21/12/2025: We were familiar with the pastry shop, but we discovered the restaurant. To reach the restaurant, you walk through the shop, which is already a very enticing adventure in itself, making you want to linger. The entire staff gave us a very warm welcome, and we truly enjoyed the meal from beginning to end. How can I put it? It was simply excellent, with real pastries for dessert—I mean homemade, very delicate, made with real dough and therefore not based primarily on emulsified creams like Bavarian cream! Thank you so much! We will be back and highly recommend it. PS: The mille-feuille...unique...try it there; it's a true work of art.

Despite being fully booked on a Sunday lunchtime, they went out of their way to welcome us and let us enjoy some delicious tapas-style appetizers between noon and 1:30 pm, before the arrival of the customers with reservations. The dishes were all beautifully prepared, with a special mention for the garlic salad, which reminded me of my grandmother's ❤️. The setting is simply wonderful, a lovely atmosphere where you feel right at home. We will gladly return to try the superb bouillabaisse, beautifully presented at the next table—and of course, to savor the pizzas when the pizza chef is back! 08/02/2026: We were pleasantly surprised by the chef's mustard-infused beef tartare, prepared with a knife using prime cuts of meat! The baked egg was perfectly cooked and delicious. Our trip was well worth it.

10/02/2026: We stumbled upon the restaurant by chance after a stroll through Ault and the surrounding area. Chance works in mysterious ways. On the menu—which changes with the seasons—were roasted scallops with vanilla sauce and pigeon cooked on the bone, followed by a modern take on tarte Tatin for dessert. Each dish was delicious, offering a wealth of rich flavors—just writing about it makes our mouths water again. The staff's courtesy and attentiveness throughout the meal made for a truly remarkable dining experience. Our sincere compliments.

14/02/2026: Despite the wide selection of restaurants in Honfleur, we decided to eat here twice :) The food was excellent, as was the service. The latter is becoming increasingly rare. Highly recommended!
