04/01/2026: We were passing through Troyes. We were looking for a place to have lunch with a selection of homemade dishes. This was an excellent place that we highly recommend, especially for families. The menu is small, but offers a very good selection of dishes. I recommend the andouillette sausage, and the fries are delicious too. Our son is quite picky, and the waitress was lovely and went out of her way to make him happy. She also gave excellent advice on wine and beer selections. The cocktails on offer also looked very tempting. A 5/5 rating is truly deserved.

12/02/2026: First time here, the service was excessively slow (2.5 hours), so I left before ordering dessert. The waiter explained that this is normal because it's like that on Fridays, "we take longer." In short, the food and ambiance are nice, but the service wasn't great.

08/02/2026: Passing through the area in my truck, I stopped for the night at this simple restaurant. The shower was very good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. You don't find many places like this anymore. I recommend it.
