23/08/2026: A truly wonderful culinary discovery, and we received a very warm welcome! We dined with our teenagers, who ordered homemade burgers with fries. They gave it 5 stars, and they're usually quite strict with our restaurant reviews :) Well done! We opted for the €44 set menu, which included a starter, a "trou normand" (lime and Calvados ice cream), a main course, cheese, and dessert. Everything was very generous. We recommend arriving at the restaurant well-fed if you choose this menu :) The foie gras starter with Calvados, homemade bread, and chestnut and dried fruit was excellent! The salmon gravlax was also excellent! The seafood croque-croute was very flavorful and arrived piping hot. For dessert, we had a macaron, a Calvados-flavored crème brûlée, and an apple cake. All were excellent as well. All the ingredients are fresh. Kudos to the chef who knows how to combine them to our great delight. This is the kind of restaurant quality that's becoming increasingly rare. The waiter was attentive and kind. We highly recommend this restaurant, which deserves to be better known. Slightly set back from the other restaurants facing the port, it's easily accessible with ample parking. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stop here. Thank you for your warm welcome.

04/09/2026: A real find in Reims. Everything is built on top quality fresh Italian ingredients, and the Italian owner puts the sandwiches together with obvious pride and a lot of generosity. The result is the best panino I have had in this city, and easily good enough to make me come back before I leave. Highly recommended! 🇮🇹

Everything was perfectly organized, from the cocktail hour to the meal, right up to the brunch the following day, where everything was delicious. The real added value was the team of servers. Always smiling, discreet, available, and attentive, they took excellent care of everyone, and especially the bride and groom. Their anticipation, adaptability, and good humor greatly contributed to the success of this magnificent weekend. 04/08/2026: After ten years of trying to get a table at Toya during my visits to my parents' house, I finally had the chance to dine there on July 23rd. The wait was more than worth it! From the moment I arrived, everything was in place for a truly wonderful experience. The welcome was warm, the service highly professional, yet friendly, attentive, and discreet. The tableware, glassware, and overall presentation were exquisite and contributed significantly to the enjoyment of the meal. The cuisine was remarkable, with elegant presentation, perfectly balanced flavors, and a genuine sensory experience. In my opinion, this restaurant richly deserves its Michelin star. My only comment was that the dining room was very noisy. The restaurant was full despite having very few tables. Better soundproofing would make a real difference. As I left, I thought it was incredible that I had found such a gem just five kilometers from my parents' house and hadn't managed to go there sooner. Better late than never! A wonderful discovery that I recommend without hesitation.

20/08/2026: Finally, a burger served without fries! The summer burger was excellent, served with salad and sautéed potatoes. After a successful first experience with a salad made with good ingredients, I'll be back. The advantage of this place, even if you don't eat raclette or fondue, is that the products are high quality and the service is top-notch. Not to mention the soundtrack (era or blues 😉). A place worth trying.

24/08/2026: How could I not give it 5 stars…? Incredible brunch, it's officially my new go-to spot in Valberg. Next time we'll come in the evening to try it.
