09/01/2026: We couldn’t resist walking past this beautiful shop and weren’t disappointed. The staff were incredibly helpful and more than happy to indulge all our questions. The produce is fresh, as local as possible, and delicious. We came back the next day for more and enjoyed everything we came home with.

13/12/2025: Cynthia created a delicious cheese board for my family to enjoy while on holiday in Colmar. Her attention to detail was next level, ensuring a taste of many different produces. Highly recommend!

10/04/2026: Passing through the area, we stopped for lunch as a family at this establishment. The welcome was excellent, and the all-you-can-eat buffet allowed everyone to eat their fill. The food was very good. In short, excellent value for money. We will definitely return.

We've already been several times and we'll be back again soon! The pasta shells with truffled ham, the quenelle, the ribs, the veal chop… absolutely everything was delicious! 17/05/2026: I loved this place. You'll be pleasantly surprised by its location on a small square in Lavaur, and from the moment you step inside, the decor and the warm welcome will enchant you. But above all, you'll discover refined and original cuisine, fresh ingredients subtly prepared and presented harmoniously. The service is attentive, friendly, and very efficient. 11/07/2025: I've lived in the Cadet Metro area for 25 years. I discovered Thym Sauvage about three years ago. Since then, whenever I don't have the courage to make lunch at home, I automatically head to Thym Sauvage. There are dozens of options in the area. But it's my taste buds that lead me to this restaurant, whether for a top-notch falafel sandwich to go, or for a delicious mezze combo with hummus/vegetable moussaka accompanied by a delicious falafel sandwich with garlic cream... yum yum. I have extensive experience with Lebanese cuisine in Paris: Al Diwan, Al Ajami, Al Dar, Noura, Le Bois le Vent, Al Mankal, Fayrouz, Al Rimal, etc. And quite honestly, after Thym Sauvage, it's always disappointing to try any other Lebanese restaurant or the classics mentioned above. Mr. David & Mrs. Rita, the owners, are warm, friendly, and adorable. Moreover, Thym Sauvage offers an atmosphere with oriental and Lebanese music that allows you to escape for the duration of a meal. Honestly, I love everything about it! And I must admit to being a bit addicted to their refined, family-style cuisine! It's very, very good!!! And for the top-notch prices!

09/07/2025: "Is your meat halal?" (The answer is yes). The welcome was pleasant, the food was good quality, and the smell of the grilled meats made you want to try them. The feta salad met expectations, and the vegetarian mezze was good. The mint, lemon, and orange blossom lemonade was not too sweet and therefore very refreshing. Special mention goes to the falafel and the fritters, which were excellent. (Yes, in the end, we didn't eat any meat, but we still recommend them given the tempting aroma.)
