21/07/2026: Rare are those moments when we allow ourselves a moment of pure pleasure, yet that's precisely the definition of time spent at a restaurant. It's been a long time since I've had such a wonderful experience. We were fortunate to receive a warm welcome and guidance from the chef, one of those rare, passionate employees who made this a truly magical moment. We started with a plate of homemade ham and foie gras, followed by red mullet with peppers and confit pork loin with mashed potatoes. Next came a small tasting plate of the rare sheep's cheese, and then dessert: chocolate fondant (we've never had such delicious ones!) and Armagnac baba. I highly recommend this restaurant, and if you can, ask to see the chef! 😉 See you soon!

30/07/2026: This restaurant is simply exceptional! After a long journey, we stumbled upon La Côte à l'Os, quite by chance, with a craving for a good meal. It had been a very long time since we'd experienced such a high-quality establishment. Exceptional meat, full of flavor, remarkably cooked—and this is in the restaurant industry! Even late at night, you're welcomed with kindness and professionalism, a smile despite the often hectic pace. Everything is delicious, even the bread! The staff are dedicated and warm; the portions are generous and flavorful. We were blown away by the meats, the salads, and what can we say about the desserts! Bravo to this team, who truly deserve three Michelin stars! Go without hesitation!

25/07/2026: A very good restaurant in the center of Ardres. The food is excellent, from appetizers to desserts. Everything is homemade. The owner does all the cooking, and his wife provides excellent service. Warm and inviting decor. I highly recommend it! A place well worth the detour. We will gladly return.

You have to go in, sit down, listen, sing, and meet people to truly understand what happens there. It's an enchanting place where all generations come together around a microphone, a song, a smile, and a shared moment. So yes, there will always be criticism. But so what? You can't please everyone. The essential thing is elsewhere: in the welcome, the conviviality, the passion, and the pleasure you offer to those who walk through your door. You offer much more than just karaoke: you create memories, connections, and emotions. I will return with a heart full of gratitude and high hopes. Thank you to the whole team.

01/08/2026: I had tried several times to book a dinner reservation. Unfortunately, it was either already booked or closed on a day; I never had the chance. It finally happened! We received a very warm welcome, the service was perfect, the food was impeccable and delicious, and it's worth noting: The prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food and the care taken with the presentation. Highly recommended!!!

21/07/2026: I ordered number 23 with onion. Very tasty and all the ingredients are well-balanced. The onion is caramelized. There is insufficient staff, so you sometimes have to wait longer. The service is friendly. If you can't finish it, you can ask if you can take it away, and that is possible. Inside, it is incredibly atmospheric and beautiful, especially downstairs.
