The owner and his father are two incredibly nice guys who run this charming restaurant with so much personality. The food was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

15/05/2026: We loved it!! A wonderful discovery: I'd heard about it, so we went with friends last night. There were six of us, and everyone was delighted with this little gem run by a lovely family. From the cocktails to the dessert, everything was perfect! The service, the quality of the food, the portions—it was flawless: we had excellent cocktails, a selection of super tasty tapas, and what can I say about the paella? Absolutely amazing! We loved the concept of having the pan brought to the table; we were able to have three helpings, the portions are generous—don't change a thing! We give it a 200% thumbs up and recommend it!! Thank you for your kindness; we were transported to sunny climes thanks to you.

17/05/2026: The food at Le Turbot was delightful! My partner said it was the best seafood he has eaten! The tarte tatin was incredible and is an absolute must. The portion sizes are huge too. Huge thankyou and shout out to the incredible staff - when we left we discovered the foot bridges (Passerelle) were closed and they gave us a lift back to our air b n b in their cars. Lifesavers as we would have been totally stuck to get home otherwise!

11/06/2026: By far the best traditional restaurant in Rambouillet. The dishes are subtly prepared with high-quality, fresh ingredients. The value for money is excellent. In the dining room, the waiters, who have been the same for at least ten years, are agile, efficient, and incredibly pleasant. The owner is just like everyone else. I highly recommend it. I also recommend making a reservation.

The manager/waitress is very friendly, but don't let her local accent put you off; she might seem a bit annoyed towards the end of the meal. The only downside: the cheese platter being passed from table to table... I highly recommend it.

27/04/2026: A very pleasant family evening. The setting is magnificent, both the terrace and the interior. We were able to enjoy a table near the very well-equipped children's area with toys (Lego, animals and figurines, cars, books, board games). Our 8-year-old son was delighted. The food was excellent. Special mention goes to the crayfish and scallop crème brûlée and the foie gras panna cotta, which we had as starters, as well as the cooking and sauce of the duck. The sea bass fillet was also perfectly cooked and very flavorful. We greatly appreciated that the children's menu included a proper piece of meat in an appropriate portion, and not an overcooked hamburger or nuggets. Our son thoroughly enjoyed a rare steak and fries, exactly to his taste as a little gourmet. The cheese board we had at the end of the meal was delicious. Thank you for your warm welcome. We will be back!
