26/02/2026: The 280g ribeye steak was fatty and sinewy, with 50% waste and very few fries. We reported this, and the response was: "We'll speak to our supplier." The bread was bland, hard, and undercooked. Meanwhile, we paid the bill without any compensation. We won't be back. Let's hope the other Buffalo Grill locations aren't like the one in Mantes.

05/02/2026: Mixed feelings, some good, some not so good. Based on the positive reviews, we decided to try Le Petit Relais in Coligny. We received a very warm and friendly welcome, and the intimate setting was pleasant. The two-course menu featured a variety of tasty amuse-bouches; followed by a very good lobster salad, then Bresse chicken. The champagne sauce was excellent, but the portion was too small and tough, difficult to separate from the thigh or carcass bones, which was frustrating... a good piece of white wine would have been welcome. The fromage blanc was excellent, but the dessert was a disappointment: pears poached in wine that were far too firm, with an enormous amount of ice cream that didn't complement the main course. Therefore, there was a lack of consistency for a restaurant with a "gastronomic" reputation and excessive prices. We hope our feedback will be constructive for a future visit.

02/02/2026: This restaurant is wonderful; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Everything is homemade, the atmosphere is very pleasant, and the wine list is impressive. I highly recommend it!

03/01/2026: We received a warm welcome and a good breakfast, but I think they don't like tourists from the south of France who say "chocolatine" instead of "pain au chocolat," because we didn't get a chocolate tasting while other customers did. A bit disappointed with this establishment, especially considering it's a chocolate shop.

But the real surprise was on the plate—what a treat! The bread, the meat, the sauces, the combinations—it was all fantastic!! 10/12/2025: A very warm welcome; you really feel at home there from the moment you arrive. The ingredients are high quality, the bread is perfectly toasted, and the recipes are simple yet very effective. The fries are truly delicious. My only slight criticism is that the burger was a little small for my appetite. But overall, a wonderful experience; I'll gladly return!
