19/04/2026: My partner and I arrived at the restaurant on April 16th at 8:48 pm, reasonably expecting to be able to have dinner. To our great surprise, we were turned away by a young woman who informed us that service was over. She emphasized this point by showing us the few remaining diners, explaining that they were finishing their meals. However, the dining room was only half full, which makes this decision all the more incomprehensible. This refusal is hardly acceptable, especially for an establishment affiliated with the "La Ferme Saint Siméon" hotel, where we had been staying since April 12th and whose quality is otherwise remarkable. One legitimately expects consistency in the welcome and service between a hotel of this standing and its partner establishments. Turning away two customers before 9 pm on a Thursday evening, without offering any alternative, in a dining room that was far from full, reflects a clear lack of professionalism and consideration. The attitude of the person in charge on site was completely below the standards one would expect in this type of establishment. By comparison, "Bistrot La Boucane," located on the grounds of the La Ferme Saint Siméon hotel, where we ultimately went, welcomed us warmly despite the late hour, demonstrating professionalism and a true sense of hospitality. What a disappointment.

13/04/2026: A truly delicious experience! 😍 Exceptional flavors that delight the taste buds from beginning to end. The setting is magnificent, ideally located on the port, with a truly lovely view 🌊 And what can I say about the service? Impeccable, attentive, and of the highest quality. An address I recommend without hesitation!

14/04/2026: I ordered appetizer platters and everything was perfect. The products were of high quality and the presentation impressed my guests. A big thank you to L’Authentique Carquefou!

13/04/2026: We stopped by on our way with our rink hockey team from Cestas. Pasta with gorgonzola and a few slices of Serrano ham on top—a real treat! Gourmet cannelloni and equally delicious pesto pasta… David gave us a warm welcome, giving us a private table, as the restaurant is normally closed on Saturday lunchtimes! We'll gladly come back on our next trip!

06/04/2026: Excellent restaurant. Its nickname, "culinary gem," is well-deserved. Everything is excellent, from appetizers to desserts. Special mention goes to the sauces and broths, which are truly top-notch. I recommend the wine pairing, which provides a perfect balance of flavors. The staff is excellent, and the atmosphere is welcoming.

23/04/2026: Excellent discovery! We received a very warm welcome from a sommelier who introduced us to a wine of his choosing, which dazzled us. We can't wait to go back!

15/04/2026: Superb wine shop/bar. Christophe, the owner, is a passionate connoisseur and lover of fine wines. A truly excellent sommelier, he shares his expertise through tastings of exquisite wines from all regions at very reasonable prices. The quality of the wines is matched only by Christophe's kindness and warm welcome. A must-visit.

23/04/2026: Pleasant setting. The ravioli were very good and the tiramisu was excellent and generous. Just one minor point: some dishes on the menu were no longer available. We weren't informed of this when we received our menus.

20/04/2026: Always a pleasure to return. The staff were very welcoming and explained how the traditional raclette grill works, the carving tools, and the different types of charcuterie available. The decor and atmosphere are warm and inviting. We'll be back!

25/04/2026: We had a wonderful time. The dishes were exquisite, the ingredients top-quality, everything was delicious, and the presentation was perfect. Congratulations to the chef and the entire team. The service was excellent, with very friendly staff. As the weather was beautiful, we were able to eat on the terrace, with a magnificent view of the Chaîne des Puys mountain range. We will definitely return to try other dishes. Excellent restaurant, I highly recommend it.

25/04/2026: Friendly welcome, but not entirely genuine in my opinion. Exorbitant prices for this level of cuisine, and some dishes are quite small... how do they manage to attract so many customers?

14/04/2026: Fantastic dinner for our first time at Casimir! There were four of us, and from the appetizers to the desserts, everything was delicious! Cooking, seasoning, portion sizes, sides… absolutely perfect (the pâté en croûte was a real showstopper). A very nice wine list too (and very reasonably priced). Add to that the top-notch service: friendly, cheerful, quick, and flawless. The entire front-of-house team makes you want to come back! Thank you, we look forward to returning.

11/04/2026: The stuffed cabbage was absolutely delicious and exceptional! I went with my mother, we thoroughly enjoyed it, and I'll definitely be back for the menu, which is very appealing.
