The duck breast was cooked perfectly (I wanted it rare, and I got it rare), it was delicious. The homemade fries were very good. The homemade desserts are very good (chocolate mousse, crumble, crème brûlée). Attentive staff.

The food is delicious, the portions of meat just deserved to be a little more generous given the accuracy of the cooking, my husband had a taste too little. The service is perfect, the servers smiling (this is not always the case in Paris). In addition, the wine list is also very good and we received very good advice. THANKS!

28/08/2024: Un moment magique. Très bonne surprise dans ce petit établissement où tout était parfait. Toute l’équipe de service s’est montrée adorable, et les plats sont arrivés rapidement et tous ensemble. Surtout la cuisine était excellente : sûrement les meilleurs burgers du monde (et très beaux) et la selle d’agneau excellente ! Le tout dans une petite terrasse pleine de charme.

19/09/2024: During our stay at the Baud Hotel, everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The arrival was exemplary (in the hotel industry myself, it gave me ideas). The table service was impeccable, with an attentive and warm team. At reception we were greeted with professionalism and friendliness, which greatly contributed to making our experience even more pleasant. Special mention for the choice of wine during the meal, which proved to be a perfect match, enhancing each dish. An unforgettable stay that we highly recommend!

31/03/2025: The macarons taste great! We waited in line and ate at some places, but nowhere was this good. We paid 12€ for the box of 4. I recommend 10/10.

13/01/2025: Comida increíble y gran servicio! Mi marido y yo comimos aquí para una cena de cumpleaños tardía mientras nos alojamos en París y fue uno de los puntos culminantes de nuestro viaje! La comida es única, hermosa y deliciosa. Las combinaciones de sabores son increíbles. Al final de la comida, le dije a mi marido que desearía poder comerlo todo de nuevo! Este restaurante es pequeño pero poderoso y lo recomiendo para cualquiera que esté buscando una verdadera experiencia gastronómica francesa gourmet en Francia.

À l’occasion d’un voyage à Paris nous avons eu l’immense plaisir de pouvoir venir manger dans ce restaurant magnifique et tellement délicieux où nous avons passé un moment merveilleux avec des amis! Le patron est exceptionnel et son équipe à sa hauteur. La cuisine était divine je conseille à 1000%. Petit coup de cœur la brioche agneau en entrée et pour la tarte aux poires, la meilleure que j’ai mangé!!!

Fabien and Amélie offer exceptionally high-quality cuisine, bordering on gourmet, with dishes bursting with flavor and creativity. All this with incredible value for money in a warm, authentic setting, in the heart of a magnificent village nestled between mountains and nature. A must-see if you're in the area. Chaque "temps" est décliné en trois petits plats autour d’un même ingrédient, permettant de savourer de nombreuses facettes, textures et associations possibles de chaque produit avec une belle créativité. Mention spéciale pour le temps autour de l’huître, des saveurs délicates, équilibrées, très jolie mise en valeur de ce produit. Nous y étions avec mon frère et mon cousin, et nous avons tous été enchantés. Bravo au chef et à toute l’équipe !

15/11/2024: Se merecen su estrella Michelin. El escenario es de elegancia simple. Banquetes elegantes más adecuados para personas delgadas (las banquetas son un poco apretadas). El servicio es muy profesional, amable y un poco intenso. Mientras nuestros vasos se rellenaban constantemente, y los platos se servían rápidamente con panache, algunos de los platos se quitaron en el momento en que terminamos una guarnición, un poco obsesiva y distraída. Sin duda, cada mini plato, la cena de cinco platos involucró más de dos docenas de mini platos y tazones fue hermoso. Pero francamente, muchos parecían académicos. Solo porque puedas usar 6 ingredientes en una vieira o un erizo de mar no significa que debas hacerlo. Aun así el plato de ternera, con una mini chuleta diseccionada y guarniciones de pan dulce y otras carnes de órgano, fue brillante. La experiencia es teatral. No es la ropa nueva del Emperador. No nos fuimos hambrientos o del todo decepcionados, pero claramente un poco más pobres. Y preguntándome, ¿valió la pena?

30/09/2024: I thought this was going to be a gimmicky tourist trap. I was wrong. What a great bar from the staff, to the drinks, and even the hot dog! There are better cocktails in Paris, but I'm not sure there's a better experience (in terms of cocktails).
