04/01/2026: A delightful discovery in the region, this semi-gastronomic restaurant truly deserves its place in the Michelin Guide. There's a second dining room with a more bistro-style menu, and therefore less expensive, which we'll definitely try sometime. The dishes were flavorful and delicate, with perfect portions. An address to remember.

11/02/2026: Although I do have a few comments, I want to start by saying that the hotel truly deserves the 5-star rating I gave it. The staff are extremely friendly, kind, and always willing to help. For me, that’s the most important thing in a hotel. The rooms are clean and new, and despite being very small, they are well designed and manage to fit everything you need. The breakfast is modest, but the hotel offers 24-hour coffee, drinks, and small pastries, which is definitely a very nice gesture. The main issue for me was the size of the room. We were two adults and one baby (1 year old), and we barely fit. I would strongly recommend booking a triple room or a suite if you are traveling with a child. If possible, check the room upon arrival before settling in. We arrived very late, and I was a bit surprised, as the room was not exactly what I had expected. That said, for a couple, the room is absolutely sufficient and still better than many hotel rooms I’ve seen in Paris. The location is excellent, and overall the hotel is very clean and well maintained.

21/02/2026: We would need three pages to express how we felt about this superb evening spent at La Gourmandière... the welcome, the service, the flavors, the sommelier's guidance in finding the perfect pairings... simply SUBLIME. While perfection may not (in theory) exist, I've never been so close to it.

19/11/2025: I stopped there on the road without a reservation, and luckily there was a table available (it was a Wednesday at lunchtime). A very warm welcome, excellent service, and delicious food: deviled egg; 5A andouillette sausage with mashed potatoes; lime cheesecake 👍🏼 I highly recommend it.
