14/09/2026: I loved eating at Bistrot de la Gare in Lomme. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the place is beautifully decorated, and above all, the staff are very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken with Maroilles cheese served with delicious fresh fries. The menu features many typical Northern French dishes that look very tempting. I will recommend this restaurant to everyone I know without hesitation, and I will definitely be back.

14/09/2026: Excellent restaurant!!!! A place where you can feel the local identity and flavors, both in the ambiance of the dining room and on the plate. For me, this Welsh rarebit was magnificent; I've never tasted one so good. I recommend this restaurant 100%, especially to those who want to discover the gastronomy that is so dear to our region.

06/09/2026: The atmosphere is superb, but unfortunately the service and food are a bit below what one might expect. Very pleasant for a drink, I recommend it, but not necessarily for dinner.

07/09/2026: This inn is a place to avoid. After a two-hour walk in the blazing sun, we wanted to have a drink on the terrace, and to our great surprise, the inn only accepts cash and checks, not credit cards. When our eight-year-old daughter asked if she could refill her water bottle, we were told that we had to buy something to get tap water. Beyond the financial aspect, the behavior of the owner and the person we spoke to at the bar was, in my opinion, inconceivable and inappropriate, especially since, as a restaurant, they have a legal obligation to serve a glass of water. I will never set foot in this inn again, especially since just 10 minutes earlier, they accepted cards and served us a carafe of water with a big smile.

14/09/2026: We arrived around 8 pm without a reservation (7 people) on a Sunday by chance. We received a very warm welcome from the whole team, and the meal was superb (truffle ravioli, filet mignon 😋). Everything was perfect. Thank you to the whole team, we'll definitely be back! 😍

30/09/2026: The place and the people are incredibly welcoming, the decor is lovely, and the communication is friendly and refreshing. And most importantly, the crepes are homemade right in front of you and are absolutely delicious!

02/06/2026: Stayed here overnight and had a great time. They’ve clearly put a lot of thought into the interior design and decoration. That said, I ran into a few problems that would stop me from staying again. 1. The TV system is the worst I’ve encountered. Like most hotels, the TVs run a custom operating system, but this one only lets you watch French TV or use Netflix. I usually get around these kinds of restrictions by bringing a laptop and an HDMI cable, but that doesn’t work here. The system doesn’t detect an external input, and after five minutes it throws up an annoying screensaver with the hotel’s name across the screen. There’s no way to disable it. 2. No EV charging with CCS2. Even if you get a parking spot, there’s no way to charge an EV using CCS2. Given that this is the European standard, I found that very surprising. 3. No way to make international phone calls. This is probably uncommon, but a lot of “old-school” businesses, banks especially, still require phone calls for security verification. Most 4-star hotels offer this.

28/05/2026: Absolutely gorgeous hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The location is 5min walk from the train station, and 5min walk to the central area of Aix. It’s definitely located in a quiet area, but there’s a pharmacy, convenience store, and bakery right across the street. The pool was a nice touch for the hot days there.

22/09/2026: A magnificent discovery on Belle-Île! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We discovered Les Tilleuls in September 2026, during our first stay on Belle-Île, and what a find! There were eight of us, and we had booked an outdoor table three days in advance. Everything was perfect: the warm welcome, the service, the sea view, the cuisine… right down to the beautiful tableware! Even at the end of the season, the entire team was smiling, helpful, full of humor, and took the time to explain the concept to us. We chose several small plates—quite generous!—to enjoy individually or to share, allowing us to sample a variety of dishes. Everything was delicious, perfectly cooked, with wonderful flavor combinations and elegant presentation. The quality/quantity/price ratio was perfect. Special mention goes to the superb handcrafted tableware, made by hand by ceramicist Farida Abraham in Le Palais, which beautifully showcases the dishes. A restaurant as beautiful as it is delicious, welcoming, and full of charm. Absolutely flawless and, for us, a must-try on Belle-Île! We'll be back to Belle-Île… and to Les Tilleuls, that's for sure! ❤️

18/09/2026: A restaurant I randomly chose for lunch, and what a great find! The shaded terrace was lovely, the food delicious and homemade: a real treat, and the service was very pleasant! A nice little bonus: a high chair was available and the place was very clean. In short, highly recommended!

07/09/2026: I highly recommend shaking hands with the boss and the premium Suze. I've been lifting weights like never before since I had a peach and orgeat there. The apprentice is easily recognizable thanks to the eponymous label he wears, but that doesn't mean they pigeonhole people. Emotions are amplified tenfold during football tournaments (ha ha ha Haaland).

05/09/2026: A small, quiet restaurant in the village with a shaded terrace and views of the St. Julien rock. Refined cuisine and beautiful presentation, homemade and using local products. A delight for the palate and the eyes. Vegetarian option available.

12/09/2026: Very good, but if I hadn't asked for the receipt, she would have charged me for an extra meal, so I would have lost 21 euros. I think it was intentional, so check your receipt. A word of advice: get your receipt.

21/08/2026: We came for lunch today to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we received a very warm welcome with generous portions served on a lovely terrace. Go there, you won't be disappointed.
