24/03/2024: Une belle découverte et une très bonne cuisine toute en saveurs et en parfums. Une recherche en fonction du marché voilà qui est rare de nos jours. Petite carte, mais quelle carte exceptionnelle. Nous y reviendrons avec des amis curieux de découvrir ce sympathique chef.

20/03/2024: Exceptional restaurant. There were 4 of us, and all used to Michelin-starred restaurants: we think it was an extraordinary dinner, without doubt deserving 3 Michelin stars. In fact, only the setting, beautiful but a little dated, can explain the current "one star" . And that’s good, the restaurant will be completely redone for September, our hostess told me (but it remains open until then). Concerning cooking, we are far from wandering like Top Chef: here it is the product which is the center of attention, and not the ego of the cook. Despite a discreet but real sophistication, we are not in disguise and overkill. The result is that, for example, my lamb was stunning, and I weigh my words. Believe it or not, it’s a meal that I won’t forget, like before it at Guy Savoy or Chez Bruno in Lorgues, in a more rustic style. Perfect service, precise, warm, and not intrusive. Allow around 300 euros per person.

01/04/2024: Superb! We made two reservations as we had a group of eight, and they accommodated us in sitting altogether. Food was delicious. What we ordered: escargot, crayfish tails, foie gras (order the one that comes with boiled potatoes), mushrooms, onion soup, veal breast, beef pastrami, chicken and the chateaubriand – everything was perfectly cooked with amazing flavor. Wine suggestions were also perfect in pairing with the meal. Service was efficient and they ensured we were well taken care of. Bread was refilled as needed, as were beverages. Takes cards. Make that reservation, it will be worth it.

15/03/2024: We had experienced an unforgettable dining experience at La Villa Archange. The restaurant had a nice interior design, every detail was well thought. We tried the 9 course L'Inspiration de l'Archange menu. Every plate was unique, had it's own story and tasted amazing. Would like to thank chef Bruno Oger and the team for the culinary journey.

28/01/2024: A very nice evening with a menu that was just perfect! The delicious appetizers.. impeccable service as well as the magnificent location.. we just regret that the chef did not come to the dining room.

22/04/2024: Not bad, but it's not what it used to be. It's still nice and unpretentious, but it no longer offers a set menu (which used to be a spectacular offering). The real problem, then, is the kitchen staff. When my wife and I ate there recently, she ordered duck and I ordered the duck+beef duo...and we were both given only beef. I even heard the waiter place the order correctly, so I guess the problem is with the kitchen.

18/04/2024: Nous sommes venus car nos enfants nous ont offert un repas avec spectacle dans cet établissement, c était extraordinaire, le repas raffiné, superbe présentation, la pièce de théâtre très drôle, des acteurs au top avec interaction avec le public, soirée excellente, nous reviendrons avec plaisir

14/04/2024: Great evening with great actors! Just a small remark on the length of the meal due to late guests.... as for the Languedoc 100/100 Sirah red wine served in an unlabeled bottle, the sommelier must not have tasted it before... too bad!

17/01/2024: Great night ! We chose the 6-course discovery menu around Kobe beef, the dishes were all succulent (special mention for the caviar/Kobe tartare which was incredible) the combination of dishes was perfect, the meat literally melted in your mouth! On the other hand, I didn't like the dessert part (black lemon parfait), it's a shame there wasn't another choice to make it flawless. Apart from that everything was very good, impeccable service too, we will come back for sure!

13/01/2024: New Year's Eve dinner: Me and my partner decided to eat at Aunts Jeanne for the New Year, The welcome was warm, the food and wine selection was exceptional and my partner's meal was very good. However, I was a little disappointed with my proposed vegetarian menu, I didn't have the menu in advance so it was a complete discovery, the first starter was exceptional, I loved it! On the other hand, the rest was really meh... Summary: sprouts in salad, celery that was too hard, and a revisited risotto without any real flavor and I had to ask for extra truffle because I found that for the price my dishes were not up to par. On the other hand, the desserts were delicious! Being a former resident of Aunts Jeanne, I had very high expectations because I know what they are capable of! Otherwise apart from this, don't hesitate to come and give your own opinion, it's worth it

03/04/2024: This place is a must-try for those who is looking for authentic French cuisine - we ordered the pan seared foie gras definitely a must-have dish. I had pan seared foie gras from Spain and another French restaurant the days before dining here, no comparison to this place - it was cooked perfectly. We also order the duck breast, Rib of veal, cassoulet, and foie gras salad - EVERYTHING was AWESOME - it should be mentioned that the restaurant manager Alexander was fun, attentive, and very friendly - the food quality and the service deserve a 5 star 🌟
