02/03/2026: Overall, a very good evening. We ate well for a reasonable price. However, there was a slight issue with the reservation I made for 5 people via Google. Fifteen minutes later, I called to change the reservation to 3 people instead of 5. The problem is that I was completely unaware there was a concert. There was no mention of it on Google when I made the reservation, and I wasn't informed when I called. So, I was surprised when the bill arrived, paying an extra €20 per person. For 3 people, that made €60. Looking directly at the restaurant's website, the concert wasn't mentioned at the top of the page before booking either; you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the site to find the concert dates. Personally, if I had known beforehand about the €60 surcharge, I would have come another day. Perhaps it should be mentioned before booking online. Living in Saint-Foy, we decided to go at the last minute on a whim. It's a shame, but the food and service were impeccable. We were supposed to come as a party of 5, so I don't regret coming only 3. Otherwise, it would have been €100 more! (3 or 100€ more!!!!)

14/02/2026: I had a truly delightful time at this restaurant. The welcome was warm from the moment I walked in, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. The dishes were not only beautifully presented but also delicious: perfectly balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and a real attention to detail. The atmosphere is convivial, and the setting is very elegant, which makes the meal even more enjoyable. Special mention goes to the attentive and smiling staff, who truly contribute to the quality of the experience. I highly recommend it! A must-visit if you want to eat well and have a great time.

The flammekueche are delicious, the flavors varied (even the sweet ones), and the service impeccable. The icing on the cake: the owner is exquisitely courteous and gives you plenty of time to choose. A lovely memory of Alsace.

04/03/2026: A wonderful time spent at the inn: The setting is truly charming, with very pleasant background music. At lunchtime, the set menu of the week (starter, main course, dessert) is offered at €24. Personally, I find it a bit pricey for my budget, but it must be said that the value for money is excellent. In the end, I paid €40 (including a quarter-liter of wine and a coffee), but I thoroughly enjoyed my meal from beginning to end. It's also worth noting that the quarter-liter of red wine and the bread were truly delicious. As for the two waitresses, they were quick, efficient, kind, and always very friendly. A truly wonderful place… which I highly recommend!

There was no waiting between courses; the gentleman who served us was single-handedly handling both the service and the kitchen. The portions were generous and catered for to everyone's preferences. And all this with a big smile! Thank you so much for this wonderful welcome and meal. I recommend this establishment 300%! And what's more, the gentleman is a photographer specializing in fine dining! 😉
