attentive service truly made our experience memorable. Don't hesitate to ask him; he loves a good joke. It's a real treat. The restaurant has a warm and friendly atmosphere. We ate inside, but for those who prefer to sit outside, there's a terrace. Parking is also easy. The restaurant is child-friendly. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! If you're ever in Limoges, go there; you won't regret it.
