Frankly, I don't see any better value for money in Saint-Cyprien! And the service is impeccable. 👏🏻 To the team

What a magnificent discovery!
We chose this restaurant by pure chance…but as the saying goes, he did things well.
Our taste buds were delighted from starter to dessert.
A multitude of flavors, quality of products, inventiveness of dishes, aesthetic presentation… everything was there.
The whole concocted by this young enthusiast. Sabine's friendly welcome takes great care of both the choice of dishes and the wine offerings and to satisfy your discovery of the region.
Run there! You will have a delicious time in every sense of the word.

12/09/2024: Zu Mittag aßen wir in der im Gault-Millau erwähnten Auberge du Val au Cesne in Croix-Mare bei Yvetôt. In dem gemütlichen Gastraum des Restaurants im Landhausstil ließ es sich vorzüglich speisen. Ganz hervorragend waren die Foie Gras mit einem feinherben Chablis, das Filet de Boeuf und die Kalbsnieren. Der Service war ausgesucht, schwächelte aber etwas beim Nachfüllen eines gebrauchten Weinglases (Weißwein) mit einem anderen Wein (Rotwein).

27/11/2024: A real favorite! The cuisine is original and full of surprising flavors. The welcome is so warm that you feel good there as soon as you arrive. I particularly appreciated the attention paid to the animals, it’s really nice to see that!
Whether it's for brunch, a meal or just dessert, everything is perfect for a great time. The dishes are elegant and almost tell a story. And then, the sauces… a real explosion of flavors, I loved it!
Congratulations to the entire team for their passion and remarkable work. Honestly, I recommend without hesitation!

Ottime le loro salse e il loro piatto del giorno (quel giorno insalata di riso e salmone tipo pokè) per il conto un po’ alto ma la Normandia è tutta alta con i prezzi la media si aggira su i 30 a testa
