03/02/2026: What an excellent place! I opted for the set menu and kept things simple. Among the starters, I savored a fabulous butternut squash velouté, refined and perfectly seasoned. I followed with a ribeye steak and rösti. The cooking was flawless and completely masterful. An assortment of green vegetables (broad beans and asparagus) brilliantly complemented the dish and its sauce, delicately enhanced with a touch of whole-grain mustard. The culinary pleasure didn't end with dessert: the homemade chocolate profiteroles were delicious and generously portioned. Add to that a team that was incredibly attentive (both in the dining room and the kitchen). Around me, the other tables took turns praising the chef for her talent. Look no further, you've found it: Le Bistronome is the neighborhood gem.

25/11/2025: A superb experience in this magnificent restaurant. It's everything: the ambiance, the food, and the service. Flawless! The meal was delicious. We chose the €38 set menu with starter, main course, cheese, and dessert, which was very generous. The service was perfect, with an attentive owner and two waitresses who were lovely with our little girl. I recommend it 100%!

28/02/2026: We stop at this Léon de Bruxelles restaurant two or three times a year on our trips between Toulouse and Paris (it's very easy to access from the A20). The welcome and service are always quick and very friendly. The staff are attentive and caring. The fish and chips are excellent!

17/01/2026: The chef is fantastic; everything is delicious, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. The service is also quick and always pleasant. It's a shame it's become so expensive lately: €17 for a bowl of Japanese rice made with simple, inexpensive ingredients. I don't go there as often anymore, which is a pity; it used to be my go-to lunch spot.

From the moment we entered, we received a very warm welcome: they were expecting us! The meal: the house cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are exquisite and delicious. The dishes (appetizers, main courses, desserts) are beautifully presented, which is enhanced by the exceptional taste of each dish. The portions are generous. All accompanied by local wines. Our host's visit to each table to ensure our comfort only added to the pleasure of enjoying such refined and sophisticated cuisine. Well done! You tick all the boxes for a truly excellent restaurant, the kind we wish we could find more often. Considering the quality, the prices are more than reasonable.
