09/06/2026: Le Tire-Bouchon is, for me, the best place in Strasbourg to enjoy excellent sauerkraut; it offers the best value for money in Strasbourg. Of course, there are other, more well-known places, but their prices are exorbitant. I've been there several times, both for business and pleasure, and I've never been disappointed. Well done to the whole team! 🙏❤

26/07/2026: A truly lovely establishment. The service was top-notch. The meal, aperitif, platter, and drinks were all excellent. Not to mention the brasserie. We ordered one dish, flank steak to be precise, which was perfect. And another dish with shrimp and vegetable skewers, which was perfectly balanced.
Thank you to the waiter, who was absolutely fantastic, always smiling and welcoming. Thank you.

The cuisine was full of subtle flavors at a very affordable price (set menus at €22, €25, and €38), we thoroughly enjoyed it! 👌

With the starter, there's a basil sorbet that's to die for 🤩.
Be sure to make a reservation.

Very friendly waiters, attentive and helpful. Beautiful neighborhood and the food was superb.
As a starter, I recommend the bone marrow; it's something truly special.
The duck leg fell right off the bone, it was so tender. The Caesar salad is also good, exactly what you'd expect from a good Caesar salad.

I ordered the Greek crepe. It was delicious and a very generous portion. I was so full that I didn't even order dessert.

28/07/2026: A memorable French culinary experience. Quite pricey, but worth the trip to discover some remarkable dishes.
The risotto was rather... meh, and too rich in cheese.
The service was very quick, although you should allow more time to read the menu (lots of information and some clutter here and there).

23/03/2026: I was very pleasantly surprised by the welcome, the atmosphere, and the exceptional quality of the cuisine, which rivals some fine dining establishments. Bravo for everything! Fresh, local produce, very friendly and professional waitresses who provide information on the origins of all the ingredients. I highly recommend you go and see them; honestly, it's worth the trip.

23/03/2026: Yeah, it was OK. It had 3 weird mc Donald's style screens to order food which seemed ridiculous in such a small place, just want to order at the bar from a human. Burgers a bit too rare for me and hella expensive, but I guess you're in the mountains, music banging like a rave when there's only 3 people in there. So... yeah... alright, not great.
