07/07/2025: Even though we were unable to book, we were lucky enough to find a table for two on the splendid outdoor terrace: an enchanting corner that made the beginning of the evening even more special. In the meantime, from inside the restaurant the grill was already whispering promises of delicacies… and it kept them all. We started with an appetizer of simply divine escargot: delicate, tasty, perfectly prepared. A real delight. Next, a mixed grill with local meats (pork, lamb and beef), all cooked to perfection, accompanied by a grilled potato and an exquisite crème faisselle fermière à la ciboulette. The mixed salad, also very carefully prepared, completed the dish with lightness and balance. The quality of the local products is evident in every course: excellent choice and impeccable preparation. Unfortunately we were unable to taste the cheeses, but given the selection — also from local producers — we imagine it would have been absolutely worth it. A wonderful experience, in every way. We will definitely be back.

31/08/2024: Always a real delight to have lunch in this restaurant. I regularly have lasagna but I have also had the pleasure of tasting other dishes such as chicken fillet, pizza, steak.... Everything is good. The manager always has a smile and a nice word to put you at ease. I of course highly recommend this place.

03/09/2024: Nous venons de déjeuner à 2 et nous avons été très bien servis par une personne agréable. L’entrée et le plat ont été très copieux, nous n’avons pas pu finir et pas pu prendre de dessert sinon nous aurions du faire notre digestion sur place. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant pour ces produits frais très bien cuisinés, le foie gras maison est top à prendre dans hésiter !

26/08/2024: A storefront and decoration that doesn't look like much, but I recommend this restaurant. Very generous portions, home cooking, it was excellent. We will come back without hesitation.

27/09/2024: Family restaurant for fifty years, which tries to pass on traditional recipes while winking at tourists, in a small street a stone's throw from Place Paoli. Only Corsican cuisine based on local products, meats, vegetables. The dish par excellence of the menu is in the Corsican flavors dish which contains a tasting of the entire menu in a single course at a good quality/price ratio.

Excellent restaurant with local products, the waiter Lolo is very friendly, I took the chef's suggestion, my husband was a pure delight, a plate of Corsican dishes, cold meats, cheeses... Also very good , I highly recommend it if you want to eat well at Ile Rousse.

04/09/2024: We arrived late and the restaurant was full but they offered us to eat in the lounge on the sofas. It was actually super comfortable! We were very well received, the lady who served us was extremely kind and we ate very well. Original and very good dishes. We recommend without hesitation!

07/09/2024: Très déçue.cadre sympathique et tables espacées ce qui est appréciable.par contre menus très chers pour un manque cruel de saveurs.mise en bouche infecte,et plats ultras fades.j'ai du saler mon poisson,trop cuit, pour essayer de faire ressortir une quelconque saveur.cheese cake beaucoup trop gélifié, avec une sous couche de biscuits sans goût. Service déplorable d'un jeune homme qui renversait la moitié de la bouteille de vin sur la table à chaque fois.nous avons fini par nous servir nous même. Pour le même prix,il y a plein de restaurants savoureux sur rennes mais celui-ci est à fuir

05/08/2024: Restaurant super bien placé juste en face du canal et donc hyper calme avec places de parking en plus. Dîner en terrasse en pleine semaine après avoir réservé sans problème. Service fun et agréable qui vient vous voir de temps en temps pour savoir si tout se passe bien. Plats fins et soirée correcte en prix. Ce fut une excellente soirée. A refaire.
