12/12/2025: It's always a pleasure to dine at this restaurant. Everything is perfect...the welcome, the service, the food.

12/12/2025: We were looking for a place to spend a lovely evening together for our wedding anniversary. We chose this gourmet restaurant in Beauvais. We weren't disappointed. "Gastronomic" is the perfect word. We opted for the €70 set menu. On the advice of the staff, we didn't choose any dishes to be surprised by what was served. For the wines, and on their recommendation, we were served a 50.50 white and a Saint-Estèphe red. The meal was a succession of courses (eight in total), each with very fragrant flavors and enhanced by herbs... Salmon to start, followed by foie gras, and we were already delighted. Then came the pike-perch, which delighted us, accompanied by a light and flavorful garnish. To accompany our red wine, we had an extremely tender beef fillet, topped with mushrooms on a rosette of mashed potatoes. Blueberry ice cream with small pieces of fruit, and to finish, the chef's delicious Paris-Brest. It was an unforgettable evening for us, a culinary delight in an elegant setting where the service was impeccable from beginning to end. We will definitely be back.

22/09/2024: A very nice address, with the possibility of having lunch on the terrace when the weather permits, a very warm and family welcome, a (very) generous cuisine of Alsatian specialties: don't hesitate to stop, or even take a detour, you won't you will not be disappointed!

04/12/2024: My comment not having been published, I'm starting again Superb experience, we eat very well. Reservation for our birthday for my son and myself, little attention from the manager. We'll come back. Frankly at the top and adapts perfectly to everyone's tastes.

20/01/2025: Jamais déçue par la cuisine toujours fine et goûteuse. J’y vais avec beaucoup de plaisir à chaque déplacement sur Lille. Seul bémol, je dîne seule et j’ai toujours la petite table derrière le comptoir. Parfois, une table vers la baie vitrée serait plus agréable.

03/12/2024: Pas de réservation et restaurant plutôt plein, accueil agréable et disponibilité parfaite, attente très correcte, cocktails délicieux, peut être petit manque niveau carte des vins mais ca va quand même, plats excellents, variés, délicats, rapport qualité prix parfait, présentation très soignée et travaillée. Ambiance cosie, calme, classe.

18/08/2024: Très déçue, a part le cadre et le service très sympathique, je n’ai pas pu terminer mes plats. En entrée: grosse purée de petit pois, presque sans assaisonnement. En plat des pâtes avec 2 gouttes de sauce et 3 petits morceaux de fêta. Il faut retravailler vos recettes. Le dessert, une mousse de châtaigne, était bon !

15/08/2024: J'ai découvert cet établissement via du bouche à oreilles mais j'avoue que je ne l'avais jamais remarqué avant. Il se situe en face du château, mais légèrement en retrait de la grande rue et un peu dissimulé derrière les grands arbres de la petite place. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une petite table sous les arbres, c'était trop agréable, au calme à côté d'un olivier. Ca sentait bon les vacances! Le service est pro, rien à dire, on sent la passion du métier! Les plats sont inspirés de la cuisine corse. Un petit rosé corse, tentacules d'encornet au piment d'Espelette à la purée de maïs très surprenante, suivi d'une nage d'agrumes à la citronnelle pour moi. Tout était très bon, fin, bien présenté comme j'aime. Et la nage d'agrumes était sensationnelle en saveurs, bravo! Une très bonne adresse à St Ger, qui se démarque clairement des restaurants autour trop banals et sans effort (pardon pour eux..)

29/09/2024: Alright. Well received with a smile. Served quickly. Nothing to say about the quality, it's delicious. The waitresses and the waiter, very friendly, always a kind word. At the end of the meal, a glass of myrtle was offered. The restaurant itself is very beautiful, with arcades inside and a beautiful terrace. I highly recommend. I will come back to it.

10/09/2024: Consistent and succulent dishes, fries a little overcooked for my taste. Service nothing to say, smile and friendliness top. Lacks a bit of atmosphere.

02/09/2024: Nous avons découvert ce petit restaurant. Tout était très bon des tapas au dessert (en passant par la paëlla) ! De plus les propriétaires sont très agréables ! Allez-y mais pensez à réserver avant car la salle est vite pleine ! En tout cas, nous reviendrons cette fois pour goûter à la viande grillée qui semblait bien appétissante !

07/09/2024: Excellent cuisine very well prepared, waiter really very kind and available, very kind manager with a very soft voice, the view is very pleasant the terrace is very well appointed we are not stuck with the neighbor's table. Brief ! We loved it!!

14/12/2024: For your taste buds dark very good cuisine the professional service nothing to complain about above if you want to have a good time I recommend.... only small downside the size of the room which takes away a little privacy but that's all. TO DO
