22/09/2024: Everything was good from start to finish. A very good Welcome, impeccable and good service Pace. The room is very beautiful. The dishes are Gastronomic, not very expensive and inventive, Well presented. This restaurant is one of the Best of La Rochelle.

27/01/2025: Located in the 16th, this brasserie unfortunately did not meet my expectations. We went there on a Sunday afternoon for a drink. The atmosphere, typical of Parisian brasseries, is marked by a kitsch decoration, with somewhat dated plastic flowers, which, personally, did not convince me. When we arrived, we were not given a choice of table, which, although cleared, was still dirty. After waiting for fifteen minutes, I had to politely but firmly ask the waiter to come and clean it, which he finally did. However, this situation could have been avoided with a minimum of attention. I ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream, but again, disappointment: a very average taste for a fairly high price. This does not justify the experience. Finally, the attitude of the staff unfortunately reflects a persistent cliché of Parisian brasseries: a touch of arrogance and unfriendly service. This is a point that remains difficult for me to accept, especially in a place that should invite conviviality. In summary, a rather disappointing experience that I am not sure I will repeat.

21/01/2025: One of the nice restaurants near Trocadero in Paris. It offers nice French style food such as steaks, salad with reasonable price. I enjoyed it very much.

28/08/2024: Une planche de charcuterie en petite quantité, vendu pour un plat complet cela ne suffit pas en quantité pour appétit normal La salade accompagnant mon assiette était en partie noircie, manque de fraîcheur La tarte chocolat et confiture de clémentine était bonne Terrasse très agréable à l’ombre mais quelques guêpes qui se posent sur le jambon et gâchent le plaisir dans ce cadre. Gros mangeurs : demandez plusieurs planches si besoin

09/07/2025: The welcome is indeed impeccable. The "boss" has a deadpan sense of humor, which I appreciate from my point of view. The food is very good, and he promises to try to maintain it. Now for the budget: very affordable, unbeatable value for money, compared to its neighboring competitors... rightly recommended...

05/12/2024: Have passed this restaurant several times but tonight we went for dinner. Hard to fault any part of the evening. Lovely service, excellent menu and very well presented. If you are from UK expect to pay around £100pp for this level of cooking/service. We had 3 courses each and with wine was roughly £70pp. Hard to beat. Would return

23/09/2024: A service that was much too fast with what was intended to be simplicity, whereas a little more careful service wouldn't do any harm. We came a few years ago with very good memories of the cuisine, here we realized that it was no longer what it used to be and we therefore left quite disappointed overall. The sweetbreads are not well cooked, the risotto has too much sauce… Small positive point for the beef fillet which was very tasty and successfully cooked.

15/11/2024: An excellent address in Deauville! We had a great time at Augusto's at Laurent's. Despite being an hour late due to the train, we were warmly welcomed by the boss. The dishes were excellent: a generous fish soup and a perfectly cooked lobster. Impeccable service and tasty cuisine! I highly recommend this address for a great culinary experience in Deauville!!
