11/06/2026: A fantastic place in a charming location. A quiet little square with a lovely atmosphere in the evening. The quality of the food is excellent. The waitresses are fantastic. It was quite busy, but the wait was quickly forgotten thanks to the friendliness of the waitresses and the quality of the meal we were served.

11/05/2026: A truly disastrous experience. => I'm willing to pay more in a mountain restaurant at a ski resort, but this is clearly outrageous. We ordered a raclette for three: the portion was far too small. Only five potatoes for three people, and a charcuterie platter at €16 per person… There's a total of €48 worth of charcuterie in the photo: but in the end, we only got ONE slice of each: cooked ham, ham, sausage, and mortadella. So, €48 in total for low-quality charcuterie, as the photo shows. Even after pointing it out to the waiter, there was no reaction, no gesture, nothing. The Chablis wasn't great either. The bread seemed to have been defrosted hastily, still cold inside. Honestly, the value for money is scandalous. We left feeling completely ripped off from beginning to end.

29/05/2026: Patrick Bruel's hideaway 😡... no surprise given the staff's misogynistic jokes. The food isn't worth the price. It's defrosted. The surrounding area is very unsavory... we were harassed by very persistent and threatening foreigners on the terrace. Slow service with many oversights. Look at the establishment's responses when they have bad reviews... and you'll understand the mindset of this place... On the plus side, the decor (which will certainly be mentioned in the haughty and mocking response).

23/05/2026: A wonderful Parisian bistro with classic flavors revisited! Pure bliss with an incredible wine list and an extraordinary sommelier offering expert advice who understands your tastes and budget... perfect!

21/05/2026: A pleasant surprise and a great find. A small menu with excellent, seasonal ingredients. The quality-to-price ratio is very reasonable (€55 for an aperitif, starter, main course, and dessert). Everything was delicious, and the dessert was generous and delightful 😋. Definitely worth checking out 😉

20/05/2026: I was looking for a restaurant to enjoy foie gras poêlé, and discovered that L’Auberge du Cygne featured it prominently on their menu. We ended up dining there twice, on two consecutive days during our stay in Strasbourg, and both experiences were excellent. The duck was cooked perfectly on each visit, and the foie gras was beautifully seared — rich, flavourful, and expertly prepared. The risotto served alongside it was also delicious and complemented the dish very well. The service was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. I truly admire the chef for consistently producing such delicious, high-quality food without fail. It is not easy to maintain that level of excellence, and it made our visits especially memorable.

07/04/2026: We stopped for dinner at the last minute; the restaurant was on our way. We received a very warm welcome with our three children. The set menu was excellent value for money: €29 for a starter, main course, and dessert. The starter featured seasonal ingredients (asparagus), and everything was delicious. Thank you very much!
