28/03/2026: This is our second time eating there. The fondue and dessert are delicious. The owner and staff are lovely. We can't wait for summer to go and have a fondue on the terrace!

07/04/2026: I was really keen to try this restaurant, which had been highly recommended to me.
My wife and I weren't disappointed.
The dishes were meticulously prepared, perfectly cooked, and presented with incredible flair.
The chef clearly knows his craft, the dining room is beautifully decorated, and the service was impeccable. This is a must-try; it's a refreshing change from other restaurants in Annecy.
22/03/2026: The starter, main course, and dessert were truly mediocre. The interior is magnificent, particularly with the mill and the old sawmill. There's clearly ambition for a high-quality restaurant, but the taste comes across as bland. A pleasant experience, but I left still hungry despite a well-thought-out menu.

26/04/2026: Nothing is homemade except the cooking. The sauces come in tubes, which is great. Even the mayonnaise is in a tube. This restaurant is best avoided unless you want to catch traveler's diarrhea. You barely have time to finish your aperitif before your main course is served.

13/04/2026: Booked for my dad's birthday, the servers took into account the message I left when making the reservation, namely that we had a play to see right after. The service and welcome were perfect, nothing to complain about; the waiter was very helpful in recommending wines in particular. The atmosphere is as lovely as the food is delicious. We will definitely be back! We all had a wonderful time, thank you to the team! 🫶

The food was fantastic, the tagliatelle with foie gras was incredible, and the strawberry tulip was divine.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and excellent. Special mention to Damien, don't change a thing! 🤣 See you soon, fellow Bordeaux locals.

19/11/2025: I stopped there on the road without a reservation, and luckily there was a table available (it was a Wednesday at lunchtime).
A very warm welcome, excellent service, and delicious food: deviled egg; 5A andouillette sausage with mashed potatoes; lime cheesecake 👍🏼
I highly recommend it.

21/02/2026: It used to be a reliable choice, but that's no longer the case.
Be aware that the menu online is not the one offered in the restaurant. It's more expensive and the dishes are less elaborate. It's still good, but nothing special. The dishes are barely hot enough. The Parmentier tastes good with plenty of duck, but there's hardly enough mashed potato. The truffle mashed potato is also very good, but there's too much truffle, which overwhelms the flavor of the fish.
