22/06/2026: An incredible one-night stay with half-board in this gîte during my cycling tour of the Jura mountains. Everything was perfect: the location in the alpine pastures (a real climb!), the huge shower, the shaded terrace, the generous meal, and the breakfast. A wonderful rest after a sporty day. A warm welcome.

25/05/2026: Passing through for one night during the GTJ Gravel race, we stayed in the dormitory. I highly recommend this guesthouse; it has everything you need: comfort, delicious regional dishes, and a fantastic breakfast. The family is truly wonderful.

17/07/2026: Everything about this restaurant is just right. Beautiful ambiance, excellent food, good value for money, and very pleasant service. It's one of the few restaurants in Eguisheim serving French cuisine rather than typical Alsatian fare. Although you can certainly find Alsatian specialties there as well.

17/07/2026: A cuisine with character, daily specials, a warm welcome, and service provided by the chef—we didn't expect to find a gourmet restaurant...a real gem. Almost impossible to get a table without a reservation; there were many regulars when we were there. Only local products are used.

14/07/2026: A wonderful romantic dinner on the terrace. The set menu features seven courses, which can be shared or enjoyed individually. The culinary standard is high, and the chef, who personally oversees the service, adds a personal touch that completes a rare and unexpected experience in the Chartreuse region.

07/08/2026: Passing through Auray in early August, we chose this little restaurant on a whim. We received a very warm welcome from the owner, along with our dog, in a lovely little setting, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The fish was excellent, fresh, and perfectly cooked, and the homemade dessert was delicious. Everyone was smiling from beginning to end, and the price was very reasonable. A big thank you! I highly recommend it!

Here, you don't just have lunch or dinner; you live an exceptional moment: olfactory, sensory, gustatory, visual... The chef's creativity is inspiring and boundless; each dish becomes a journey, an emotion in its own right. The front-of-house team demonstrates remarkable discretion and attentiveness. Each bite is like a delicate whisper, each announcement of a dish a promise invariably kept. A huge congratulations! We are already eagerly awaiting our third visit...

10/07/2026: I highly recommend Auberge La Patache! A wonderful stay in an authentic setting surrounded by unspoiled nature. A warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the host couple and their exceptional dog, Rubis. They paid meticulous attention to detail, even in the food... Delicious and generous portions made with quality local products, at a very reasonable price! Looking forward to my next stay as soon as possible...

08/07/2026: We arrived at the restaurant very late, around 9 pm, and despite the late hour, we received a very warm welcome. The owners even turned on their stoves to prepare an excellent meal for us. We thoroughly enjoyed a delicious starter of local charcuterie and a vegetable terrine, followed by flavorful traditional dishes, including a delicious guinea fowl and a duck leg, all accompanied by a gratin made especially for us. To finish, an absolutely exquisite rum baba, served with coffee ice cream and whipped cream. A huge thank you for your warm welcome, your generosity, and the quality of your cuisine. A truly wonderful place that we wholeheartedly recommend and that deserves to be better known! Such lovely people! Thank you again for being who you are!

The owner described the dishes like poems, captivating us with his story. Above all, we were eager to taste these surprises, and we weren't disappointed. Everything was pure enchantment. This fusion of two cuisines is a triumph. We won't have the pleasure of experiencing this cuisine and hospitality again. We wish the owners every success in their new Auvergne venture. And who knows what the future holds...
