20/09/2024: Soirée parfaite ! Nous avions une petite salle pour nous, chouette ambiance, et très très bon accueil de la part de l'équipe. Les assiettes sont généreuses, et toutes les recettes goûtées étaient délicieuses. Nous avons aussi fait de belles découvertes en vin.
A refaire ! 😋

The products are exceptionally fresh, and this is felt in each dish. The setting is charming and the atmosphere relaxed, ideal for a good meal with family or friends. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic, quality cuisine. I will come back with great pleasure!

16/09/2024: A superb evening in a dream setting. The restaurant is ideally located in the historic city with the magnificent ramparts as a backdrop.
We had a flawless meal from start to finish.
Impeccable service with attentive staff, present but discreet.
Each dish more tempting than the last.
The only thing to improve is the exterior signage of the restaurant, we did not immediately understand that it was located in the city hotel.
15/09/2024: Always a wonderful experience, each time I visit Carcassonne I make sure to book in for lunch. This time I treated myself to dinner, which was as expected, magical dining.

18/09/2024: Délicieux, gastronomique, expérience très agréable dans cet établissement ou règne une ambiance détendue ; Avant de commander, la charmante personne en charge de la salle de restaurant vous précise exactement ce que comporte chaque plat, la carte change chaque semaine.
La salle de restaurant est vaste ce qui est appréciable à l'heure actuelle.
Nous nous sommes véritablement délectés de notre repas qui possédait ce petit plus par rapport à d'autres bons restaurants.
06/09/2024: Cabillaud avec une crème de courgettes et un risotto de sarrasin. Tarte citron maison avec glace a la noix de coco. C'était vraiment succulent. A chaque fois que je vais dans ce restaurant c'est une vraie fête. Merci pour ce savoir faire et cette générosité mis au service des clients.

14/12/2024: You feel at home by the fire with an excellent personalized welcome. I found this restaurant to celebrate my grandmother's 90th birthday and we had a great time. We had the food and wine pairing and it was perfect from starter to dessert!

27/10/2024: Pedimos dos almuerzos muy deliciosos y rentables: la sopa de calabaza en el aperitivo y las conchas hervidas en la sopa que estaban muy deliciosos. la lubina en el plato principal era crujiente y tierno, y la carne de res también era fresca y suave. También añadimos un hígado de pato al aperitivo, servido con 2 copas de vino tinto, y disfrutamos del delicioso vino y la comida en Francia.

Les oreilles d'âne excellentes je n en avais plus mangé d aussi bonnes depuis plusieurs années quant à la tarte aux myrtilles groseilles du jardin juste une tuerie !! Foncez sans hésiter !!

06/09/2024: Ici, le cuisinier a résolu le problème du personnel puisqu'il assure à la fois la cuisine ET le service, un véritable exploit qui exige un sens aigu de l'organisation. Bravo et respect.
C'est bon, c'est frais, c'est gourmand, joyeux pour les papilles, chaleureux pour l'âme et l'estomac, j'y vais de temps à autre et à chaque fois je suis comblée.

09/09/2024: Amazing restaurant! Great value for money! Staff were amazing and the chef / food quality is amazing. Food is fantastic! Small but quant restaurant that I would highly recommend for anyone in the area. The chocolate pana cotta is the best dessert ever! Highly recommend the fish as well
