27/03/2026: Excellent restaurant at the foot of the castle. The cuisine is innovative and very enjoyable. Various set menus are available at reasonable prices. Definitely worth trying, but reservations are recommended.

11/03/2026: I really liked this lovely place. Parking is easy, which is a plus. The dining room is attractive, and the owner is welcoming. Unfortunately, the meal didn't live up to the setting. The dishes were beautifully presented, but the flavors were lacking. I didn't taste the fresh, high-quality ingredients. I ordered a set menu, and from the appetizer to the dessert, I didn't enjoy my meal at all. The setting is beautiful, hence the four stars, but this isn't reflected in the food. Since it's not possible to rate the restaurant itself, I'll simply rate the place, which is still quite pleasant.

29/03/2026: Hello, first time here Friday evening, what a discovery! A restaurant with homemade cuisine prepared by a passionate chef who truly cares about pleasing his customers. The fish of the day with Crozet pasta was a delight, and to finish, a lemon meringue dome with a raspberry center—a marvel! Thank you for this culinary pleasure. Keep up the good work, and this is an address I will definitely return to! 👍☺️☺️☺️

14/04/2026: I'm surprised by some of the reviews... I stopped in for a simple coffee, but when I saw the daily specials, I decided to order a meal. The service was pleasant, attentive, and friendly. The starter and main course were excellent; I thoroughly enjoyed them. No complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend it!

10/04/2026: A wonderful time at this restaurant! The service was truly outstanding: attentive, professional, and warm. Special mention for the fries… unfortunately, they were far too good 😄 The onion soup was superb, rich, and perfectly balanced. The frog legs were also excellent, with an original recipe that offered a welcome change from the classic versions. We also received excellent wine recommendations, which perfectly complemented the meal. A place I highly recommend!

24/03/2026: On a slow day the kitchen was about to close when we arrived. However, as we almost departed with broken heart and rumbling belly, they kindly offered to cook for us anyway. We ordered the salmon filet and the snails, and were met with the most buttery and tender fish, and the most flavorful and savory snails we have ever encountered. The staff was wonderful and friendly, even though communication was hard, as they do not speak English. At the very end, the chef himself, a wonderful older gentleman, came out to greet us and give us our check. All in all a beautiful establishment, in the midst of the idyllic French countryside with most excellent food!

23/02/2026: My husband made a surprise reservation at this charming, timeless little inn. I was quite surprised by the place when I arrived, but we had an exceptional evening. The owner took excellent care of us from beginning to end of the meal (I was particularly charmed by this lovely gentleman), and what can I say about the food? Delicious! High-quality ingredients cooked with incredible skill. Respect, sir, and thank you again for the glass of champagne at the end of the meal! 🥰
