14/02/2026: What an incredible discovery! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance… and wow! The welcome was exceptionally kind, warm, and genuine, making us feel instantly at home. And then there was the food… absolutely FABULOUS! 🤩 Refined, flavorful, creative, and perfectly executed dishes. Each bite is an explosion of taste, a true culinary journey. You can taste the passion and talent in every plate. Clearly a huge favorite, the very best! To be honest, I almost want to keep this wonderful place a secret… but it would be too unfair not to share it!

19/02/2026: What a treat! We had dinner for four on a Thursday evening, so we ordered Caribbean specialties. It was a delight for everyone. The spices and seasonings were impeccable, as were the cooking times. Kudos to the chef and her husband who served us; they were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

19/02/2026: As a Breton expat living in Toulouse and on a business trip to Nivillac, what a joy to have found this crêperie! A real treat from start to finish. The welcome is incredibly warm, the decor inviting, you immediately feel at home. And after having to try a competitor's crêperie (La Sarrasine being closed on Thursdays…), I can say without hesitation: this is truly the best in the area. The savory buckwheat crêpes are delicious, perfectly crispy just the way I like them. The same goes for the sweet crêpes, rich and perfectly made. I couldn't indulge in the cider this time because I had to get back to work… but I'll definitely be back!

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the decor elegant, the service impeccable, and the staff lovely, attentive, and passionate. You immediately feel at ease, as if you're in a place where everything is designed to ensure the customer has a unique experience. Honestly, we really wonder why this restaurant hasn't yet earned a Michelin star, because it more than deserves it. A must-visit, one we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will definitely return. 03/02/2026: It's difficult to review a crêperie, as the process can seem quite standard. And yet... We almost missed it, simply because L’Olympia is also a performance venue: the facade and the curtains that largely obscure the interior might lead you to believe it's not a restaurant in the traditional sense. This would be a mistake, especially since it's one of the few establishments open on Mondays in Cognac, and highly rated. Once inside, the surprise is delightful: modern, stylish, and tasteful decor, and a pleasant atmosphere. The welcome and service are impeccable, warm, and efficient. The prices are very reasonable, and the freshness and quality of the ingredients make all the difference, both for the savory and sweet crêpes. A simple, honest, and very well-run establishment that we recommend without hesitation: Crêperie L’Olympia.
