15/04/2026: It's always a real pleasure to enjoy the delicious dishes at this restaurant. The Caesar salad I had was absolutely divine. Moreover, unlike most upscale restaurants of this type, the portions are generous and sure to satisfy most appetites. And... the icing on the cake, the service is warm and welcoming! Definitely worth a try!

03/04/2026: This is an establishment you shouldn't hesitate to stop at. Professionalism, both in the welcome and the cuisine, is evident. And that's a good thing! The overnight package is reasonably priced and of high quality. The limited menu offers dishes prepared and chosen according to the season. Well done!

30/05/2026: We spent one night at the St. Yves during a hiking trip from Tende to Menton. It was my favorite place during the entire week – the location of Sainte Agnès is simply stunning! The four-course dinner was delicious, with fresh wild boar ragout, excellent quality ingredients, and friendly staff. I also loved that you could enjoy the delicious homemade cakes on the terrace in the afternoon – otherwise, there's usually a lull in service in France. They had fresh beer and a good selection of wines at reasonably fair prices. The rooms are simply furnished, but they have everything you need. I will definitely come back again!

12/04/2026: The food was very well prepared, and the show put on during service was quite original and entertaining. However, the meal was extremely long. More than four hours at the table is far too long. As is the price, for that matter. We ended up paying €650 for two on the menu with wine pairings. The food and wine pairings were very well chosen, but the price for this type of restaurant is far too high and, in my opinion, unjustified. You only find out the exact amount at the end. You have no visibility of the price beforehand, which can seem awkward. I had no idea how much I was going to pay until the bill arrived at the table. A far cry from the prestige of the Eiffel Tower, and yet more expensive. I don't recommend it for the quality/price ratio, given the exorbitant price for this experience.

02/06/2026: If you're just passing through, the prices are a bit high for fairly basic food. The pizzas are very average; the dough doesn't seem homemade, it's undercooked, and the ingredients are basic, except for the good-quality ham. It's fine for drinks with friends and a snack.

12/05/2026: We went for a drink. There was a mistake with our order. We ordered a charcuterie board and a pizza to share, but we didn't get anything! They claimed the order hadn't been sent. After 40 minutes, we cancelled the charcuterie board and pizza. Disappointed, we left.
