22/11/2025: The food here is really good, the service is friendly and attentive, and the chef grills the dishes right in the middle of the charming restaurant on his open grill. We come here several times during every holiday because it has a really great atmosphere and the food is always delicious. The homemade nougat ice cream is highly recommended.

11/07/2025: I've lived in the Cadet Metro area for 25 years. I discovered Thym Sauvage about three years ago. Since then, whenever I don't have the courage to make lunch at home, I automatically head to Thym Sauvage. There are dozens of options in the area. But it's my taste buds that lead me to this restaurant, whether for a top-notch falafel sandwich to go, or for a delicious mezze combo with hummus/vegetable moussaka accompanied by a delicious falafel sandwich with garlic cream... yum yum. I have extensive experience with Lebanese cuisine in Paris: Al Diwan, Al Ajami, Al Dar, Noura, Le Bois le Vent, Al Mankal, Fayrouz, Al Rimal, etc. And quite honestly, after Thym Sauvage, it's always disappointing to try any other Lebanese restaurant or the classics mentioned above. Mr. David & Mrs. Rita, the owners, are warm, friendly, and adorable. Moreover, Thym Sauvage offers an atmosphere with oriental and Lebanese music that allows you to escape for the duration of a meal. Honestly, I love everything about it! And I must admit to being a bit addicted to their refined, family-style cuisine! It's very, very good!!! And for the top-notch prices!

09/07/2025: "Is your meat halal?" (The answer is yes). The welcome was pleasant, the food was good quality, and the smell of the grilled meats made you want to try them. The feta salad met expectations, and the vegetarian mezze was good. The mint, lemon, and orange blossom lemonade was not too sweet and therefore very refreshing. Special mention goes to the falafel and the fritters, which were excellent. (Yes, in the end, we didn't eat any meat, but we still recommend them given the tempting aroma.)

08/12/2025: The weekday menu is unbeatable considering the quality: starter + main course + dessert for €18, or main course + dessert or starter for €15.50, or the daily special for €12.50. And on top of that, it's delicious, inventive, and generously portioned. There's even a delightful amuse-bouche! The welcome is warm and friendly. The service is quick. There are 3 starters, 2 to 3 main courses, and 3 desserts. Everything is homemade and fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed it! If you're nearby, go for it! You won't be disappointed.

28/01/2026: Disappointing. We've been to this restaurant several times before, but this time we were let down! The staff were friendly but a bit overwhelmed… We had to wait for our cocktails (they're made on the ground floor). What a strange idea! In that case, they should make them quickly! As a result, our main courses arrived just minutes after our drinks, barely after we'd started. A cocktail is meant to be savored. Not great. The hanger steak we ordered medium-rare was slightly overcooked, and there wasn't even a single vegetable. They didn't offer tarte tatin. The crème brûlée was very small. A friend was supposed to have a birthday candle on her cake… which was forgotten! They did, however, offer us a coffee (a nice little gesture).

07/02/2026: This welcoming restaurant has been one of our favorites for a long time. Whenever we come to Crest-Voland, it's a must-stop, and we often come as a group. The homemade food is a delight, and the welcome is always so warm. The staff is remarkably kind, and they always find a way to seat us, even during busy times. We feel truly at home there! Like every year, we'll be back next year.
