16/01/2026: Cheese runs in my veins thanks to the Crêperie du Moulin and their gargantuan morel fondue. I pounded it all with Reine Blanche beer, and I can assure you it was worth it! The place to go for anyone who wants to get properly stuffed and roll home. Bravo! I recommend the owner's chocolate mousse.

13/02/2026: We had a wonderful evening at Caveau Saint-Jean. We received excellent service from Annie and her colleagues—they were very kind, attentive, and welcoming, which immediately created a relaxed atmosphere. The pizza and the tarte flambée were both delicious, clearly prepared with care. The coffee was also very good, a lovely way to end the meal. Add to that a friendly and lively atmosphere, and you have all the ingredients for a successful evening. Highly recommended for those visiting Colmar who want to eat well in a pleasant atmosphere.

26/10/2025: A small, typical Corsican restaurant nestled in the heart of the old town, the decor is unique, the menu divine at more than reasonable prices, and the welcome warm. I highly recommend it; I'll be back as soon as possible.

25/01/2026: I went to L’Ardoise in Folelli and chose the “Salade l’Ardoise.” A well-composed dish, fresh ingredients, with a good balance between the filling and the dressing. It’s simple, satisfying, and filling without being heavy. The service was pleasant and fairly quick, and the atmosphere was friendly. I recommend it, and I’ll be back to try other dishes.

09/12/2025: I went for a community meal... large hall... which seats about 200 people at tables of 12... but you couldn't hear yourself speak... the acoustics need improvement... this is for the owners to address... once the meal was over, we left... as did other people. There was a DJ playing. I won't be going back under such conditions... what a shame. Very good wine... I personally prefer red in certain situations...

After explaining our situation to the young woman in the shop, we were able to spend a wonderful night in lovely, very comfortable rooms, and we enjoyed a truly generous breakfast served by a very helpful gentleman. It was absolutely extraordinary and warmed our hearts. The setting is magnificent. Thank you so much for your kindness.

23/01/2026: A wonderful discovery in Reims! Fresh, perfectly cooked ingredients and delicious flavors. Beautifully presented dishes. We enjoyed a glass of 2017 vintage Blanc de Blancs champagne – excellent and great value! We'll be back! Highly recommended.

15/01/2026: This is our second visit, and we are still delighted to eat at this restaurant. The chef's cuisine is refined, and the welcome is warm. The two set menus offered are very reasonably priced for a semi-gastronomic establishment. I highly recommend it!

08/02/2026: We were seated in the "American section." Sad, since only one of us is American. Service was slow and neighbors were loud. No windows, no view of anyone but one other table. So we looked forward to the food. We had been eating each evening at a similarly rated restaurant in the 6th. We had eaten at the owners' other restaurant a few months before (Boisonnerie - and felt it was okay, somewhat overpriced and lacking in atmosphere - our table was very near the bus station). The food was certainly good, perhaps not as inventive as it is now. My raw fish appetizer was very good. My dining partner had the wild caught fresh fish, with herbs, but felt it was very similar to what we do at home, using butter and herbs from our garden. Whether one wants more crust (or a little crust) on fish is personal. I don't eat veal or fish, so I was limited to the squash ravioli, and while the herbs were fine, I was hoping for a more French take on main courses. We did not have dessert, as the people next to us had become rather loud.
