29/11/2024: We came across this restaurant by chance, simply because it was on our route, and what a wonderful surprise! Based on the reviews, we decided to stop by, and we were not disappointed. At first glance, the place doesn't look like much, but it's the place to be to have a great time. The cuisine is impeccable, with tasty dishes of exceptional quality. The welcome was as warm as their crème brûlée (flambéed before our eyes). An address that we recommend with our eyes closed!

08/07/2025: Meal for our civil partnership for my wife and I and the meal was divine, good piece of meat with homemade fries, an incredible dessert and starters that didn't even last two minutes 🤣🤣, Thanks to the chope for this incredible moment, the gourmet menu is really great 🤤🤤🤤

22/11/2024: Small inn, but food that is worth the detour, beautiful fireplace where a suckling pig was finishing cooking, finally a typical inn which offers good food, a good cassoulet, and lots of good things, we will come back.

28/10/2024: Sunday October 27, 2024. There are 2 of us who are a little older (PRM) and we had booked for that day around midday. We arrived right on time. I had my wife come down to the restaurant door while I went to park the car because I walk a little further. Unfortunately, after several attempts and in various dead ends, there was no possibility of parking: the entire village was "occupied". We had clearly seen at the entrance to the village the indication of "compulsory parking for hikers" (300m from the restaurant). We are no longer there. So I called my wife who was in the process of ordering to tell her of my dismay. And we took the road back, hoping to find a cassoulet on the way! So, no opinion on the Sire cassoulet.

18/06/2025: Very warm welcome. Modern and peaceful setting. Well-presented dishes; the beef fillet was a delight. Very good service, courteous staff. Reasonable prices. Parking available.

16/06/2025: Superb restaurant near a stream. The terrace is magnificent, the staff at this restaurant are lovely, the menu is just delicious, and let the wine list guide you. Don't miss this place.

12/12/2024: Very good brewery. It's not so common to find a 'brasserie' atmosphere and good cuisine. close to La Défense.

12/12/2024: This brasserie is nice because it already has a real brasserie atmosphere! You feel good there, it's fun, there's an atmosphere, then the dishes are excellent with different daily specials like a pot au feu on Beaujolais Nouveau day, the welcome is friendly, you're immediately at home. obviously a bit of a victim of its success so a lot of people but they always find a solution

27/09/2024: We came here for dinner at 9, with colleagues. The servers are welcoming and attentive, which is very good. The food is good and the starter, main course and dessert menu is sufficient in quantity. The flavors are quite original and everything is technically well executed. The cellar is incredible. The only frustration is that in groups there is an imposed menu with only two options each time (55€ without drinks, 90 with). It’s a shame when we see that the menu displayed at the same price has 5 or 6 options minimum (I would have loved to taste the Basque country pork as a main course and the creamy tart for dessert). This leaves a certain frustration given the price of not having a wider choice (total bill of €820 for 9 people). The overall experience still remains positive!

Quality local products + tasty recipes = pleasures guaranteed. This perfect egg: a treat! This perfectly tender veal. The chocolate heart to perfection. A highly recommended address! I'll run there, I'll come back, I'll subscribe!

06/04/2024: We had coffee and an amazing crepe with fruits. The location and view is great. The pricing is reasonable as well. Maybe not the best place for locals but a great location for tourists like myself.
