02/09/2026: The place has become incredibly pleasant, the owner is fantastic. I've known Le Carré d'As for over 20 years, and it's completely different now. You can go for a drink with friends or family. The café has had a complete makeover; the new owner has given it a real boost and a new look.

02/09/2026: It's like night and day since the change of ownership. They have a wide range of vaping products, in particular. The establishment is always very clean and well-frequented.

13/09/2026: This Lyon spot deserves a sixth star... The music, the drinks, the food, the service, the advice. Clearly the best find in the city. If you're looking for a place for bon vivants, trust the name. My only regret is not being able to go seven days a week. Special mention to the bartender, who is engaging and passionate, the product of his extensive experience, which he generously shares.

10/09/2026: Super friendly service, so glad to have such great guidance with the wines! We really trusted them, and they answered intelligently, not at all in a pedantic way like you sometimes find elsewhere… Perhaps we would have liked a slightly more in-depth presentation of the wines? The only real downside: the music was a bit too loud. We'll be back soon!

08/09/2026: Good location and good à la carte dishes, a few minor issues with items being out of stock, but that can happen (especially on a Sunday evening). However, informing us that a side dish was out of stock when we had just ordered our starter was a lack of professionalism and communication. Nevertheless, they offered us a solution that made up for it. We will definitely be back :)

04/10/2026: A delightful evening in a charming restaurant. Consistently very good to excellent cuisine, friendly service, and for Paris, absolutely excellent value for money. We especially appreciated that our daughter also received all the little surprises and amuse-bouches from the kitchen. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return.

20/09/2026: I'm giving the food a 4 because the after-dinner ice cream and dessert weren't to my liking. The restaurant has a classy and pleasant atmosphere. The service was attentive and well-paced. The dishes are well-prepared, original, and beautifully presented. Furthermore, the tasting menu with wine pairings allows you to discover some wonderful wines at a very reasonable price (€180 per person).

30/08/2026: An excellent place! We ate there several times during the week and thoroughly enjoyed each meal. Delicious dishes, full of flavor, and a fantastic team: professional, welcoming, and always attentive. Special mention for the **chocolate tiramisu, the house specialty**, accompanied by the now-legendary phrase: **"Et voilà!"** 😄 A wonderful discovery that we highly recommend.

13/09/2026: Excellent lunch at Le Tire-Bouchon in Strasbourg! We had lunch as a group of eight and had a very pleasant time. We received a very warm welcome in a cozy and typically Alsatian setting, ideally located in the heart of Strasbourg. All the dishes were excellent, generous, and delicious. Special mention must also go to the impeccable, professional, and attentive service throughout the meal. A truly wonderful place that we wholeheartedly recommend for discovering Alsatian cuisine in a friendly atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team at Le Tire-Bouchon for a wonderful experience!

06/08/2026: The idea of ​​discovering Paris from the open air while enjoying a gourmet meal is fantastic. Especially in the middle of summer with a beautiful blue sky, everything is in place for a wonderful experience. In winter, it must be just as lovely with the Christmas lights. The food and wines served are of high quality, but I think the real highlight of this activity is the tour itself, even more so than the food (which is of very high quality, mind you, I'm not downplaying it...). Being slightly elevated by the bus's natural height provides an ideal vantage point to appreciate all of Parisian architecture and its historical monuments. The activity does come at a price per person, but it's well worth it, especially if you're discovering Paris for the first time!

04/08/2026: We had a wonderful experience. However, we didn't want to sacrifice a well-cooked, high-quality dinner for the bus ride, and that's exactly what we got. Compliments to the chef, the well-balanced and complete six-course menu. Compliments also to the dining room staff, who were meticulous, punctual, and pleasant. The bus route was magnificent, and the icing on the cake was the stop just before 10:00 a.m. in front of the Eiffel Tower, where you can get off and watch the lights come on—definitely romantic, whether you're a couple or a family. The only downside is that we booked through The Fork, and the pre-authorization is based on an adult menu (€120) even for children, who would have a separate menu (€50). We were lucky; we were able to change our fare on the spot.

13/09/2026: Auberge de Lagnes is a restaurant people return to a few times a year. The menu changes each time, and the dishes are always surprising and delicious. The icing on the cake is the friendly service!

The portions are incredibly generous (from appetizer to dessert) and the food is simply divine from start to finish. Special mention to the team: an extraordinary staff, always smiling and attentive. A perfect experience, we'll definitely be back!
