03/05/2026: Gift certificate for a Grand Vattel dinner with a glass of champagne and wines to accompany the meal. The reservation was mistakenly cancelled by the restaurant, but we were nevertheless offered a table without any problem. Negative points: the champagne was a little lacking in chill, and the wines served could have been better suited to the otherwise excellent meal. Special mention to the head waiter for his attentiveness and professionalism.

02/05/2026: DISAPPOINTED AGAIN. IT'S A SHAME BECAUSE OVER THE YEARS I LIKE THIS RESTAURANT LESS AND LESS.

30/04/2026: Quite disappointed with the food. The restaurant has good reviews, which is why we went. It was a huge letdown. For starters, we ordered shrimp, and they brought them dirty with their intestines. I asked them to remove them, and they peeled them but still left them dirty. I ordered octopus, and it was chewy and not crispy at all. Tasteless. The rum crème brûlée tasted good, but the caramelization was watery. The menu is interesting, but everything is poorly executed. The food quality was quite mediocre.

12/04/2026: I can't comment on the rooms, as I come here regularly for the exceptional, sensational cuisine. The food is fantastic, so refined and perfectly cooked. Everything is presented flawlessly on the plate. It's a symphony of the senses. The wines, naturally from the local area, are also exquisite. Top quality and very finely crafted. The service completes the harmonious experience, making you feel like you're visiting friends. Please keep it up and may you continue to do so for many years to come.
