12/12/2025: A dish that blends land and sea, featuring cod and lentils, shredded pork cheek... Every dish is delicious. And then there's the poached pear to finish this magnificent meal! Absolutely not to be missed. The service is efficient, friendly, and always with a smile. The chef, nicknamed "The Blue Bear," greets you at the end of your meal and reveals just a few of his secrets. I highly recommend it.

18/11/2025: Everything was excellent. The service could be a little faster to start, but they are so lovely and friendly. The bread was wonderful, and the muffin and couscous on the daily menu were also amazing. I'm so glad I found this bistro. Thank you.

23/09/2025: We stayed half-board. The room was nice with a lovely bathroom. The dinner was very good and plentiful, with the waitress always smiling, and it was a great experience. I recommend it.

09/09/2025: A quick impromptu stop, a look at the menu, 1/2 Reblochon in its brick pastry and its charcuterie and potato garnish. Blueberry tart, all for 50€ for 2, great service with a smile, we left with full stomachs and happy. To do again. Thanks to the team.

10/12/2025: The restaurant's setting is pleasant and welcoming, and the staff are friendly. However, the food is mediocre, the appetizers are shamefully small for the price, and the wine is expensive. We won't be returning.

11/10/2024: Petit resto avec du bon et du frais dans l 'assiette. Service efficace et attentionné. Les seuls points négatifs sont à la commande , des plats épuisés , le choix est donc restreint et le dessert pour ma part ( un baba au rhum insipide ..plus d'eau que de rhum). Nous reviendrons pour avoir un deuxième avis mais au plus tard à 12h30 ( notre venue s'est faite à 13h30 ).

22/09/2024: Top notch food and service…great.. There were 8 of us for a birthday, next to a table of 30 screaming people, without any feeling of embarrassment... we couldn't hear each other speak... Too bad this room was not privatized for them..

15/06/2025: We were there after a walk in the Roppeviller region. We were a group of 28 people, the welcome was non-existent but we found our places thanks to friends of the group already there. The service and the bar are provided by a young man and a slightly older gentleman, they did not stop running and they ensured the room as best they could. The wait was still long, even very long, customers rushing to the bar to pay, while the two people provided the service in the room....they really did their best and I wonder how they manage with the order forms and the billing for about 60 covers. An extra person in the room would not be too much. For €25 we had a small plate of three crudités, a small slice of smoked ham, 1/2 hard-boiled egg, 1/2 slice of country pâté and 1 slice of sausage, then roast pork in sauce, fries, spätzle, salads, vegetables, for dessert a slice of apple pie. The whole thing was decent and sufficient. The location of this unique restaurant in this village and the proximity of the Colorado of the Bitche region mean that many people come to eat there, we should not skimp on the welcome or the service or the quality and quantity of the food served. Too bad, it would take little to give (or restore) the shine to this establishment located in a charming little village.
