06/07/2025: The food was great. We had oysters, fish and rhubarb dessert. Everything was very well prepared. Serais is friendly and unobtrusive. This restaurant is a historical place and many famous people including Hemingway have been here. I recommend it for dinner.

29/09/2024: What a pleasure to discover this gourmet restaurant. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with professionalism in an elegant and refined setting. We took the full menu, and each product was enhanced by mastered technique and bold flavor combinations. Special mentions for the tomato starter and the fig/chocolate dessert: a delight. The service was discreet but always attentive to our needs. The sommelier, for his part, was able to perfectly convey his passion to us, finding perfectly accurate food and wine pairings for each dish.

19/01/2025: Excellent address with reservation required. Well, on the other hand, you shouldn't have children and let them be hungry. A small basket of bread to keep them waiting would have been appreciated. The wait for order taking and service was quite long. I felt like there was a shortage of staff, it was a bit disorganized in my opinion. However, the dishes are homemade, plentiful (a little too much) and excellent. I recommend this address.

27/08/2024: Quatrième visite en deux ans. À chaque fois un vrai plaisir ! Bienvenue à l'Auberge du col Saint-Georges. C'est un établissement familial, convivial et chaleureux. L'accueil y est excellent, gentil et bienveillant. Les plats sont soigneusement confectionnés avec des produits du terroir. Les amoureux de bons vins ne seront pas en reste. Le sommelier dispose d'une carte très fournie et sa cave est de toute beauté. N'hésitez pas à demander un conseil si vos connaissances en vins Corse sont limitées. Cet établissement est très prisé, pensez à réserver.

26/08/2024: I was eaten in this charming little restaurant by chance and I was not disappointed! The dishes are homemade and it shows on the plate. The entire service team is smiling, very pleasant and so kind. The terrace dotted with lights immerses us in a wonderful moment of relaxation.

06/11/2024: Dinner with friends, everything was perfect, the homemade foie gras I recommend😋 for gratins, there is something for everyone. We stuck with a local dessert, with the Ardechoise cut flawless after the lamb shank. I will return to the Don Camillo on my next visit to the Vans. Small restaurant that takes the trouble to be known and good value for money. With very good wine advice. I will come back to my next visit to Les Vans. 🙏🏻

12/12/2024: Acabamos de pasar una semana en Alsacia y básicamente tuvimos tarte flambee (Flammekueche) todos los días para el almuerzo, así que terminamos probando bastantes lugares diferentes. ¡La Binchstub era nuestra favorita! Manteca de cerdo muy sabrosa, perfectamente cocinada y servida en una configuración más moderna por camareros súper amables. ¡Un lugar realmente genial!

10/12/2024: Excelente comida. Un servidor encantador. Divertido comer y beber a ritmo de hip hop. Volveríamos en un santiamén. Las reservas son una buena idea.
