07/04/2026: We had a wonderful time with our family this Easter Monday. The service was impeccable, with kindness and attentiveness from the waiter and waitress. We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes, all prepared with taste and finesse, bursting with flavor and using local ingredients. The sweet and savory combinations were beautifully executed and perfectly balanced, without being overdone! Thank you to the kitchen and staff for adapting so readily to the unforeseen circumstances that delayed service, resulting in a two-minute delay. See you soon, and thank you again for everything!

Yesterday you have a small card, you will have to eat Foie Gras and the Main Filet of StPierre, you can also eat it. Wir de sehr freundlich bedient, es gab zum Espresso eine kleine selbstgemachte Praline und, selbst ich, die keinen Espresso getrunken habe, bekam eine Praline, dazu noch leckeren selbst angelesetzten Rum, perfekt. The menu was limited that day, so we ordered foie gras as an appetizer and John Dory fillet as a main course, both delicious dishes. The welcome was very warm, a small homemade chocolate accompanied our espresso, and even I, who hadn't ordered espresso, received a chocolate, as well as a delicious homemade rum – perfect. Seb was fantastic, giving me free rein with a 90s-themed decoration, which truly made the evening unique and reflected my style. The fire pit was simply exceptional: convivial, generous, and delicious. My 50 guests were thrilled, and the feedback was unanimous! 25/04/2026: The new owner is appalling, with absolutely no manners or professionalism. Run away! We waited 50 minutes and no one came to serve us; we had to leave. Whatever you do, don't go there; it's a waste of time and incredibly expensive.

12/04/2026: The appetizer, main course, and dessert were all excellent. The steak tartare was freshly served and presented right before our eyes. We would definitely recommend it.

07/04/2026: The food was delicious, the ambiance lovely, and the service very good. My only disappointment was the lack of seasonal vegetables as a side dish. However, it seems to be common practice in France to serve fries with everything. I ordered mashed potatoes and found them a bit bland. A little more butter and seasoning would have made them even better. I don't think a guest should have to ask for salt and pepper. In my opinion, they should be provided at the table. Nevertheless, overall I found the meal very tasty and would gladly eat there again.

11/03/2026: We've eaten at Le Bistroquet several times and it's always been excellent. The vaulted ceiling in the restaurant's basement is truly beautiful, a real bonus. Special mention goes to the owner who is super friendly and really knows how to sell his dishes! One of our favorite restaurants in Aix 🍽️

26/04/2026: Not bad, but a bit pricey with an extra charge on almost every dish on the menu… they might as well raise the price of the menu, which is already very high for this type of cuisine. The profiterole was good, but there was more choux pastry than ice cream.
