15/02/2026: Honestly, a fantastic restaurant! The owners are lovely, incredibly welcoming, and truly warm. You feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door; it's rare to be received with such kindness. The atmosphere is wonderful, friendly, and makes you want to stay and enjoy yourself. And the food... a real treat! Everything was excellent, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed! 🤩

26/02/2026: The open kitchen is a major plus in this restaurant and is perfectly integrated into the space and decor. What a visual and gustatory delight! The entire menu looked tempting. The profiteroles were excellent. In short, a restaurant just the way we like them.

26/02/2026: The food was perfect. We ordered several different dishes and we were all very happy with our meals! (baby squid, steak tartare, tagliata, lamb chop) The service was efficient and friendly, all enjoyed on the sunny terrace overlooking the Dune du Pilat. Highly recommended!

28/01/2026: A lovely little restaurant we frequent, and we're never disappointed. The welcome and service are friendly and warm, we're served quickly, the dishes are beautifully presented and of good quality, and the prices are reasonable. Its only drawback is its small size, so it's best to make a reservation. Ideal after a walk in the forest or a visit to Dourdan and its old castle.

21/01/2026: Crêperie accueillante et propriétaires sympathiques et avenants. Nous avons passé un agréable moment en mangeant une galette succulente accompagné d'une bonne bière, le tout pour un prix raisonnable. Il est conseillé de réserver à l'avance.

13/01/2026: La Baie du Lac is simply a fabulous place. The food is absolutely superb, with delicious and refined dishes, and the service is truly exceptional: attentive, warm, and professional from start to finish. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes even more magical thanks to the regular presence of a musician who gently accompanies the meal. Add to that an exceptional lakeside location with a breathtaking view, and you have a timeless, almost heavenly experience. It's frankly difficult to understand some of the negative reviews, given how wonderful the experience is. One can legitimately assume that these comments are solely intended to harm the owners, because everything there exudes passion, dedication, and a genuine desire to please their guests. An address to recommend without the slightest hesitation.

12/10/2025: Restaurant closed, I had a reservation for 3 people at 12 p.m.! No communication on the front, it's clearly marked that it's open on Sundays and I booked in advance, so it's lunar. I won't be going back, that's for sure, it's just not serious.

22/02/2026: Three people visited today. Lunch service was way too fast! We ordered three drinks for aperitifs plus a sharing platter... and the main course arrived at the same time! Except the third person's dish, which arrived 10 minutes later, was missing... so we ate at different times. I find that unacceptable considering the restaurant's reputation. We felt watched until the very last bite because the place was cleared almost as soon as we put down our forks. In fact, it should really be called... Buffalo Grill. And another really negative thing... a table of four was literally blocking an emergency exit! Not cool.

02/12/2025: We were looking for a place to eat after visiting the Pont d'Arc. We found an unusual restaurant with a plane tree growing right through the middle of the building, its branches extending through the roof. The service was quick and friendly. A great place to eat if you're in the area.

30/10/2025: I highly recommend it; the atmosphere and staff are very friendly. The food is delicious, a real treat!

07/03/2026: The restaurant was too noisy, the service was too slow, the order taking was disorganized, and the extra charges for our order weren't respected. We ended up with cold chicken in a burger; all the meat was bleeding even though it was supposed to be well-cooked and medium-rare. The wait was so long that we hesitated to send the plate back for fear of waiting even longer. The food was too expensive for the poor quality; the burgers at €17, in our opinion, weren't worth it.

07/03/2026: The wait was too long and it was very noisy, with no coordination. The pasta wasn't fresh and the meat wasn't great. I wouldn't recommend it. The food was too expensive.

02/03/2026: Having been regulars at this establishment in previous years, we went for lunch today... a complete disaster! The butcher's cut was so tough it was impossible to eat! The meat was of poor quality, matching the waitress's rudeness; in short, let's talk about the croziflette, or rather, the utter banality of the dish... two measly pieces of cheese... another disappointment! The welcome was pleasant until we dared to comment on the meat... the waitress became defensive and very aggressive. Don't bother... there are much better options in the resort.
