06/09/2026: Far from the wonderland I was expecting, it was more like "eat and get out!" We'd barely finished our meal when we were asked to pay and leave, under the pretext that other customers were queuing outside. We joined the queue too. But the manager was inflexible, making it clear we had to pay and leave. Extremely rude, he told us we would no longer be welcome in the restaurant. I strongly advise against it, except perhaps for marathon enthusiasts 🫪

17/07/2026: ☕️ A look back at our visit to Café Bong We recently discovered this café and the place is truly lovely. The decor is tasteful, warm, and inviting. The presentation of the pastries is also very pretty, as is that of the drinks. However, we were disappointed by the desserts. The whipped cream cake, in particular, was really not to our liking. The taste and texture didn't convince us, which is a shame given its beautiful presentation. As for the drinks, they were decent, without being particularly memorable. The most regrettable aspect was the service. We found it rather cold. A smile and a little more attention to the customers would have really made a difference and made the experience more pleasant. This is a place with potential thanks to its ambiance, but a few improvements to the desserts and especially to the service would make the experience much more enjoyable.

20/09/2026: The price was excessively high for the quantity; €20 for a single slice of foie gras? That's unacceptable. All the dishes were very small compared to the prices.

15/09/2026: Last restaurant on this vacation... simply delightful. Beautiful restaurant... the most beautiful we've been to on this trip. Lovely service... personal, professional, fun. Spacious... cozy... quiet with soft music. Wonderful food... at reasonable prices (for Paris). Simply perfect.

04/09/2026: Absolutely perfect! I ate for 15 euros and I was stuffed with lots of different burgers and combo meals. It was absolutely perfect. The waitress was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

23/08/2026: A wonderful discovery, with a very warm welcome and a shaded terrace. We booked a table for 13 people; all the dishes were excellent and generous, as were the desserts, with very good service.

13/09/2026: We returned to La Palourdière today after a 1 hour 15 minute drive. The telephone reservation process was rather unpleasant, as was the welcome… The setting is still beautiful, but the two people in the dining room were frankly unfriendly. It's a shame; a smile and a bit of cheer wouldn't cost anything! As for the meal, the seafood platter was superb and delicious.

16/09/2026: ★★★★★ Excellent experience at Le Phare de Boulogne. The seafood was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Everything felt high quality, from the food to the presentation and service. The staff were welcoming, attentive and professional without being intrusive, and the atmosphere made the whole meal feel special. If you enjoy fresh fish and seafood, this is definitely a restaurant worth visiting. One of the best seafood meals I’ve had in the Paris area. I would happily return and highly recommend it.
