30/08/2025: Warm welcome, meal for 4 on the shaded terrace (remember to book). Delicious mussels and fries (maroilles) and I loved the chicory ice cream! Excellent for recharging your batteries after a hike to Cap Gris Nez.

04/09/2024: very nice, plus it was the only restaurant open that day... even though it was August 14! Okay, restaurateurs have to take a vacation, but still!
Very friendly welcome, it was 7:30 p.m., we were almost the first, but everything - or almost - was reserved. Indeed everything filled up afterwards. Good food, efficient and polite service. I recommend.

The service was pleasant and attentive.
The setting was cozy, although I felt the lighting could be improved.
A lovely place for local gourmet cuisine.
The price reflects this: €130 for three people, drinks included.
23/11/2025: The welcome is always very warm, the dishes are prepared with care: balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautiful presentation. The new decor is also very nice. Everyone enjoyed their meal; thank you to the whole team, and see you soon.

Suggestions d'améliorations : tables du jardin ou nous avons pris l'apéritif avec une tres jolie vue sur le restaurant et le jardin ne semblaient pas propres ; menu et indications du site internet ne sont pas à jour, personnel sympathique mais pas tout à fait à la hauteur de la table et du lieu.

11/08/2024: The best experience of Poitier. Finally staff that knows how to serve correctly at the table. We were plesantly surprised by the appitizers (2×) and friandises at the desert. Royal portions. The vegatarian dish could be made a little more in balance, but quality was good. Excellent main course, and finally deserts that were a real treat. Well done!

Warm atmosphere, pretty natural ambiance decor...and cuisine to match: original, local, fresh and cooked products, off the beaten track. Very generous and very reasonable prices. Very friendly staff.
Restaurant recommended by Voix du Nord, as part of the Hortillonnages visit, and a few steps from the Cathedral.
