11/11/2025: The food is good and the staff attentive. However, the value for money isn't there on weekends. The portions are small, and too many items are charged extra compared to the set menu price, which doesn't look good. You're paying a bit too much for the pleasant setting, it's true. It's best to go during the week when there's a more reasonably priced set menu.

Restaurants in the port area can sometimes be disappointing and tourist traps, but this restaurant is truly excellent. I recommend it and it deserves 5 stars.

23/02/2026: This establishment on Rue Mondétour is truly worth a visit; everything about it is charming: teatime (my personal "Ah, tea-hour!" 😉), the staff's kindness and smiles, the French pop playlist (Mr. Aznavour wasn't even shouting himself hoarse wanting to be whisked away to the other side of the world because he so wanted to stay here with us 🫠), and even on rainy days, thanks to the indoor sunshine at Choubidou, the woes seem less daunting... 🌞 Thank you all 😘

The staff were pleasant, with a touch of humor that helped us arrive in Honfleur in a good mood after a 7-hour drive. Thank you so much, we come every year and you can be sure we'll be back every year for breakfast. We can't wait to try the menu... 😉

03/12/2025: Fantastic! Huge amount of meat for two people for 90 Euro, with insanely good fries and salad as well as sauce! In addition the best Creme brule I have ever tasted. Simply magical!
