01/07/2025: One of the best restaurants I visited in Paris, and just a couple minutes from where I was staying in Batignolles. Attentive service, friendly waitress, and divine food. Highly recommend, especially for lunch as it’s very quiet and delightful at that time.

Throughout the meal, the tasting experience is much more than a game of taste; it's an explosion of flavors, each more impressive than the last. From the amuse-bouche to dessert, the combinations are surprising, and the wine list is equally amazing. The simplest ingredients are elevated on the plate with taste and respect, while still being generous. We highly recommend this chef's surprising and delicious cuisine. A delight for the most discerning gourmands, but especially for the most refined and curious palates. Not to mention the warm, welcoming, and very tasteful service! Thank you, thank you.

We had the restaurant to ourselves on a Thursday evening, and the chef was in high spirits. Thank you so much. We will be back. And we highly recommend it.

We had a truly magical experience: we opted for the Centenary menu, drinks included, and were pampered from beginning to end. The iconic dishes are a delight, and the spectacle of their arrival at the table is equally captivating. It's more than just a restaurant; it's an unforgettable and priceless interlude.

It gave the impression of being a local establishment, but each dish was carefully prepared and I enjoyed the delicious and original menu, which made me understand why French cuisine is considered one of the world's three great cuisines. I was surprised to find out later that the chef was Japanese. It made me think of people struggling in a foreign country and motivated me to do my best too. The staff were also friendly and had a good atmosphere. Thank you.
