18/07/2026: The only restaurant in Nozeroy, it's a must-stop for a bite to eat. The concept: hot and cold buffets. Learn to control your appetite. It's smart, otherwise you'll be charged an extra €5 if you don't finish your plate. The desserts are indulgent, with a medieval twist on the classic cakes. The bill isn't exorbitant, just reasonable. Where is it? In Nozeroy, in the Jura region.

01/07/2026: While in Valence on a business trip, I discovered this restaurant yesterday. From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in a very original and well-designed atmosphere and received a warm welcome. It's so fantastic—the welcome, the service, the quality of the food, with original burgers, generously portioned dishes and salads, and delicious desserts—that I went back this evening. I'll definitely be back next time. Thank you so much!

27/07/2026: The location is exceptional, especially on the highest terrace with its incredible view. The service is friendly, but we were disappointed with our dinner (value for money): the starter (a tasteless bresaola carpaccio and a warm goat cheese salad on bland butternut squash – is that seasonal in July?), the main course (veal with trotters cooked al dente but served without sauce or seasoning in a separate bowl), and the calamari, which was a rather good suggestion. Three stars, but the place deserves better.

09/08/2026: A must-see. The history of the abbey told through music is a pure delight, and the place is fantastic. We'll be back soon for a guided tour.

03/08/2026: We arrived here after a good hike (and a tempting Google Maps look) And we weren't disappointed. A short but very effective menu. Magnificent wines by the glass. Local products. A very original setting where you feel right at home. And exceptional service. Polite, attentive, and full of good advice. A real delight. If you're in the area (or not), you must go to discover their amazing dishes, classic yet unique, and the sheer joy of life they evoke. This restaurant has only one major drawback…it's 500 kilometers from my home 🤪

24/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent experience from start to finish! The welcome was warm, the staff smiling and very attentive. The dishes were delicious, prepared with fresh, high-quality, local ingredients and beautifully presented. Kudos to the chef for her delicious cuisine. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is quick yet attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an excellent meal in a friendly setting. I will definitely be back. Well done to the whole team!

05/08/2026: A fantastic restaurant, calm and very pleasant, where the staff is as friendly as the food is delicious! It's a bit pricey, but it's a wonderful find. For a special occasion or even just to enjoy some good foie gras, go for it! Many thanks for everything, The neighbor upstairs ;)

29/07/2026: Delicious food at the Bistro Perigord - we ate from the set menu, a fab 3 courses, beautifully cooked and served. Thanks to JoJo for excellent service. Spotted the restaurant on the walk back to our hotel from the Palais and garden de Luxembourg. Reserved a table although we would have been ok with a walk in.

11/07/2026: Thierry is lovely, and the young waiter is too! The service is top-notch and makes you want to stay. The food is excellent, with a special mention for the fries and homemade mayonnaise—a real treat. Passing through the area for a wedding, we thank you for your hospitality. 09/06/2026: We tried this excellent restaurant for Mother's Day. They kindly agreed to serve a "special" dish for our somewhat fussy daughter, which really helped us have a better meal.

15/07/2026: A really lovely little brasserie in the heart of Paris! The waiter was excellent and very responsive. The food was superb. The decor was nice, absolutely nothing to complain about. Having left Paris after living there for years, it's wonderful to still find authentic little brasseries like this.
