10/05/2026: Chance led us to this charming restaurant. We were welcomed like royalty. A very friendly atmosphere and wonderful, simple, healthy cuisine. €16.50 for a starter, main course, cheese, and dessert at lunchtime on weekdays. I challenge you to find better. 23/03/2026: I can't give a proper review as I was treated so badly. The staff treats you like an outcast as soon as you mention your box's reference number. We were treated horribly. Why be affiliated with a box company if you're going to treat customers so poorly? Is it only above a certain price point that you deserve respect? When I have money, I won't be spending it in your group's restaurants.

28/07/2026: The small village of Magny is very lucky to have this wonderful traditional restaurant, which also serves as a vibrant local hub (newsstand, tobacconist). Simple cuisine, but crafted with love. Plus, fantastic local wines from Martin Barbieux in Vézelay. Bravo for everything you do...

04/07/2026: A village atmosphere, a unique bistro, cool and inviting under the pergola. A peaceful, timeless retreat. But above all, it's a wonderful encounter with the owner/cook. If you're charging your car at the Avallon supercharger...don't hesitate, skip the Ibis and come here!

30/07/2026: Three friends and I came for mussels and fries at lunchtime today and we had a wonderful time! The portions were very generous and the mussels were really large and delicious. A big thank you to the waitress, who was incredibly kind, and to the whole team for their warm welcome. We happily recommend this place… and we'll definitely be back!

20/07/2026: Simple and effective by the water. Indeed, the clams are bland and could easily benefit from more herbs to enhance the flavor, compared to the other items on the tapas board.

25/07/2026: We were here for dinner in mid-June. The food was fantastic, without any fuss. The wine selection was wonderful. There were five of us, and we tried more or less every dish, and everyone was happy, satisfied, and at one with the universe. 😉 The service was professional and relaxed, and we had a nice chat at the bar afterward. Unfortunately, it was too cold to eat outside. We'll definitely be back next year to make up for it. Greetings to the whole team!

24/07/2026: It wasn't bad. I asked in advance about being lactose-free, and they replied that it wasn't a problem... but when I got there, the meat was just without sauce.

23/07/2026: The starter was decent, with a good terrine and sausage. The children's meals were also acceptable. However, the gardianne was a huge disappointment: the taste was strange, almost as if sangria had been used in the preparation. The portion was small, and oddly enough, the dish didn't contain carrots but large chunks of orange. We also had the impression that some of the meat wasn't bull (the meat traditionally used in a gardianne) but beef. When we expressed our surprise, we were simply told that it was "the traditional recipe," without any further explanation. Finally, the overall hygiene of the place left much to be desired, especially the restrooms. It's a shame, because the starter suggested a good meal was in store.

22/07/2026: A lovely spot in the heart of Salins-les-Bains, the terrace is spacious, the service is excellent, the food is really good – a great place to eat or just have a drink

19/07/2026: A very bad experience. We couldn't even get a meal, even though there were tables available. However, if we just wanted to have a drink, there was no problem at all... Go figure. On top of that, the service is extremely slow, even for a simple drink. It's a real shame, because the welcome and organization are sorely lacking. I do not recommend this establishment.

31/07/2026: Nine years after our last visit, and as regular customers since living in the city for several years, the welcome is still just as warm and the truffade is a real treat! Not to mention the dessert menu…! This restaurant remains one of the best places to eat in Clermont.

The location is beautiful, and the staff is welcoming, friendly, and welcoming. The dishes were generous, flavorful, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. The plates were beautifully presented. An excellent restaurant that I recommend without hesitation!

15/07/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant! They advertise "catch of the day," but once the fish is served, you realize it's fish that's been in the freezer for at least two weeks. They offered no compensation despite sending the plate back to the kitchen because I wasn't satisfied. Order anything but the "catch of the day."
