The other stewed beef dish was tasty and a bit heavy, we feel. But all in all, it was a nice dinner. Dessert was fantastic.

We ordered à la carte and tried three different courses, and everything from the starters to the desserts was perfect and delicious. Even though we were there with three children of different ages, including a baby, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and everyone absolutely loved their meal!

30/04/2026: A very poor experience at reception. The host in the pink shirt refused us a table on the terrace for six people, claiming it was reserved—a blatant lie, as his own colleague contradicted him, explaining that the customers in question didn't want to eat but only had drinks inside. We had clearly stated that the group would be eating, except for one or two people who just wanted a drink. His response: "One platter for 12 doesn't work." In other words, he demanded that each person order a full meal, which is utterly disrespectful and unprofessional. This kind of welcome discourages any desire to return. A blatant lack of professionalism, an outright lie, and contempt for customers. What a shame.

14/04/2026: A real find! This restaurant, practically in the middle of nowhere in the village of Créon d'Armagnac, offered a wonderfully warm welcome. Despite the restaurant being full of a group of classic car enthusiasts, the menus were enormous and delicious. There was no wait between courses, and the staff were always attentive. 29/03/2026: The manor's architecture is beautiful, the colors are eye-catching! We received a very warm welcome and were guided through the hammam experience offered by the establishment. The room was very pleasant, quiet, and impeccably clean—nothing to complain about! The room offered optimal comfort for a weekend getaway. I highly recommend it! ☀️

05/03/2026: It's hard not to fall under the spell of this manor house upon arrival: the facade is magnificent, the surroundings offer superb views, and the location is truly ideal. The reception is warm and genuine, and the breakfast room perfectly extends this friendly and authentic atmosphere. That's why the disappointment was all the greater upon discovering the room. Where the photos suggested a colorful decor in harmony with the manor's spirit, the reality was quite different: a minimalist room in shades of gray, with metal furniture completely disconnected from the warm, wood-paneled character of the rest of the establishment. A striking contrast, almost hard to believe you're in the same place. For a 3-star hotel that places so much emphasis on the charm of its heritage, it would be a real shame to leave the rooms out of this carefully cultivated identity. I sincerely hope this will change, because the potential is undeniable.
