15/04/2026: A crêperie with a terrace under the Clisson market halls, a real plus when it's hot. The sweet crêpes are very good and generous; however, I ordered a Périgord galette for €14.90 which was tasty but rather sparsely filled for the price. Also worth noting is that the galettes are served very crispy and very buttery. They offered to add a salad to our galettes without mentioning the extra charge...

13/04/2026: Passing through Clisson and La Garenne-Lemot, we had a wonderful meal at this crêperie. And a very warm welcome from the owner and waitresses.

25/04/2026: We were delighted to return to this restaurant, which offers both Alsatian and innovative cuisine. Original amuse-bouches of foie gras and smoked salmon whetted our appetites. This was followed by vol-au-vents with snails and wild mushrooms. And what can we say about the duck breasts topped with blueberry sauce? The service was friendly, quick, and efficient.

The snowcat ride up and down was fantastic, the meal was excellent and plentiful, and the chalet was cozy with a superb view of Les Menuires at night. Simply PERFECT!! 25/03/2026: An interesting restaurant in Saint-Nazaire. The cuisine is classic and refined. The cooking and sauces are perfectly executed. The quality of the desserts is noteworthy. The service is attentive and the dining rooms are pleasant. The prices (à la carte and set menus) are reasonable. We have never been disappointed during our various visits.

10/03/2026: I wanted to reserve a table for 7 people at 12:30. Impossible! They offered me 12:00 or nothing at all! Too bad, we'd been before and were happy. Never again.

11/04/2026: Excellent crêperie! I had a veggie tomato crêpe and an apple/caramel crêpe for dessert, and everything was delicious. The local apple juice was great too 😋. There are plenty of vegetarian options, and the service is efficient and friendly 👌.

25/04/2026: What a pleasant surprise this inn in Saint-Michel was! Delicious dishes, beautifully presented vegetables, a tasty children's menu (and not frozen like you sometimes find), and lovely homemade desserts! All this on a pretty shaded terrace, with a very friendly waiter. One small complaint? Our son suggested a bigger pond for the carp 😆

20/04/2026: Honestly, everything was perfect: the place is very elegant and clean. The prices are reasonable and the food is good. The only slight drawback: initially, we were served by a waiter who was clearly in his first job, I think… He didn't really know how to tell us about the dishes or advise us on the wines. It was only later that another waiter, obviously more experienced, came to see us. It's a shame, because with more specific advice, we probably would have spent more. In any case, if we're ever back in the area, we'll gladly return.

23/04/2026: Very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was cold and unpleasant. The cooks made comments about our slight lateness with a clearly inappropriate attitude, which immediately made us feel uncomfortable. The service was a major problem: I ordered a vodka, the waitress accepted… but then brought me an iced tea without any explanation. No follow-up, no offer of a solution. The meal wasn't any better. The fries were excessively salty, to the point of being inedible. I had ordered a burger without salad, but it arrived with it. The meat, advertised as rare, was actually overcooked. Another important point: the restaurant advertises a closing time of 11:30 pm, but refuses to cook after 10:00 pm, which isn't clearly stated and can mislead customers. Finally, the overall atmosphere needs improvement: inappropriate stares, unprofessional behavior… we clearly felt like we were bothering them. All this for a bill of €44 for two drinks, a salad, and a burger, which makes the experience even harder to accept given the quality. I'm leaving this review in a constructive spirit: there's real work to be done on customer service, taking orders, transparent opening hours, and the overall quality of service. It's a shame, because the overall experience doesn't make me want to come back. Good luck to future customers.

La Maison à Gaujac is just a stone's throw from Uzès, 20 km away, with a beautiful drive and plenty to discover in the surrounding area.
