11/06/2026: I come to this restaurant regularly, which I think is very underrated. The service is friendly and quick, the menu is varied, and the view from the first-floor terrace is breathtaking. Without hesitation, it's the best in Carro.

11/06/2026: On Tuesday, June 9th at noon, I arrived without a reservation and had no problems. I ate on the terrace overlooking the sea. The staff were as friendly as ever. I chose a rare ribeye steak, cooked to perfection. The bill was more than reasonable. It was very pleasant, thank you.

The setting of La Bergerie is simply magnificent, with a warm and elegant atmosphere that makes for a delightful experience from the moment you arrive. The terrace and surroundings offer a real change of scenery, ideal for lunch or dinner with family, friends, or as a couple. We started with a generous and high-quality charcuterie board, featuring a beautiful selection of products. The menu is varied, ensuring there's something for everyone. Special mention goes to the dry-aged meats, perfectly prepared, tender, and bursting with flavor. The portions are generous, and the ingredients seem carefully selected. You can taste the genuine commitment to quality on the plate, both in the presentation and the flavors. For dessert, the French toast with salted caramel is a real treat: soft, indulgent, and perfectly balanced. An excellent way to end the meal. Finally, the service is impeccable. The team is friendly, attentive, and takes excellent care of us throughout the meal, while remaining discreet and professional. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for the quality of its cuisine, its exceptional setting, and the particularly warm welcome. We will definitely be back! 🍽️✨

01/06/2026: A historic spot for us as a couple, as we've been coming here over the years. We've seen the improvements to the place. The waitress was kind and smiling. The food was generous. The prices were fair. The wine list was extensive. Beautiful lighting. The view of the greenery was stunning. A lovely evening.

14/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at Bistrot de la Halle in Romorantin. We were a family of over 10 people, and we were easily able to push the tables together so everyone, children and adults, could sit together. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service friendly, and it was perfect for sharing a drink together. I highly recommend this place for relaxing on the terrace, close to the market hall.

05/06/2026: We've eaten at L'AO three times already. Each time, we were pleasantly surprised by the menu selection. Every course is exquisite. They cook superbly with fantastic ingredients. Although L'AO is off the beaten tourist track, it's well worth the slight detour in every respect. The prices are also very fair overall, including the well-thought-out wine list. The restaurant also offers comfortable rooms for overnight stays. For us, L'AO is always a highlight among the many restaurants in southern Alsace.

03/04/2026: We had a lovely meal here last night. Very welcoming staff got us seated and were well timed in coming back for a drinks order. We had three generations sitting and the menu catered well. The kids menu ticked all the boxes and was homemade through and through. The costs/fare in all these restaurants are very similar so maybe it was the friendly staff who made the difference for us 🤗 Would happily return. D
